“Terrible return policy and process”

Beware! I ignored the reviews and ordered a pair of the pants. The quality was not great and they did not fit. The return process has been terrible. In trying to get the pants returned in the specified timeframe, i had to submit an email - which was not answered and had to be resubmitted...wasting time. When I did get a response, they actually required that I send a picture of the label indicating the size and then a picture of the pants next to something so they could determine the size. What a pain in the neck! They don't fit - enough said. I still don't know if I will be able to return given that the return window is shrinking. Service Value Returns Quality

Just DON'T. This "company" advertises cute photos which are stolen from other businesses in order to make you think you are buying a good product. When the product arrives, it will be completely different. You will want a refund because you now feel scammed. You try calling them and the phone number doesn't work. They only communicate via email on China time. Getting a refund is going to be like trying to do acrobatic acts at the circus. Just don't buy from them. You've been warned. “Cheap Material/Weird Fit/Subpar Workmanship”

The material was flimsy, thin and unflattering. The craftsmanship was as if they lacked attention to detail. It took a month to receive my pants. They did not fit at all. Will be returning for a full refund. Hopefully someone will get back to me with return instructions. Their website is not customer service focused whatsoever. So disappointed.

Don't order from this company. Pants feel cheesy. Tummy control that's a joke butt lift, who the hell you kidding. I ordered 2 pairs got 1. My size even ordered up and still didn't fit. DO NOT BUY from this company. They are from China and put it back on you to cover shipping charges for any returns. Another option they give is to refund you just 15% of the price if you want to avoid shipping to China. What?! This is a scam and I hope they get shut down

Honestly, they are not that bad. I normally wear a 14 and I am 5'6. I ordered the xl tall. I'm so glad I went with tall because anything less would have been too short. I have not tried to wash yet( hopefully they don't draw up any). The material does look cheap and something I haven't seen mentioned but the front pockets are sewn shut with two rows of stitching, I don't like not having use of my front pockets but it does keep all the bulging from gut flat in a extremely comfortable way but I can't tell that there is any butt lift but of course I don't have a lot back there to lift, lol. The price point on these are definitely too high though. Shipping took about three weeks for me and I couldn't read the tracking info because it was in Chinese writing. “How can a business like this even exist?”

I am appalled by this company. They say they accept returns. They have a phone number and an email. Weeks have passed. I have left at least 3 voice messages (because no one answers the phone). I have written 3 emails. No one has called me back or replied to my emails. One white pair of pants arrived with pink ink stains on the pocket. And the body suit doesn't fit at all. I am trying to make one return and one exchange, but looks like I will get neither. Customer service is non existent. Unbelievable. Tip for consumers:They say they offer refund but they don't. “Customer service”

I've been trying to return a pair of pants that were nothing at all like what I thought I was buying for 8 weeks. Keeping track of my repeat requests begging to please respond regarding a refund. So far zero response except the canned auto reply that says 1-2 business days for a response. I send a request almost daily and have yet to ever receive a resolution. Horrible quality material and about 3x too big.

After submitting the order, I received nothing form the company. The only trace is a charge in my PayPal. Two emails were unanswered. Phone number is out of service. Online contact form crashes. With Mycomfypant.com you won't even get your order. They mark it as shipped with a shady tracking company. In "transit for" 2 months. They don't respond to your emails either. They are located in China and not in the US as they like you to believe.

“Potential is lost”

When I found these pants I was really looking forward to having a pair of comfortable summer 'hang out' pants. First off there was poor communication when I couldn't find the package that I'd been notified had been delivered. I eventually found it, but never heard back from the company. I ordered my usual size, but I was very disappointed with the length. Even though it said it was my length, they were a bit short and then I let the hem out and added some Bias to lengthen them. That was fine but then after the first washing, in COLD water, and air dry, they shrunk by several inches...they fit a bit snugger but are still wearable, I just will have to make them into crop pants now! There's a good potential here, but poor service and a bit cheap on the allowance for shrinkage makes this company miss the mark...won't be buy Comfy Pants again. Products used:The pants

“Bogus business in china”

I ordered pants from this company over a month ago and I still have not received them. When I ordered them it was not clear they were coming from China and I'm pretty sure if there was a delivery date listed, it was not 1+ month later. Their site currently says orders will be delivered within 1-2 weeks but once you order you get an email saying "due to the popularity of this item, average shipping time is between 1-3 weeks" and then it actually takes longer. I can't even comment on quality because I haven't received my item (yet I paid, contacted them, still no answer). This is dishonest marketing and very bad service. Service Shipping

I waited for weeks for these pants to come in only to receive some cheap fabric that are too short and not comfortable. Contacted Customer Service and they of course will not pay for a return; offered 20% off another purchase. Gave me the run around with that. Placed and order in May and have not received my shorts. However they had no problem taking my money from my account. Tried to call no good. Sent several emails and never got a response back. Contacted PayPal they were no help. Any positive reviews were probably written by the company. Only thing good is the company got my money. Ordered in January, now it is April. Tracking sat "Precessing" for 3 months then when investigated by Paypal, suddenly the item was delivered - to the USA! I live in Australia! I ordered the high waste comfy sports pants. The fabric is see through! And I'm not even sure they are going to survive a wash. Waist tie is off center and all seams look weak. Really disappointed. After US$ conversion I have been ripped off. And took over 1 month to arrive.

Not comfy at all! Scratchy and horrible, and weirdly wide around the waist and very short. Maybe they were designed for a dwarf? I gave them to my kids who also find them to be awful... do not spend your money on these!

This seller is a complete sham. My first order was delivered without problems. I then put in another pair of orders expecting it to go smoothly. It didn't. As the weeks and months passed I received nothing. I sent them an email, wanting an explanation, and received a standardised reply that the items would be shipped soon. Again nothing happened. I then opened a Paypal case against them. This dragged on for a couple of months, until I received an email today that Paypal had decided against me. Paypal had taken the claim that the items had been shipped, at face value. I never received anything of what I ordered. Looks like their whole business model is built upon building trust with the first order, then just taking your money without sending you anything, when you try to order again. In the meantime, they keep sending emails trying to get you to order more! Why this seller is allowed to continue operating, is beyond me.

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDENCE FROM THE "SUPPORT TEAM" and it has been almost 2 months! Comfy Pants sent me the wrong item in the wrong size and the wrong style. My payment has cleared my credit card as well. So, it appears to me that "Comfy Pants" doesn't care about customer satisfaction in any way. I certainly don't feel this is an unreasonable request for Comfy Pants to credit my credit card for the $48.94 I paid for a product AND a return label so I can return this product back to Comfy Pants, A product that is not even close to what I ordered and needless to say I can't use. At the very least I have learned a valuable lesson that I should check out how many complaints consumers have posted about the bad service they have also received from Comfy Pants. “Comes from china and they are designed to fit small Chinese women.”

This product comes from China and the sizing is really small. I ordered a size larger than I usually buy in pants and could not even get it over my hips. Also, they run shorter than expected. Definitely not designed for the American body. Also, returns are not easy and you have to pay for the return. Buyer beware. This is the second time I have bought anything that ended up coming from China. I will never make that mistake again.

When they came one pair was faulty and the other not suitable. They said returns were on me. I did it tracking as advised. They received the item back in July and since then I have heard nothing. Payment was with pay world or something so have no way of complaining. In total I have incurred charges of approx 70 £. So angry xx

The pants I got are at least 3 shades lighter than the color I was expecting and the quality is cheap.
