Is mychiandme.co.uk Legit?

I purchased a travel carrier/bag, several jumpers in a couple of sizes and key ring. The xs jumper is too small for my pup so I’ve had to discard after I tried it on her :( but I love her bag, vest and hoodie. The travel carrier/bag has really helped her anxieties when travelling and I have already been recommending it and your site to friends!

I have recently purchased the new stone harness and accessories from My Chi and Me. A beautiful fully adjustable harness very soft and easy to put on. I love the little chihuahua characters especially on the lead and the lovely colour that looks good on my little girl and my boy. Excellent quality and prices including fast delivery. I highly recommend this company, wonderful service and nothing is too much trouble.

Lovely small business with a great variety of products for chihuahuas, small dogs and tiny puppies. Items are always as described, good value and delivered quickly.This was the only store I found with cute, unusual harnesses and clothes that would fit my tiny chihuahua puppy and I couldn't recommend more. We always get lots of compliments on my pup's outfits!

This company has very well made,reasonable priced items for small dogs.When I have phoned for information on products,the staff have been very friendly and helpful .I have mostly bought bedding for my chihuahua from them which my chi adores.The quality is great and they wash really well and dry quick.I have bought dog coats from them in the past and have had no trouble returning them when the size hasn't been correct(my fault buying the wrong size)I throughly recommend this company, postage also is fast.

I’ve purchased many items from My Chi and Me and their products are amazing. Perfect for tiny small dogs as their harnesses are perfect and such good quality. Recently I purchased a gold crown for my tiny Chihuahua puppy and my gosh it was the cutest thing ever! Would highly recommend this company, fast shipping and 5 star customer service.

I read the reviews about not receiving a refund and I have since returned several items. Had absolutely no issue in receiving a full refund for harnesses and leads (too small for my pups). I've just placed my third order and will continue to use this site as the quality and prices are amazing! Kuma and Pepe love their jumpers

I have bought a number of things from My Chi and Me, toys/boots/gilets/fleece etc, and have never had any problems. I have returned a couple of items in the past due to them being the wrong size, but I followed their returns procedure and got the items refunded/exchanged fine, even when Royal Mail workers have been on strike. Will buy from them in the future :)

Very happy with blue surgical suit & flower collar for my little puppy called Louie. They will keep him warm, comfortable & help to stop him tugging at his stitches when he has his operation in February & he looks so cute in them. They were beautifully wrapped & arrived promptly. Thank you.

Since adopting my Chihuahuas in March i have now placed several orders with My Chi. I love the presentation, as much a treat for me as for them! Recently, Nicky spent time and effort in finding me the right harnesses following a very scary encounter on our local beach. I really appreciated her time and effort at what was a very difficult time. I have just looked again at the website and all the new items available, I can feel another order coming on.........

Love receiving my parcels, they wrapped really well.loads of care takin to ensure it arrives safely Very quick delivery especially as it’s just before Christmas. Item was exactly as I expected. I ordered 2 life jackets for my dogs over 6 weeks ago i emailed them as i wanted to send them back i have heard nothing since so this has forced me to write me first review. it would appear there returns policy does not work there is no way of contacting them.

I purchased two raincoats for my Chihuahuas. They arrived very quickly and were beautifully wrapped in pink tissue. Unfortunately my Chihuahuas didn’t like them... the hood kept falling over their eyes so they both froze and wouldn’t walk. I returned and was refunded immediately. Fortunately for me, my return was accepted albeit over something so trivial. I definitely will order another couple of coats, hopefully ones that my Chihuahuas aren’t so fussy about. I would without hesitation, recommend My Chi and Me to everyone.

Extremely rude reply from a member of the team after advising them I received a faulty item. No apology or anything. I was just asked to sending a video of a faulty zip which requires two hands so not quite sure how to do that or why I should have to either. Either way, very disappointing given the review ratings as I thought this was a reputable company to buy from.

My first purchase from MyChiandMe was a Peruvian jumper. I wasn’t sure of the sizing but had top class advice from Nicky who is amazingly helpful.The jumper was delivered quickly and absolutely gorgeous ,beautifully made and great quality. I have made further purchases of a chi necklace,a slow feeder and a collar for my little one. All have been superior quality with a service 2nd to non. I would recommend MyChiandMe to anyone with little dogs,a fab company run by fab people.Thank you 🐾♥️🐾

So impressed with this business. I really struggle to find things to fit my chi especially harnesses. They either rub him or he can wriggle out of them. Purchased a Julius K9 Harness and a lovely coat and it came with a free toy to say thank you. I messaged the Facebook page for info and recommendations regarding sizes and got a majorly helpful reply within 5 mins. Thank you for being such a caring and well ran business. My favourite shop for my chi!

Have you tried the fleecy Chi blanket. If not why not? Oh my days you need to buy this versatile item. So soft, so warm, so comforting it’s like a great big hug. You instantly feel a warm embrace. So therapeutic. Oh and not forgetting the Chihuahuas. They love this to snuggle in, on or under. You need this in your life. It’s a good thickness without being bulky. It washes and dries really well and maintains that snuggly softness. All doggy apparel from this company is top notch. The customer service & communication is just the best. They go above and beyond. This online store is my absolute go to. The packaging is fab. Delivery is quick and I always look forward to seeing the pretty pink parcel when it arrives. Thank you My Chi and me.
