Is mymoissanite.nl Legit?

I have been meaning to write this review over the last month or so after getting engaged.Sebastiaan was helpful from the very start and helped our vision come to life. We decided to go for a custom ring (easy process and we are very happy with the outcome). We opted for a toi et moi with a radiant cut and pear. Throughout the process Sebastiaan kept us up to date with a design of the custom ring and it was just what we had wanted. The ring also came nice on time for a beautiful proposal in the Caribbean. I have already recommended Sebastiaan to my girlfriends and friends. I’d definitely consider going back to him for a wedding band when the time comes!

First time buyer of moissanite. Very impressed by the result. Excellent customer experience with the website and the fast delivery. The team is doing a great job on that side.About the "stone", I'm impressed. The delivery of the GRA and anti-counterfeit certificate is a nice addition. You'll get some general information about what is moissanite (grading scale, proportions...) I checked the certificate code on several websites without any positive result (Moissanite-report / gra.report / gralaboratory...)@MyMoissanite, that would be great to have a blog article about how to check our GRA number. But maybe the databases are not updated by these "associations". Anyway, not a big deal, I'm just curious.Having lived in South Africa and seen many diamonds, I'm impressed by the result. I heard it was impossible to differentiate them by the naked eye, which is definitely true. But moissanite seems brighter than diamond.To conclude : serious job from My Moissanite at all level, you get a new happy customer :) I know that buying stones outside of what is famous can be stressful so I want to reassure people out-there that strong alternatives to the old inflated industry of diamond exist :) What a time to be alive.

This was my first time buying an engagement ring (hopefully my last too) - and the customer support was good throughout. The ring quality was good as well, but if you do look up close with a magnifying lens you could see the craftsmanship is somewhat sloppy. Looking at the ring without the magnifying lens doesn't really show many problems, which I guess doesn't subtract from the overall experience.The GRA certificate for the Moissanite is also more or less a joke since GRA is not really an authority (you can do a google search and see the results end up on dead websites), and you don't really get any guarantee that you're buying the quality you're paying for.With all that in mind I do recommend the rings because they are beautiful. The customer service (when available) is also good, although you might not always get what you ask for and get confirmation on (like the correct ring size).

I purchased a custom engagement ring from My Moissanite. My fiancé and I were unimpressed by the range and pricing of engagement rings available at local jewellers. Having done extensive research, we opted to create a custom ring with My Moissanite. Everything was completed over email and Sebastiaan at My Moissanite was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process even when I kept requesting tweaks. The process was very quick and I was particularly impressed by the speedy delivery time. I was a bit nervous making such an important purchase online, but I am confident now that I made the right choice. The ring itself is beautiful and you wouldn't believe the sparkle off it! I would highly recommend My Moissanite to anyone seeking a truly beautiful custom ring without the hefty price tag!

I had been looking for a perfect engagement ring for quiet some time before I came across this ring. I was a little worried as there where mostly artificial images but I can see why a company would do this: to show what changes if a bigger stone is chosen and so on.Than there was the moment where I had the ring in the shopping cart and couldn't bring my self to buy it. For most people its still a lot of money, even though the price is good compared to other offerings out there. I was worried: what if something goes wrong and so on.It was at this point, that Sebastian entered the picture who provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. I didn't even reach out, he did by himself.We had a little hick up with the delivery date. But Sebastian tried everything in his power to fast track the process.The ring ring arrived today and my girlfriend was mesmerized. Its truly gorgeous.

UPDATE: I’m so happy to update my review after the issue with my ring size got resolved! The ring is absolutely gorgeous, easily the most beautiful one I’ve ever owned, and now that I’ve got the right size, it fits perfectly. At first, I was frustrated because I couldn’t get a response about exchanging the ring for a smaller size. Turns out my email had gone to their spam folder, which they explained and apologized for. Once they figured it out, they were super helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. The exchange process was really easy, and I got the resized ring back with no problems. They even offered to reimburse me for resizing costs at a local jeweler, which I really appreciated. All in all, I’m really happy with the ring and how they handled things once the mix-up was sorted out. Definitely recommend!

