Sorry, I cannot be positive this year. I have a package gone AWOL in Germany, and my UK package which was listed as a 1-2 day delivery on 18 December is now showing delivery by 30 December. I am afraid this is really not good enough. I have been using this site for almost 10 years, but I already had disappointments last year, and I have to say, this year really has to be the last time.

The service was excellent. The support team was helpful, the web interface was easy to use and the delivery was fast. I ordered an advent calendar, and originally it contained some prohibited items (like perfume: it is flammable and therefore prohibited). I contacted the support, and they agreed to remove the prohibited items, and send the rest to me. I really appreciate that.

I've used this service for several times already and it was good, mostly. The only thing that should really be improved is the quality of the photos: sometimes the photo shows just a part of the box even without the packaging slip or the tracking number visible, so you could not even determine what is inside that box to fill the customs declaration.Everything else is good: package processing/shipping is fast, repack service is good - the packaging is safe and they even add "Fragile, Do not bend" stickers for free.Update: after reviewing another parcel forwarding company and rating it as 4/5 because I'd rate it 3.5/5 but can not give half points on Trustpilot and that company is a bit better than 3/5, I've decided that this one deserves 5/5 rating as this company's service is much better. I'd rate MyUKmailbox as 4.5/5 but could not give partial rating on Trustpilot so let it be 5/5

This service has been Excellent to date! I use it for my Amazon business because I'm based in Northern Ireland. Amazon need a Mainland UK address if I want products returned. MyUKMailbox has been awesome. Easy to use, Very Fast getting my products packed, great updates and reasonable pricing. I’m super impressed and I hope they continue providing such an efficient service. A++

I decided to give myukmailbox a try after usually using myus.com and I was pleasantly surprised. myus.com started withholding my packages due to battery concerns, even though they are alkaline and not lithium. As a result they effectively stole my purchases. When I received my first package from myukmailbox I could immediately tell the difference! The box was thicker, the packaging was compact, there was no extra space in the box that I was previously being charged extra for. It was very clear that care was taken where myus.com had not cared at all. I'll be sure to try myukmailbox again and see if this dedication to service was not just a once off.

I am shocked at how amazing myUKmailbox service was to me! I had this Zara item that I wanted to purchase but it was only available in UK Zara. I tried many ways to buy it myself but failed. I searched & found myUKmailbox but I was so scared to use it. I saw decent reviews on TikTok & I said yolo. I used their shop for me & ship to USA option. Clothing item was £66 & shipping was approx £47. I really want this item so I didn’t mind splurging since I was going to wear for a photoshoot & future events. I submitted my request & paid invoice on Sept 20. The item arrived to their warehouse on Sept 26. I had some technical issues logging on so by Sept 27 I filled out my personal shipping details & paid for shipping label. They shipped on Oct 1 & it arrived on Oct 3. My last package maybe coming back due to issues with Customs and a DropBall Certificate requirement. A hard headed Fed ex employee is also a Factor. To me its all very stupid that FDA thinks it should regulate Antique sunglasses that are Manufactured in the U.S and are returnng to the U.S.If the package does return.
