They literally saved my life when I had a nasty case of Covid. I was having so much trouble breathing. The sound of the cough I had was alien to me and it rang through the house. I was hours away from going to the hospital. We went on the sight gave our symptoms etc.. The doctor even followed up with us via text whenever we wanted to reach out. If it was bad we could talk or telehealth. He sent our scripts out to a recommended pharmacy in our area and could pick up that day or have shipped overnight. I began my recovery within hours and within a week I was able to work. They are still there for me if I need them and it was all free of charge. I even recovered my senses of taste and smell. my sense of taste and smell. The world needs more doctors like these.
I want to personally thank Ben for setting up his website for treating covid outside the CDC protocols. His talent and skills are much appreciated and have saved the lives of many people. Trust me this is not a scam at all and is real with doctors that care. What is it worth to have real treatments when you need it and pharmacies that will deliver by mail quickly? I prefer to give my money to doctors that work in my best interest.
Had one set of prescriptions last year for covid but when I wanted to get another support admin demanded I "donate" first. Definitely a needed service but dont be fooled that its free. They are probably getting $100 for maybe 1 minute of an actual doctors time. Support staff does most of work. Dr Marbles is getting rich from this supposed "charity."

I was using this service for about 2 years. Now they want to know if I've been vaccinated. I said it's none of your business. They said that unless I provided that information they could no longer help me. I've donated generously, but I will no longer have anything to do with them.
My experience with Dr. Ben Marble has been frustrating and disappointing. After submitting my personal identification as part of my consultation, I requested that it be removed from their records for privacy and security reasons. Instead of addressing my valid concerns, Dr. Marble’s team repeatedly refused to delete my personal information, citing a vague and unsupported claim that it was a legal requirement to retain my ID for six years. Despite asking for specific legal references, they failed to provide any substantiated information. I was dismissed with rude and unprofessional comments, including being told that I was \'fired\' for \'harassing\' them. Things took a further negative turn when Dr. Marble personally called me \'extremely paranoid\' and “mentally disabled.” These insulting comments were not only completely uncalled for, but also left me feeling disrespected and dismissed. Being treated this way by a healthcare provider is completely unacceptable. If you decide to use this service be aware that they will store your personal information, ID, and anything else you give them indefinitely. The other comment I see about the selling of personal data has me deeply concerned about the validity and ethics of this organization.

I heard an ad on talk radio about myfreedoctor. I have been struggling with a dental infection and have no insurance. Figured it was worth checking into the website. Found it via an online search engine (duckduckgo), and when I went to the site myfreedoctor.com I saw descriptions matching the services advertised on the radio. However, despite MULTIPLE clickable “buttons” that would direct visitors to the next step towards talking with a doctor, NONE of the buttons actually did anything other than begin to open a new tab that would remain a blank screen (black). Nothing actually loaded for me! I thought maybe my search engine was blocking a pop up, so I used google to open the website and AGAIN tried every single TALK TO A DOCTOR button, with the SAME RESULTS. No page would display once I clicked the buttons, just a new, blank screen. I utilized the CONTACT US option and described my issues (& the urgency of my medical situation), requested they email me about how to get in touch with free doctor consultation. I just want an antibiotic for my teeth! That email was sent by me, via their site TWO DAYS AGO & I have not seen anything yet from this supposedly benevolent organization. I didn’t give up too much personal information in the “contact us” process- maybe email, name and phone number (I know they supposedly utilize texts to communicate with doctors so that didn’t seem odd to give). Anyhow now I have no help, no information on the doctors or anything. It isn’t professional.
I’m concerned as I entered my personal information, including a copy of my drivers license as requested only to proceed with the next inquiries of medical diagnostic information, history and the screen photos it would not allow me to proceed and would not accept the submit information. It’s simply froze prior to that. I tried to log in on the portal for existing members as I was once a member many years ago, but that just took me to blink screens. Is this website no longer existent why do they still have it available online? Previously, I had good experience with this organization. I hope this is not their website being hijacked by bad actor. I cannot find a phone number for each thing I believe this is all online in text type service.