Amazing company!!!Sebastiaan was an absolute dream to work with, we got my engagement and both our wedding rings from My Moissanite. My wedding band was custom designed to fit around my 3ct yuliana ring and it is perfect. Once the rings were ready, which took around two weeks, delivery only took 24hrs to arrive to Ireland. I can't tell you the high standard these guys put into their jewellery. I plan to order my wedding jewellery from them as well ☺️

Amazing piece! I was super hesitant as it is my first time buying moissanite it definitely exceeded my expectations. I haven’t seen it under the sun since I bought earrings, but my husband kept complimenting me. He said it shines just like the diamonds he’s bought me in the past and said there’s no reason for me to buy diamonds anymore.

I have ordered custom made jewellery and I couldn't be happier with the results. I wanted the wedding band to go with the engagement ring, so they have planned it and created them together. The band is super comfortable, discreet and yet marvelously sparkly and gorgeous 😍 especially when light hits it. I wish I could share videos in my reviews, to show how amazing the shine is !Customer service is impeccable and Sebastiaan is really friendly and responsive. The whole process took around 3 to 4 weeks, from the first message, to the design, production, shipment and finally arrival. It's really great especially since I had a special / unusual request. I am beyond happy and satisfied, and it is going to be hard to wait until wedding day to wear my beautiful wedding band. Thank you to the team and artists that worked on my order 🥰

After a few issues our end about ordering the wrong size for an engagement ring, Sebastian was very accommodating and helped us to sort out the situation so that we ended up with the ring we loved but in the correct size. It seems he will go above and beyond to keep his customers happy. We would definitely recommend their company to anyone looking to buy moissanite jewellery!

Don’t trust this company. They do not have a real physical store. Everything is online. I received an engagement ring that was too big for like 4 sizes. My fiancé was comforted as they told him changes were possible. I didn’t use the ring naturally because was too big and didn’t wanna lose it. I changed for a smaller one and after one day my finger was getting swollen because I’m between two sizes so was too small. When my fiancé tried to exchange it they said the ring had been “heavily used” we have proof this was not the case as It was just some weeks later. I was in summer holidays for a month, have plane tickets to proof and naturally I didn’t take the ring as didn’t fit. I had pictures of the ring and is impossible in two days of trying it on there was “marks” as this company said. We were being charged 100 EUROS EXTRA just to “fix the heavy use” I work in IT and I have a cleaner. There was absolutely no heavy use, OR 1 the quality is horrible after 2 days gets damaged OR 1 they send us a heavily used ring when we exchanged it and they didn’t check.Either way they did not want to assume responsibility for this, even knowing the purchase date was a few months ago so any normal 900€ ring should not by damaged by now even if it was used. Which was definitely not used and I have the pictures to prove it.Super sad some people save up and put their money for something so special to then try get scammed of a 1/8 if the ring price knowing all the costs that come with a wedding.We did not pay the 100 and still have the “heavily used scratched ring” after not even 6 months of purchase and less than 2 days usage. I’m not even wearing it now because of the bad taste of this, I never used it because I wanted one that fitted good!. I will not recommend this company I will review everywhere I can not to put your hard earned money here. It’s all lab grown so a thousand other more reliable places to choose better then this where you can go and choose and be sure not to get scammed. Choose a bigger more known brand. Unbelievable this place didn’t fix this. Or the quality or the service failed. I did not use the ring. I was not home and the ring stayed home, alone. Or they send us a heavily used product already by mistake, or the ring was that bad quality that deteriorated after a month stored with no real usage. That’s the only two options. The ring was not used because it was too tight and it’s still not used. They absolutely ruined part of our wedding experience. Please don’t make the same mistake my fiancé made and take your money elsewhere more reliable.

They were so friendly and helpful. Their products are beautifully made and look identical to diamonds. They’re not expensive but the quality looks like you’ve spent many thousands. If you need help send a WhatsApp and if you get Sebastian I assure you he will help you in anyway he can.

I messaged their Instagram page with a general question on location then custom designs. Response was very quick and the person I spoke with was extremely helpful. I can’t wait to order my ring from them!
