Myst Yacht Charters was very prompt when responding to our inquiry. They provided a variety of budget options and were willing to work with us to find the best fit. We had several special requests and they worked hard to accommodate these. The process was very simple!

Candiace was extremely understanding, patient and professional. Loved working with her and look forward to working with her again in the future.

Our boat was ready on time and in tip-top shape. Our captain Purnell was fabulous. His knowledge of sailing the BVI was impeccable. He was always respectful and kind and put safety first. His boat skills are exceptional. Our ability to stay at Nanny Cay resort after returning the boat made the end of our travels perfect. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

Stephanie Reynolds was very knowledgeable and responsive. She made the process very easy and we trust her good judgement will ensure a wonderful experience.Only issue we had was Myst did not use the market rate for the exchange rate and they charged 3 percent if a credit card was used. Since I have insurance through my credit card, I used it, but we probably will go through American Express the next time.

The whole process was honestly much easier than I expected! From the beginning, Stephanie was very communicative, answered all my questions, and gave great suggestions along the way. We haven't actually taken the trip yet, but the booking process was great and we're all super excited!

Erin Pavane was available, friendly, and knowledgeable. She listened to my requests and responded timely

Erin was great with her follow ups in answering our questions. She provided several optional boats for us to consider. I was very impressed with the time she took to send us a video that she personally took of the boat we were interested in chartering.

Myst did a great job of showing us many yacht options in our price range and negotiated a discount for the portion of time going into slack season. They also responded quickly to all questions about ports, anchorages and protocols for handling the cash payments for the boat and crew gratuity. They even went out of their way to get a review from a recent guest to confirm the quality of the boat and service.

We had a fantastic week aboard Ad Astra. The boat was brand new and gorgeous with every amenity one could need. The water "toys" were awesome. Most importantly, the Captain and his crew made our week aboard magical. The line of the week from the crew was "anything you please". Every meal was delicious...chef outdid himself!! Thank you to the Captain and crew for a fun-filled and memorable week.

We had a big group so many questions and changes in direction through our process. Erin was always patient and responsive - I'm not sure we could have gotten something booked without her!

Erin was extremely helpful to work with. She has a plethora of knowledge when it comes to charter boats available. I will certainly work with her again in the future.

Candice was so helpful in booking our charter. She was very detailed and answered all my questions despite planning everything super last minute! Candice helped me with understanding charter travel, how to pack, what we needed, where to go, and spots and restaurants not to miss in the USVI and VBI. She was correct about everything and gave us lots of options to choose from. Communication was easy and she was always always accessible!!!

Stephanie has been very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. She also helped with ideas for flights, hotels, and information on travel insurance. She made planning this bucket list trip easy! Can’t wait to go now but sadly it’s 8 months away!

My experience with Myst Yacht Charters was fantastic from the start. Erin Pavane sent me an email to ask what type of trip I was interested in. We arranged a time to talk on the phone. Our call was great. I loved Erin’s energy. It’s obvious she was very knowledgeable about the sailing boats and itinerary for a great Greece vacation. Erin helped me discover and choose the best boat and itinerary for our trip. She inspired me so much I invited a few other couples who immediately said yes! Even if it’s just my husband and I this trip I’m sure will be unforgettable. The ease of signing the contact and wiring the funds made me so happy. This company is top notch in customer service. I can’t wait to take our trip now and most likely use Erin again for future adventures!

Beautiful, well-maintained sailing yacht, incredible clear waters and unbelievable South Pacific views, attentive staff cooking French cuisine with restaurant-quality, SCUBA with sharks and rays, etc. etc.Candace and her team took amazing care setting up a DREAM vacation for us in Tahiti, which my family and group of friends will cherish for the rest of our lives. Several share the opinion that it was the "best island vacation of our lives". Work with Candace and Myst - you will be thrilled with the experience.

Not only did she listen to the needs of my client, but she worked diligently day and night to find the perfect yacht and to make sure things moved smoothly with the booking and the connection. We had an okay experience booking our cruise. I think the broker did try hard to help us, it was just challenging to manage a large, varied group.

I had a complex scenario, where I had 15 separate couples from across the country sign up. We each had to pay separately and we even had some individuals accidently pay too much. Candice and her team refunded the over payments quickly and allowed payments from 15 different sources. This was extremely helpful. Her team and her answered questions and assisted me the whole way. We are looking forward to our charter in 2025.
