Is mytransfers.com Legit?

The service was excellent- arrived in time waiting for us at pick up and drop off- they were professionally dressed, well spoken in English and very pleasant. Will definitely recommend and re-use during next trip to Greece. Keep it up:

We have used My Transfers twice this year - Tenerife and Turkey. For collection and pick up on both trips they have been excellent! On time, excellent standard of vehicle and driver always helpful with luggage! Will use them every time!

We traveled as a group of five women. The driver was an absolute gentleman. He made sure we found our hotel (it was a bit tricky to find) and lifted our cases into and from the taxi. He was a lovely man. The vehicle itself was fabulous.... air-conditioning and extremely comfortable. It was amazing value for money. A wonderful experience after a 3 hour flight.

Driver was late and we had to wait for him - he complained about the cost of the airport parking - then when we got to the car - it was a very old small hatchback and he couldn’t fit our 2 cases in the boot he got abusive and wouldn’t take us. We had to catch the train and a taxi which cost us 80 pounds - we have asked for a refund and haven’t heard back

Flight delayed 1 hour at take off, informed 'mytransfers' and they rearranged the pickup time. Also called me when i was further delayed at the airport and the driver waited for me to arrive. Driver was very helpful and also did some interpreting for me at my destination. Excellent service.

Although Marcel didn’t speak a word of English, we still managed to communicate. He was very attentive and found us a location to drop close distance to the hotel, as city centre roads are very narrow.

Excellent transfer service. Driver was there waiting upon arrival. Loaded our suitcases and had two car seats ready for the children. Very nice spacious car for the 4 of us, which was also helpful. Overall a great service and would definitely use again.

The problem wasn’t the drivers. Really poor booking experience. Then I wanted to be sure the pick up was definitely happening as it was very early. The customer service is designed to not let you talk to anyone … just try to call .. you’ll be told to view the website. No reply to emails … then finally an auto email at 3 in the morning for a 5.15 pick up. Pointless … just adding doubt. No customer service at all.

All went well, but the original vouchers didn't have the time of pick up on it. The time that was booked was too early. Trying to get in touch was not easy until the day of the return. The driver was not happy and let us know it. If the times were on the voucher, this could have been avoided. Also, the phone number on the vouchers never answered.

Our best recommendation all went perfect. The car arrived 10 min before and a the driver have cold water to us all. Plenty space and Really Nice car

Clients were not met and had to take a taxi to their hotel.Your driver was not waiting for clients he expected clients to call him first before he met them.Clients have requested a full refund

Waited for us at airport when we were delayed through customs. Very helpful with bags. Drivers very friendly. Arrived promptly for collection from hotel back to airport. Requested 2 high back boosters and only got 1 on way from airport but got both on way back. Excellent service overall.

Had a great experience with mytransfers. Were there ontime (before in fact), drivers really pleasant and cars spotless. Very stress free experience. Will use again definitely.

Great service at good price. Booked a transfer from airport to hotel and to return at end of holiday. Driver was a little late to pick up at airport on arrival but the office updated me with drivers arrival time. Both drivers were professional and courteous (and offered us bottled water on the return trip - gratefully received). Recommend this company. Will use again next time without hesitation. Thank you.

Great company, everything went smoothly and without any issues. The car was clean, smelled nice, and was comfortable. The drivers were very polite. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again!

Driver wasn't at gate. Waited outside for 15 minutes, went back inside and was there. Apologised saying he couldn't have been looking.No big deal but maybe holding the board up with a name on would be a good idea when passengers start appearing. Walking in and out the arrivals hall at the start of a holiday seems odd when I could have used a local waiting taxi and got on my way faster.

No one waiting at the airport in Athens. Called the customer service and they asked to call the greek agency of mytransfer. The greek mytransfer said they didn't receive any booking in my name so they can't do anything. Asked for reimbursement and nobody gives any update. Avoid this company at all if you don't want to ruin your vacations.
