Is myimprov.com Legit?

My husband and I both took the Improv Defensive Driving course and had nothing but trouble with it. The videos kept freezing. We had to contact the company numerous times. They were helpful in that they skipped us past the sections that froze, but isn’t the point to watch or read the material? It is unfortunate because we have used them in the past, but I will not use them again going forward.

I had to contact online support 3 times and still never completed the first chapter of the course. Requested a refund after wasting 40 minutes.

Made it through with flying colors. The test was super fair - a couple of q’s I don’t remember being covered but that’s my ADHD probably. I learned a few rules I had forgotten too. Some of the jokes were pretty funny too.

The program was easy and a review of existing knowledge and skills.... HOWEVER, i chose the course, not for ease but for humor and entertainment. It was old, stale, and not fun. 😞 Just sad. i would not recommend this program for any reason other than ease of completion. Hope this helps.

Easy and straightforward

Im presently still working on the driving class. I like it, its a no pressure go at your own speed. A great tool and also is helping me to remember alot of other rules of the road as we sometimes forget things.

The course was fine but the insurance “discount” was a disappointment. Geico only decreased my insurance by $2.85 per month. Based on reviews on the Improv website from other drivers, I expected more of a savings. Makes me question if the reviews were legitimate.

Program was buggy and sometimes didn’t recognize my correct security question. Terrible experience compared to 3 years ago. Will not use them again. Also, started receiving a lot of calls from unknown phone numbers afterwards. Suspect selling info.

The course was enjoyable and directions relatively easy to understand. I did have a little difficulty with trying to use the live chat so used the phone number and got my questions answered that way.

The program met FL's requirements and I appreciated the moments of humor. Great customer svc. Easy to order and access. Immediate delivery of court required documentation and 2 complimentary tickets to the Improv. I'm very happy with all aspects of the purchase. Oh, and I got a $5 discount on the price, too!

Was very easy to register; view lessons and complete test at the end to receive Certification. I've already notified GEICO to apply the discount to my Policy.

It was a very good review of the rules of the road. Should be a mandatory learning experience for everyone every 5 years.

The presentation leaves more to be desired. I retired from serving the Florida Department of Transportation couple of years back. It was part of our annual training taking the driving improvement course given by the Safety Council. That program is much more engaging, easy to follow, pro-active, simple, interactive, and well organizes when compare with this one. Therefore, I am not going to continue reading 40 minutes or more of onscreen writing to accomplish yours. Thank you.

Took the course for FL to lower my ins $ with Geico. Each portal makes you wait 40 min to answer basic questions that can all be googled. Wasted 5 hrs just to find out it’s not going to lower my ins because I have the max discounts and have been spammed with hundreds of emails ever since that day. I wish I could find a way to know if this is not an isolated issue and if others have had their emails spammed after the course. Awful experience!!

It's a scam guys don't give your sensitive information to this site. You can't download the certificate or they just let you download malware. There is no support all these reviews are fake because they ask to rate take right after the test before you complete and once it's done you have nothing. If you want to check the reliability try to contact support, but you can't because it's a fake site. Million robbed so far and govt can't act on it!

Super Functional, Fun as it can be for what it is and I was highly impressed with how streamline and efficient the website worked
