Great company, it's just that shipping outside the US could get clunky since you'll have to pay taxes (or the receiver to do so) in order for the recipient to receive their gift. Good thing Myka provided a tracking # or else I wouldn't know the gift was on hold.

I have ordered a necklace for my wife and paid express delivery 11£ for delivery to come quicker. It’s supposed to come today but hasn’t even been shiped. I needed for today that’s why I paid. AVOID PAYING for it because it won’t come on time. This is very frustrating it’s our anniversary and I don’t have the present for her.

It was my first online order and they sent the wrong font...I was so pissed but they went above and beyond, not only allowing me to keep my original but giving me a credit, a percentage off my replacement and in the meantime I found an even better one which was more money. I bought the navigator braided leather bracelet for my partner for fathers day. I thought it would be the perfect gift to celebrate his first fathers day however, when it arrived in the mail I was extremely disappointed.The quality looks SO cheap, especially for how much it cost, I actually felt like I had been scammed. I am embarrassed to give it to him.

“Sent me a RUSTED chain and WOULD NOT REFUND ME”

It was my husband's very first Father's Day and I ordered a chain with our daughter's name on it. For Men, Myka recommended the 18 inch chain which they said was the most popular size to order. When we received the chain, it was like a choker size on my husband and looked absolutely ridiculous. With the extra protection plan I purchased I was able to get a reorder once I exchanged the necklace I had. I requested a return label and it took Myka 6 days to send it to me. I have never had to wait 6 days for a return label in my life. Myka mentioned that I would have to wait 10-14 business days to get the reordered correct-sized necklace sent to me once they received my return. I followed the tracking carefully, and saw that my necklace had reached their facility. I emailed Myka to let them know and they said my necklace was not at their facility and that tracking may not be correct sometimes. They sent me a return label for the United States Postal Service. I asked them to confirm that USPS had WRONG tracking information. After two days I received an apology email that they did, in fact, receive the necklace I returned. They sent me my reorder...HOWEVER, the chain was RUSTED and TARNISHED. I was so upset. I no longer wanted to work with Myka due to this whole process I had to deal with. Needless to say, they ruined my husband's first Father's Day. I asked Myka for a refund and they refused to give me one. WHAT COMPANY DOESN'T REFUND FOR A DAMAGED ITEM THEY SENT ME? They only offered store credit which I agreed to, and of course now I have to wait 48 hours for the credit. This company is pretty much a scam. I feel like I was robbed and I highly suggest you DO NOT ORDER FROM MYKA. I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I suggest you read the BBB complaints as I should have before ordering about quality. My order was placed April 27/24 and now twice i've been informed there's a delay yet it was promised by May10 for Mother's day. If they are shipping and produced via Israel then good luck as it takes forever. They should disclose that it's an international and that they are mailing it. I want a refund. “Poor Customer Service”

The gift arrived late though I paid for faster shipping. They didn't respond to my emails or request to refund the extra shipping. Tip for consumers:I cannot give an opinion on the quality of the item as it was a gift that was shipped directly to the recipient and I have not seen the item. Products used:I purchased a heart chain as a gift. I was charged extra for shipping for faster delivery. The item arrived late. The website says they respond within 24 hours. I emailed them when I realized the item would arrive late. I emailed them a third time to request a refund of the extra shipping. They responded four days later only to say the item was delivered. “Poor Quality Product - Poor Delivery & Poor customer Service”

Purchased a men's leather bracelet from MyNameNecklace and it took forever too receive. When it finally arrived the leather bracelet was too large. I contacted the company multiple times in an attempt to resolve the issue with no success. I provided all of the purchase details and sent photos as they requested. Every time I followed up the replies came from a different customer service rep, so I had to start the entire process over again. This company is a total scam. Better Business Bureau rating of "F" with multiple unresolved complaints. Wish I had done more research before purchasing. Dig a little deeper into their 5-Star Trust Pilot Rating and you'll find virtually all of the negative reviews have been scrubbed.

“Not as described at all. Poor item”

Item was sent from Israel, not the Uk as they would have you believe. Took a long time to arrive. Colour of stones was inaccurate compared to photos. Rings were much smaller than the pictures show them. And they're not cheap. Engraving was not real engraving, just black text added onto the metal, don't believe it will last long. Communication was terrible. They take ages to respond and when they do, it's usually "sorry we can't find your order in our records". They're refusing to reply once I have asked for a return/refund. Can't recommend them at all. Pink stone turned out clear.

“Scam!”

This is an overpriced scam. The chain turned my neck green and the "rose gold" bar turned black. I was offered a refund but would have to pay a 30% "restocking fee." Their grammar and poor spelling in their emails and websites completely show how it's not a legitimate company. Way too expensive for defective jewelry. Also how interesting that you can view these raving reviews on their website but you can't write your own.

