Is mycarly.com Legit?

I've found this tool to be so awesome. I can monitor alot of parameters of any car. It is so useful and saves me a lot of money. Ran a diagnostic and found out it was only a 20 dollar part. With live data , I can follow any irregularities my car is having such as misfires or pump malfunctions etc. Awesome tool. Many thanks to Carly and support team. Y'all are awesome.

Utterly Terrible. Ordered product on 27th of July and still not arrived. Been given DHL Germany tracking details but nothing happening. Raised a complaint with Carly and still no product just a load of nonsense about strikes in the U.K. affecting delivery. Still hopeful I will get my product but I have my serious doubts, starting to think it’s all a bit of a scam.

Carly ruined my car. I have a 2014 Volvo V40, which as it is ageing, but well looked after car, I wanted to be able to conduct regular diagnostics to fix any real problems before they arise. Unfortunately when connecting the OBD reader and running diagnostics warnings for airbags, pedestrian safety and brakes have all appeared and will not go away. I have taken the car to local garage, (at my cost, £50 so far) who have confirmed that Carly has corrupted the cars software and they cannot be easily be solved. I have provided this information plus photos of the assessment from the garage but are yet to receive any response from Carly. Initial assessment is that this is likely to be hugely time consuming and very costly. DO NOT BUY.

I got a positive outcome in the end but the forms you get to fill in at the start are a bit limiting in trying to explain the problem, there was no option to indicate that I was having a hardware fault rather than something app related. it would be beter if i could've just had an option to say the device isn't powering up, is showing no lights, is not showing on bluetooth scans so i dont have to go through a hundred irelevant questions.

Brilliant tool, so easy to use and understand, I have used this tool on family, friends and neighbours cars to good effect, definitely recommend this

Tried to order the device. I itially they got my address incorrect in the shipping despite it being correct on the invoice and then I've been advised several times they'll send another out and I'll get tracking info and I haven't received anything despite chasing it up.

Communication is incredible!! My Carly had sat stationary in shipment tracking for a little bit and they sent an email saying they were following it up before I even questioned it.

I bought OBD 1 year ago. Which was stopped working after 4 month. I was contacted to seller but customer service delay about my request, so OBD still not working. I was attached screenshots to explain what issue I have., but they like ignoring me and answering too late. Today they charge me for renewal year of 122£. I did dispute from my bank account and paypal as well. Tickets number 1278399/ 1278416

I have always received a great service from the team at Carly, certainly no complaints there. The product is decent also though for me, on a newer vehicle, it did fail to unlock any features.

Took 2 weeks to actually get dispatched, didn’t take long to arrive after that, I have yet to find anything that makes it any better than a cheapy one off Amazon and free app though

Had a Carly scanner for a little over 10 years and just now had issues connecting to the newer gen BMWs. After a bit of troubleshooting it was determined the scanner likely is failing and was sent a replacement without any hassle

Bought a Carly scanner and missed the automatic clicked box for autorenewal of the yearly license. After a year they automatically transfered the money from my Paypal account. They argue they inform about this in their terms of agreement, but this is just a way to trick money out of you as a customer, instead of letting the customer decide to renew or not.

Terrible experience! Took over a fortnight to get the first scanner to me, then it didn't work! They are now sending a replacement but even that has now been delayed. One of the worst purchase experiences I have had. Weeks after ordering I still don't have a working scanner. ** To Carly Support, Ticket 1272208 is the current one but there have been others previously! **

The scanner does not work on my 2011 Ford Ranger. Ii purchased the Premium package but beware, my android phone will not pair with the Cary Scanner.Also customer support will not respond to my queries about this or help me.

They were not clear about the auto renewal which costs more than the device and 1 year licence Shipping to my country took almost half of the paid for license time with no willingness to pause the license count down till I received the device and actually started using it

Make sure you read the small print regarding the auto renewal.I have just been charged another £80 for subscription 1 year later that was apparently set to auto renew I was totally unaware of this and I don’t even own the Carly device anymore.Customer service not interested in cancelling and refunding me either

Customer service is extraordinary.Product is great, can do all sorts of cars from old to new.diagnostics,live data,coding etcEvery diagnostic is saved in history which is a lifesaver , you can send a report as pdf which is very handy aswell.Easy app to use and a very cheap option from the other brands.Highly recommended!

It is a product I've found very useful over the years, across a wide range of car manufacturers, however, the Carly customer service from their team is the stand out - helpful, informed and prompt. Thanks.
