Ordered some really nice Earth Theraputics back brushes from OTC. They are usually very expensive, because of the quality. Got a super great price at OTC and pretty quick delivery with free shipping because of how much I ordered. It was my first time giving OTC a try. Got shipping delivery updates. I would definitely order from them again!

The USPS delivered the package on the FRONT PORCH directly below the sign stating not to leave packages there do you theft. The sign instructed deliveries to the BACK PORCH. USPS is the worst!!!!! I did call the post office and filed a complaint. Please use UPS or FedEx, they are reliable.

I found that MYOTCSTORES is a reliable and very fairly-priced place for a lot of my "staple" health and beauty items. They ship in a timely manner and the selection is extensive.

I ordered some lotion that my son considers the best ever. (Everyone for Everybody nourishing lotion) The items arrived quickly and intact.

My item which was Hibiclens 32OZ bottle of soap arrived completely busted and empty. And that soap is used to treat a skin condition for a family member who has Hidranitis. And I’ve emailed them with no response back. I even have pictures. My mail company had to put it in one of their mailing containers because it was busted everywhere and leaked out of the box.

I ordered a bottle of Avalon Organics Lavender shampoo and a bottle of Avalon Organics Lavender conditioner. I only received the conditioner. On top of that, when I started my order, a pop-up ad told me I would receive $5 off my order. But I didn’t. A representative whom I emailed about this said he would send me a $50 coupon for my next order, but he never did. I tried calling your customer service phone number, but I got a recording saying no one was available and that the mailbox was full. My order number is 230385. I want my shampoo, please. I ordered 5 bottles of vitamin e oil but only received 1 bottle. I was charged for 5 and haven't received a refund or the remaining 4 bottles. I've ordered from this company in the past and have never had problems before this order. I emailed the company right away (Tuesday) and finally heard back today (Thursday). As of now the issue is being looked into.

Did not receive item. When I called owner yelled at me. He screamed IT SAYS DELIVERED! IT SAYS DELIVERED! Never offered replacement or how i can get it replaced. Just screamed like a lunatic

This company is a scam. I ordered 4 of the same item but only received 1 and I'm not the only person who has had this experience - a quick Google search shows that many others have too. And it's not incompetence: they actually changed the number of items on the invoice but charged the same shipping costs. You can't cancel or change your order online, they don't answer the phone, and their voicemail box is full. Never again. Buyer beware.

Received the wrong items! Order sheet states clearly what I ordered and should have got! Received totally wrong items! I have emailed you, and wrote another review about what I received! Apparently no one double checked to see if I was getting what I ordered! Very disappointed in your service!

I placed two different orders on June 18, 2024 ($760.06) and June 22, 2024 ($792.98). Orders were canceled by the site. It's been almost 4 months and I still haven't received a refund. I have sent e-mails many times and I always get the same automatic response. I called on the phone. I received responses such as the system is not working right now or we will send an e-mail. but there is no progress. I have a claim worth $1550 and I'm starting to think I've been scammed.