“Not As Good As I Thought”

I purchased two necklaces from this website and while they were nice the lengths are misleading. What I asked for is not a 16 inch necklace. Once You try to speak to someone for help, they're not helpful at all. I wish I never wasted my money here. Then they offer returns but they charge you 15 percent restocking fee. Wow. I'll just let my daughter have both necklaces or get them extended elsewhere.

I was excited to see my daughter's necklace after wearing it for couple months it broke. I took the warranty out on it because I knew stuff like this happened. Bought this as Christmas gift 2020 9 months later my daughter had it on and I was embarrassed how bad it looked. Contacted the company said they would send another for the same price I originally payed. Why would I pay again. Loved it when first arrived, now looks like junk. “Worst customer experience ever”

I accidentally ordered a silver instead of gold add on necklace I emailed them asking to change they replied saying no problem we'll do it for free... then emailed back saying no pay us 40. After that mess they decided not to even send me the 300 part of my order only the 30 cheap add on. Offered 20 percent off so I could get my Christmas present after Christmas class ya the wife would be ok with getting nothing on Christmas what a joke! I ordered two necklaces for Christmas back in November. Delivery date was Dec 16. They only sent the cheap 30 dollar add on necklace at the checkout and didn't receive the 300 gold name necklace I'll attach screen shots of customer service

I purchased item that website said would be delivered by 06/18/2021 if I paid additional $14.95. As this was a Father's Day gift, I considered it "insurance" allowing additional days for delay. Item was delivered 4 days after date promised and company refuses to refund the added shipping costs. I can return for 70% refund on product cost without shipping. I am going to dispute entire cost with credit card, and told My Necklace if they want the item back they can send me a prepaid package. Won't shop there again. Placed an order in the morning of Easter Friday. It was for wedding anniversary celebration which is on 11 April. After payment was made, delivery has been confirmed for 20 April. Decided to cancel the order as it doesn't meet the timeframe. Found out from customer support that I can't get the full refund as 30% restocking fee to be charged and my order is already in built. Really, on Easter Friday and only a few hours after I placed it? That would attract 30% of the price? What a crock of $&$&! Are they for real? Who does that? Sounds like a biggest scam to me!

“Lost order!”

I purchased a personalized name necklace on 11/5/22 for a little girls' birthday present I needed by 11/18/22, and based on shipping estimates provided at time of purchase, I should have between 11/14 - 11/16. I placed my order, and the confirmation email stated the estimated delivery date was 11/16. Tracking the order, USPS states that the package was accepted on 11/11. It is now 11/22 and the tracking information has not changed. I have sent numerous emails, which are all responded to at least, but no resolution provided. If an order is sitting at the post office for 11 days with no movement, clearly there is a problem and the company should offer to refund me or expedite a new necklace! Demanding a refund so that I can purchase through Amazon. I would have already been refunded or had my item without even asking if I would have dealt directly with Amazon. “Bad quality/bad customer service”

I ordered $50 necklace, it arrived and was not cut clean. They agreed and said a new one would be sent out and I would get email within 24 hours. Nothing for 2 weeks. I email... nothing... keep emailing... then just told it's processing, even though I asked if I would receive by certain date as it was to be a gift. I FB message. They say same thing. I ask for refund. They ignore me. I keep messaging, hours later magically they tell me it's already been made. And again just say when it is shipped I will get an email. I say don't send cause it won't be here in time hence why I asked for refund. I can see they read message and yet again I am being ignored. Do not buy from this company! Besides being cut unclean, the metal is all scratched.

“Name necklace with birthstone”

Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.

Advertises and presents themselves as American company but out of Israel. Cannot meet shipping deadlines as promised, even after paying for rush delivery. Takes over two weeks to arrive and came after holiday, Valentines Day and they promoted for that day. After I asked for refund they ghost you and avoid conversation and play games. “Seems like a scam”

I have been trying to find out about my items, that were to be received weeks ago. Canada post is still "waiting on item" but company is claiming they sent it weeks ago. I have sent 5 emails now, and have only been generically responded too. I spent over $100 for my purchase and they will not even reply or give insight. I'm fine with lateness of items but I am not ok with non communication. To be it's a scam. The item is now two weeks late.

Wow! This bracelet is very tiny. MAYBE it'll fit a child. I had seen on Facebook, where people were complaining about the 30% cancellation fee, the fact that they've never received their merchandise, the long wait to get the merchandise and also how tiny it is once they receive it. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional for this company to continue to be in business with tactics like this.

“Love Knot Pendant with Diamond”

I purchased the $300+ sterling silver Love Knot. I received a terribly scratched pendant. I sent it back and they sent it back still scratched, and the engraved names were not visible without a magnifying glass. I have been ignored by their customer service. I am furious that they will keep 30% of my money. Stay away from this company. I wish I looked closer at these reviews before I bought this piece of junk.
