The amount of help and information was very helpful. If i got confused or lost in the process my agent (Justin) was quick to help me catch up and get the process moving. They went out of their way IMO to accommodate me in some rushed time frame situations. Directions for filling out paperwork and getting them returned was detailed and simple to follow for a lot of complicated paperwork. The process was kind of excessive, but I do appreciate the lengths that was taken to secure your identity in the process.

Not impressed. I bought a boat in june and i'm still waiting for all my paperwork to get done. They lost the title to the trailer and been told we are waiting on the state since then. I had to have all the paperwork mailed back to me to so I could get the boat registered. Seems like they like to point fingers when I ask questions on where we are today for my trailer transfer. Just do your research before proceeding.

Tim was very patient and helpful as we tried financing on 3 separate trailers. He never once showed signs of frustration or uneasiness from the stress of changing info on portfolio. Very friendly and very helpful on all aspects. Will be going threw Tim on ALL future travel trailer finances!
