On August 16 I placed an order for 1000€+. It was not delivered within 3 (working days) days as it is promised on the website. For unknown reasons, DPD indicated that they tried to deliver the package on August 26, but I was at home the whole day and received only Amazon packages. On September 10 the order was returned to the shop and I asked to return the money.They just ignored that message. And answered only after my second email in 6 days. The message was meaningless with the unreceptive blame that it was my fault, but they wrote that can 'refund the total amount, less the delivery costs'. I asked to do that (on the same day (September 16)). Today is September 20 and there is still neither a response, nor a refund (I know that there are 14 days to proceed refund, but they have at least to confirm that).
It was my second purchase from Muzix Audio. I was very satisfied with the FiiO iems and the 64Audio valür. After the very nice contact with Szabolcs from Muzix Audio I decided to write a rewiev. Before I found Muzix Audio I had to pay taxes in Germany, wait long time and worry to get the delivery. Muzix Audio is very reliable seller in the EU, have exclusive products and the delivery last only few days. The service is also the best you can expect. I recommend Muzix Audio and I will buy only here in the future.
