Purchased Mypillow towels 2 years ago and found them to be awesome! Based on that experience we purchased another set. They didn't have the color we wanted so we had to settle for a yellow one. Took 3 weeks to deliver the package and I was stunned! The quality was very poor - nothing like the ones we had gotten before. I'm really upset. I ordered 2 pillows on 10/16. My Pillow promptly charged my Visa card on 10/17. As of 10/23, My Pillow had not shipped my pillows and I could not find any information as to shipping date on their website. I called. The representative could not tell me when the pillows would ship, but thought that it would probably be soon. I asked why they charged my Visa before they were shipping the products. His response? "Oh. We always do that."I cancelled my order. Hopefully, I'll get a refund promptly, but I doubt it because the representative said My Pillow would refund the money right away but that 'sometimes the customers banks take several days before crediting the account." We will see.
Although these slippers are comfortable they do not have any support on the strap which is very flexible and if you are on a slope your foot will slide and the strap will give. I actually broke my little toe when my foot slid and there was no stability offered by the strap. I returned them and provided feedback suggesting that they redesign the product and probably recall them to avoid injuring customers
I’ve ordered from my pillow several times before and the product is very good, I had company visiting and hoped to get a new fresh order ASAP. I still haven’t got my order after 2 weeks, which is totally unacceptable. I will definitely buy a different, but similar product next time. Ordered towels from MyPillow over seven weeks ago with understanding that shipping would happen in 4-6 weeks. Spoke to customer service at end of week 6 and was given response that shipping department would be sending me an email with tracking numbers in a couple days. Never came. Now after seven plus weeks since ordering, was told that MyPillow is waiting for the towel inventory to arrive (ie: MyPillow doesn't even have towels in stock to fill s in as promised) Representative assured me my order and my order should ship within a week or two. Holding my breathe.
Have tried many mattress toppers. Finally got one that feels great, is comfortable and I love. A.MAZ.ING!!!! The coils within the topper allows some give, and unlike memory foam, which causes me to sink down thus making it almost possible to turn over or move in any direction, this mattress topper allows me some freedom of movement. Plus, it doesn't trap body heat in the summer. I ❤️❤️❤️ it!!!!
The pillow my wife got me in 2019 remains nice and supportive but I have to keep it folded in half. If someone else had bought it for me it would be gone. It’s significantly flattened and minimally bumpy but still extremely comfortable and supportive once compressed again. No odd smells ever. I would CONSIDER buying again if Mike numbs up and realizes no party wins every single election. It’s too bad his ranting addictive personality belies the charm, professionalism and positivity of his old commercials.

“Horrible pillow”
This is the worst pillow I have ever had I get a better pillow for $5 at Walmart. The owner of this company should have to sleep on these for the rest of his life and feel how horrible they are. The new filling is absolutely absurd it's Lumpy doesn't conform to your head and if you sleep on your back or side it's absolutely atrocious. And forget about getting your money back.

I LOVE MyPillow! I've purchased multiple items over the years including several pillow, sheet sets, towels, bath mats and more. Their products are high quality and they last much longer than the competitors products. I used to have to buy pillows every 6 or so months but with MyPillow, I can easily wash them at home and they are as good as new! Seriously, if you haven't checked them out, they are worth the try. “No where near the quality expected.”
The bath towel set was a great disappointment. Yes, the towels are OK-soft but very thin and cheap feeling. Out of the package handle like a towel that I've had for years. My COSTCO towels are two to three times as thick, fluffy and soft. As far as guarantee goes...no mention of "return processing fee" in advertisement! I paid paid ~$30.00 for the 6 towel set, the return processing fee was $10.00, so I netted $20.00. It cost me 30% to try a towel that was guaranteed. Not happy! Stay away from My Pillow. “My Slippers”
The slippers I bought were very comfortable. I wore them everyday. The slippers for my right foot fell apart. I called My Pillow to see if there was a warranty and the gentleman said it's a one year warranty. He looked up my purchase and found out I purchased them 1.5 years ago. I was just going to let it go because they lasted longer than any other slipper I've purchased in the past. He said he'd warranty them anyway! I was very surprised and pleased. They are the same dish towels listed on My Pillow dot com, however they are more expensive on Amazon and allegedly out of stock on the company's website. I was going to purchase these dish towels until I noticed you can only purchase them for a higher price from My Pillow on Amazon and that customer service from My Pillow dot com claims - "Because amazon buys the product from us and then sells it." For seven days straight now I've been trying to get my money back on a poorly constructed product, their male slippers. And I've been jerked around by Grace and Catherine, I've been dealing with this by email. Supposedly supervisors. Haven't called in yet by telephone because you have to sit on the phone like an hour to get through. For a religious guy Michael is running a sham operation. He ain't religious at all, if he had a conscience at all he would not be screwing over general public with his products and his policies and his tactics to keep your money no matter what. I purchased a Firm, MyPillow from Bed Bath and Beyond in 2015 and still use today! I've washed and dried it several times, in machines, and it always bounces back like new with no holes. Very comfortable and stays formed to my head and neck. Reading the current poor quality and chemical smell reviews, I suspect they started using cheaper/different materials in last few years.
