Is mypillow.com Legit?

Love MyPillow. Pillow cases and sheets are great!! The only problem is plan on waiting a month after you purchase before you receive your order! But if you plan on purchasing for Christmas make sure you order in July!

We love the 2.0 pillow and that your products are "Made & Manufactured in the USA". The standard size is completely comfortable, great for the neck and shoulders. You really improved this product.BTW, My adorable fur child is using the first pillow we purchased and is loving its comfort. 😊🇺🇸

Purchased Mypillow towels 2 years ago and found them to be awesome! Based on that experience we purchased another set. They didn't have the color we wanted so we had to settle for a yellow one. Took 3 weeks to deliver the package and I was stunned! The quality was very poor - nothing like the ones we had gotten before. I'm really upset. So, the company is cutting back on quality to make ends meet. Only conclusion!

Bought my pillow a month ago and finally received order. Paid $31 for Queen pillow including shipping. Terrible pillow to sleep on. No body to pillow, clumpy filling, can't even prop up when bed is made. I kept waking up to readjust pillow. I was going to send back but would only receive $9.98 out of $31 paid so i threw in trash. Extremely unsatisfied with product.

I loved the quality of my first order of pillows, towels and sheets. I was shocked when I purchased those at $25. They all were poor quality. I was stunned and so disappointed. They also took over 8 weeks to arrive. I'm a Christian and I hope things change for My Pillow.

I ordered two queen size MyPillows three weeks ago and STILL don't have them. I called Customer Service and essentially got flipped off.Never again will I buy from this company. It's becoming apparent that they took my money and have no intention of sending me my Pillows.

I ordered two pillows king size from the company, I ordered medium softness, what I have are two overly king size smushy pillows! They're impossible to sleep with. I had already tried Serta twice, and another one that I had purchased from Macy's, the sizes were correct the softness not so much. Seems like it's such trouble to get a medium sized. I saw the commercial and it's okay I'll buy it, what a waste of money.The date listed is wrong but it wouldn't let me go past November of last year. It was about March of last year that I purchased these pillows.

I bought two pillows about 4 years ago and loved them. Recently bought two new pillows because they were on sale. They are horrible! Supposed to be firm they are not. Definitely not the same quality as the first set that I bought. Also took about a month to get them.

My last set of towels I purchased was not the same grade as before. It was much thinner. Not the same quality as the ones I purchased prior..👎 not a happy camper. Looks like a bait and switch!

I purchased two king size and two regular size and found all to be the most UNCOMFORTABLE pillows I've ever slept on. If I hadn't disposed of the packing material when they arrived, I would have attempted to return. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I ordered 2 pillows on 10/16. My Pillow promptly charged my Visa card on 10/17. As of 10/23, My Pillow had not shipped my pillows and I could not find any information as to shipping date on their website. I called. The representative could not tell me when the pillows would ship, but thought that it would probably be soon. I asked why they charged my Visa before they were shipping the products. His response? "Oh. We always do that."I cancelled my order. Hopefully, I'll get a refund promptly, but I doubt it because the representative said My Pillow would refund the money right away but that 'sometimes the customers banks take several days before crediting the account." We will see.

Although these slippers are comfortable they do not have any support on the strap which is very flexible and if you are on a slope your foot will slide and the strap will give. I actually broke my little toe when my foot slid and there was no stability offered by the strap. I returned them and provided feedback suggesting that they redesign the product and probably recall them to avoid injuring customers

I’ve ordered from my pillow several times before and the product is very good, I had company visiting and hoped to get a new fresh order ASAP. I still haven’t got my order after 2 weeks, which is totally unacceptable. I will definitely buy a different, but similar product next time. I would love to give a better review, but it’s bad management to move the product faster. Very disappointed in Buzzards Bay.

Ordered towels from MyPillow over seven weeks ago with understanding that shipping would happen in 4-6 weeks. Spoke to customer service at end of week 6 and was given response that shipping department would be sending me an email with tracking numbers in a couple days. Never came. Contacted customer service again (11 days later with 20 minutes on hold) and spoke with same representative. Now after seven plus weeks since ordering, was told that MyPillow is waiting for the towel inventory to arrive (ie: MyPillow doesn't even have towels in stock to fill s in as promised) Representative assured me my order and my order should ship within a week or two. Holding my breathe.

Have tried many mattress toppers. Finally got one that feels great, is comfortable and I love. A.MAZ.ING!!!! The coils within the topper allows some give, and unlike memory foam, which causes me to sink down thus making it almost possible to turn over or move in any direction, this mattress topper allows me some freedom of movement. Plus, it doesn't trap body heat in the summer. I ❤️❤️❤️ it!!!!

The pillow my wife got me in 2019 remains nice and supportive but I have to keep it folded in half. If someone else had bought it for me it would be gone. It’s significantly flattened and minimally bumpy but still extremely comfortable and supportive once compressed again. No odd smells ever. I would CONSIDER buying again if Mike numbs up and realizes no party wins every single election. It’s too bad his ranting addictive personality belies the charm, professionalism and positivity of his old commercials.

This company along with the ceo/spokesperson is such B.S.! Claims of non-mechanical products that "regulates your body temperature" IS SUCH A LIE to get someone to buy it! Sheets, pillow cases, pillows, mattress covers, etc will never regulate your body temp...PERIOD! "WHEN THEY'RE GONE, THEY'RE GONE, supplies are limited" has been said for years now! Another LIE! ONLY SHOWS ON 3 TV PLATFORMS! Wonder why! Bulls__t!

