Is myfaceclub.com Legit?

Got scammed into signing up to my face club.com was buying red bull but it was only a sign up so complained cost me £8.99 then stopped any other payments to them because they tried to take out more money out account but I had already blocked them, since that they have sent me £4.21 back they should have sent back £8.99. So they still took half my money …☹️. Are they doing this with everyone

Scammers. Will ask you to provide a good review for them to refund you for goods and services which are not even provided. Do not trust!Just been scammed by this company! Had no idea that I was signing up for a subscription and after contacting them they seem very unwilling to help. I lost 59 Euro's without knowing. This is fraud and should be punished ! Trustpilot is not doing a good job in this.Update 17/09. They send me a mail with a refund of 9.5 Euro, so what about the rest of the money you own me? And where is the Marshall blue tooth speaker I never received? This fraud scam will be reported within 5 days at OLAF European Anti-Fraud Office and the Belgian Police. Fraud is a deliberate act of deception intended for personal gain or to cause a loss to another party. (See more in Article 3(2) of Directive (EU) 2017/1371).

Good and helpfull when needed but i no longer need your guys service 😁. 10 out of 10 for customer support. Thankyou guys so much,Ben

Found myself signed up to a subscription service by mistake . Having contacted MyFaceClub they have agreed to refund all previous payments.My 4 star review is based upon those payments being returned in full as promised

This website is fraud. I purchased an adidas shoes by special offer about 9 saudi rials on 10 February, 2024. They cut from my account two amount 8 rial and 9 rials. Again they cut from my account about 206.21 saudi rials on 13 February, 2024. Again They raised another bill about 53.32 USD what is pending . Due to insufficient amount they are faild to cut the amount. I am only one earning person in my family. Every day i worked15 to 16 hours with very few wages under the Sun heat in saudi Arabia. It’s really pathitic issue that your company cut lot of money from my account. Today i took loan from my colleagues to send money to my family. Next month i have to repay. Please cancel membership and all voucher and refund money to my account. I will thankful to you.MD NAZRUL ISLAM

My mothers account got debited many times for a few months. We don't know how it happened, maybe my mother (old) clicked somewhere. I contacted support and after explaining that the subscription was not by our request, myfaceclub refunded all the money.Special thanks to Emy from Customer Excellence Department at myfaceclub for the understanding.

Firstly, I didn't realise I was entering a subscriptionSecondly, I have no emails or confirmations of the projector I've ordered which was awhile ago. But the money has came out my account yet I have no receipt or anything to prove I've bought a projector off themEmy has contacted me and is issuing a refund no more issues.

There seems to be miscommunication with how you join myfaceclub. I purchased something but didn't realise I had actually joined a membership. After help from Emy my membership was cancelled perhaps I should learn to read the small print.

Sama was helpful and so was the direct chat agent in late February. The chat agents in early February and beforehand were not so helpful and did not take the time to find out about my refund.

I appreciate the customer service for reaching out to resolve my concern. The support already provided steps and procedures to fully addressed my concern. Thank you.

Further to the addition to my review, I have heard again from myfaceclub. They have still not checked previous correspondence and are maintaining they have refunded £158. No, they refunded £104.22 in February and are now saying my bank has held up the payment. Are they mad? If my bank has withheld some of the refund they deserve to lose me as a customer!Myfaceclub is at best incompetent and inefficient, at worst just a scam company.

Money scammers. 3 euro taken from my account a few days ago and now just got charged 12 euro. No idea what I purchased via Instagram but was definitely something completely irrelevant to the wares I see on MyFaceClub.com. I’ve no idea who this company is. If I didn’t reach out they would continue to take my money. Found out they are apart of a mail phishing scam. Company was disguised as a coffee subscription I use, offering a loyalty gift at 3 euro. The transaction failed but you’ve actually signed up to a monthly membership. Reported to my bank

I am writing you to bring to your attention that issue Ibraised earlier about MyFaceclub is currently being handled by their team.Apparently, this was a communication issue. Emy from their team reached out to me, the subscription is now deactivated with a refund in progress. Thank you to Emy and the entire MyFaceclub team for expediting the resolution to the issue.

There was a slight confusion with the website and money being taken out of my account however, I spoke to a man on the live chat and this was resolved!

Further to my review. Myfaceclub posted a message on 23rd April telling me to read the email they'd sent me "so they could find a solution". Basically they've done nothing, again, to resolve the situation! It just looks good if they make it look like they want to help.What a waste of space this company is.
