During my process, sign up and the 4 year timeline for repayment, everything went smoothly. A payment was never missed, communication of where I was on all my accounts was clear. And if I ever thought there was a mistake, or something needed to be updated or I wanted to make an extra payment, I just had to email and I would get a message back in a timely fashion. Finally on the road to financial happiness and I am so thankful!!