I bought four pillows off my pillow and I had to stop using them because I could not get comfortable when I went to sleep very lumpy and I've tried to phone no reply and he said on advert if your not happy return them and money back guarantee which a lie and j think he should give people compensation for lieing to people and false advertising worsepillow .com don't buy .com cheers mike

My husband, three kids and I have all loved using our MyPillow for several years! Love!!! Ignore the politically-motivated fake reviews about chemical smells and those who never even purchased the product.

Purchased pillows last year and the sleep wear relax hoodie for my wife towards her Christmas pressy this year, she loved it !Their products are amazing value and quality second to non !Everything about this company is excellent.The parent company is in the USA but the UK company is run exactly the same........ top quality at a reasonable price!!!

“Horrible pillow”

This is the worst pillow I have ever had I get a better pillow for $5 at Walmart. The owner of this company should have to sleep on these for the rest of his life and feel how horrible they are. The new filling is absolutely absurd it's Lumpy doesn't conform to your head and if you sleep on your back or side it's absolutely atrocious. And forget about getting your money back.

Last night was my first night with your product and I sleep like a baby and VERY comfortable no heat. I been fighting cancer for two years now; you can imagine the side effects pain etc. plus the heat in my head. On the other hand, I was not able to purchase your product before but with this economy, I only have money for the cancer treatment, and the basic needs and nothing left. I LOVE MyPillow! I've purchased multiple items over the years including several pillow, sheet sets, towels, bath mats and more. Their products are high quality and they last much longer than the competitors products. I used to have to buy pillows every 6 or so months but with MyPillow, I can easily wash them at home and they are as good as new! Seriously, if you haven't checked them out, they are worth the try. And if you need to do a return (I had to once) they also make this easy. “No where near the quality expected.”

The bath towel set was a great disappointment. Yes, the towels are OK-soft but very thin and cheap feeling. Out of the package handle like a towel that I've had for years. My COSTCO towels are two to three times as thick, fluffy and soft. As far as guarantee goes...no mention of "return processing fee" in advertisement! I paid paid ~$30.00 for the 6 towel set, the return processing fee was $10.00, so I netted $20.00. It cost me 30% to try a towel that was guaranteed. Not happy! Stay away from My Pillow. “My Slippers”

The slippers I bought were very comfortable. I wore them everyday. The slippers for my right foot fell apart. I called My Pillow to see if there was a warranty and the gentleman said it's a one year warranty. He looked up my purchase and found out I purchased them 1.5 years ago. I was just going to let it go because they lasted longer than any other slipper I've purchased in the past. He said he'd warranty them anyway! I was very surprised and pleased. They are the same dish towels listed on My Pillow dot com, however they are more expensive on Amazon and allegedly out of stock on the company's website. I was going to purchase these dish towels until I noticed you can only purchase them for a higher price from My Pillow on Amazon and that customer service from My Pillow dot com claims - "Because amazon buys the product from us and then sells it." I ordered my husband a pair of my slippers for Christmas. They got in in more than enough time before Christmas and three days before I gave them to my husband early. They were too large. I did a return through " my happy returns". They immediately sent out the right size and they arrived the day after Christmas! My husband loves them and I have never had a return go that smoothly or speedily! At no charge! As a bonus.I returned at a Petco location near me and recieved $10 off a $40 purchase! They claim to have a 60 day money back guarantee and the Website claims free returns minus shipping costs. I wanted to return my purchase and they want to charge me 9.98 processing fee. So my total purchase was $100.15 after my return I would get back $74.64. Absolutely ridiculous. There goes any future purchases from this company. Order: *******: I haven't received my order of sheets, pillowcases, and pillows. They were (according to My Pillow's email to me), sent to FedEx on December 22nd. They are still at FedEx, apparently, today, December 27th. Calling their customer service department, I was "handled" by one of the rudest CSR persons I have ever had the displeasure of communicating with! And that was after having to listen to Amazing Grace blasting in my ear. Yes, yes. God Bless you too. Customer Service Department Incompetence set a new high level. Long list of errors, and poor responses. So far, 6 emails / 4 calls. Responses resemble a litter box. ZERO HELP. For seven days straight now I've been trying to get my money back on a poorly constructed product, their male slippers. And I've been jerked around by Grace and Catherine, I've been dealing with this by email. Supposedly supervisors. Haven't called in yet by telephone because you have to sit on the phone like an hour to get through. For a religious guy Michael is running a sham operation. He ain't religious at all, if he had a conscience at all he would not be screwing over general public with his products and his policies and his tactics to keep your money no matter what. Products suck customer service sucks they're return policy is 100% guaranteed. But yet they're refusing to give me my money back. Since they don't recognize the better business bureau which is amazing to me, only a slimeball company doesn't recognize the better business bureau. I purchased a Firm, MyPillow from Bed Bath and Beyond in 2015 and still use today! I've washed and dried it several times, in machines, and it always bounces back like new with no holes. Very comfortable and stays formed to my head and neck. Reading the current poor quality and chemical smell reviews, I suspect they started using cheaper/different materials in last few years.

“Worst pillow "MyPillow"”

Just got them 190.00 for 4 pillows. Target or Walmart pillows for 10.00 much better. The My Pillow is chunky / lumpy and so much extra pillow casing than fill for king size (see images) cut up foam. Horrible! Don't waste you money, sending mine back!
