I used My Spain Visa to obtain my non-lucrative visa (NSV), and they helped throughout the entire process, from filling out the application and other forms, to getting all documents in order and in proper form, translations, and even the required health insurance. MSV has an entire team in place. I started out doing it on my own (it is possible...but complicated), and quickly became buried in the process. I reached out to Lucia for a consultation, and when I realized that I'd pay more doing it ad hoc and paying for consults than I would to just hire her, so I did - with absolutely no regrets! It made the difference in how streamlined the process was, and how quick the turnover was from the consulate (4 weeks from my date of application). Had I continued on my own, surely there would have been delays due to my own lack of knowledge on "little things" that Lucia as an attorney has depth of knowledge of, and she is VERY thorough and absolutely correct with everything. We have just received our multiple Spanish visa which is the first step in getting temporary residence in Spain on a non-lucrative visa. Lucia, who was our legal contact was always very prompt in responding to our requests, and patient with her explanations on the complicated and confusing requirements and time constraints in the application process. Although the process is not cheap, we felt it was the least stressful and most efficient way to get our visa approval. This proved the case, and the consulate in London came through in double quick time. We will now tackle the Spanish end of the residence process.
