Worst and fake Myntra. These guys are just making fool to customers on behalf of discount or sale, if someone order the product they won't be able to deliver it on time or at last moment they cancel your orders also without any prior notice. Myntra never has any solution of your issues. Please don't waste your time and money.
Raised a return request for a product. The pickup agent came late in the evening at 7:30pm but I was not available. Instead of rescheduling for next day it has been put on hold for reason quality check failed! Now I have been following up with the customer care for more than 1 week and even escalated to the grievance manager. But there is nor response at all. I didn't know myntra had such a poor customer service and ethics even in the higher escalation managers. I am surely going to move out to better e-commerce channels.
I ordered a co-ord set and it was sent without the tag. It was too loose and I wanted to exchange it but they refuse to exchange it because ‘there is no tag’. This is so wrong, first send an item without a tag and then refuse to exchange it. I have spoken to 3 customer agents and all they do is open the same issue and then close it saying ‘product did not pass the quality check’. How is it my fault they sent me an item without a tag?

I used to face delivery issues many times but i used to understand ok they r working hard..but this time they proved they are fraud.I raised a return request and thr app showed yhat iy will be picked by 15th oct. Now on 15th oct no pick up was there. I called customer care nearly 10 times and they everytime assured that iy will be done in 24 hrs. Now 2 3 days back the return window closed and they r takimg no action for items worth 2000 rs.The best part is have gone to their grievance cell also and nobody has responded...Mr Arshwaal Singh is the person responsible so he ia no where to find...such a useless customer care...Now i will go to other social platforms to post their bullshit.I would suggest no one to go online with myntra..nykaa fashin and ajio are much better.

If you any buy dress/ethnic wear from House of Jamoti they don't have return policy they have only exchange option. I had paid 4,700 for a anarkali suit, the catalogue in the website and actual product delivered has more variation. When called the customer care, they said it is not returnable. Certain product in myntra is a scam/cheats its customer by not taking their fake product back.

Worst website i have ever used. They are just fooling people my not refunding the correct amount of money. I order a kurta for 1098 and as the item was having fitting issues I had to refund the item. Outrageous!!! Freaking poeple, I ordered a dress few days ago through my parents in India and had them send it to me. I realised that the dress was used. “Delivery Delayed By 2 weeks”
I have been very disappointed with the service of myntra lately. This has never happened before but now the delivery of the products is getting delayed by more than 2 weeks. I have been calling the customer care and all they can say is please wait till this and that date and yet no response and no update on the delivery. When number of Delivery Agent sent by Mybtra for Delivery confirmation are contacted, they say product is at some other location so cannot be delivered on that day. “Not giving refund even after taking product back”
I have purchased a product on 16th oct 2020. After delivery, As the quality is not good I returned the product. They came and picked up on 25th morning(confirmed authenticity by OTP). But the status then after showing as pickup failed. Myntra is looting people in the name of online shopping. I ordered a dress, and it was over-sized and defective and also came with no original price tags attached. I kept on complaining for return or even exchange of the product, and they kept on saying give us 12 hrs and 48 hrs repetitively.
