Is musso.co Legit?

The good thing about this chair is that it's really comfortable. That's where the pros end and the cons begin. The chair arrived in damaged packaging. The base of the chair, to which the wheels are attached, was sticking out of the packaging. In transit and due to damaged packaging, the gray plastic has become scratched and stained. Also the armrest mounts are covered in black dirt. I also noticed a strange molding defect on the headrest of the chair. Something that looks like white spots on the headboard. I filled out the form on the website and also wrote an e-mail to the support chat with a description of the condition of the chair. The manufacturer claimed to reply within 24 hours. As a result, my inbox is full of promotional materials from musso with an offer to buy another chair, but no response to my complaint has been received.

I received the chair as a winner of a free E600 SE as part of their Black Friday deal and I honestly couldn't be more satisfied with it. The chair is feels great to sit on, comfortable for long periods of time and building it is easy if you follow the instructions. Thank you to Musso for giving me this opportunity :)

I can't sit for long in one position, so a footrest and a decent range of adjustments were a must for me. The visual aspect is also important, so I was looking for a chair that is both ergonomic and looks nice. The Musso E600SE ticked all the boxes. Delivery was fast, and assembly took me less than 20 minutes. The lumbar support is fairly soft, which is rare for ergonomic chairs that usually hurt my back. I recommend the E600SE to anyone looking for a neat, customizable chair that works well for both leisure and work.

In the beginning, I was not sure if I should place an order as I found the shop on Instagram and was not sure if I could trust the quality and the shop overall. I ordered the chair on Friday last week, and it arrived today (on Tuesday) already! I am very happy about my decision to place the order as it is a great chair. It looks great in a modern apartment and, at the same time, perfectly supports my lower back problems with the lumbar support bolster. Overall, I fully recommend the E600 chair I purchased. The price is reasonable!

My chair arrived next day. Easily the nicest and most comfortable chair I’ve ever had. Easy to assemble and even my cat won’t stop stealing my seat. What higher praise than being cat approved is there. Love all the functionality of my chair and so affordable!

I’ve been debating getting a chair from Musso for months and I’m so glad I did. Great quality, really comfortable, and easy to assemble! I also used the customer service chat after I purchased and had a very speedy response.

I was trying to prepare to enter the giveaway, but accidentally placed an order too early. I immediately contacted the customer service to cancel my order and they were really fast with their replies and suggested me to still participate in the giveaway, and that if I was lucky enough I could still get it for free. I had to put a lot of trust into them since 2 orders was about 500 euros. They did as promised and refunded me my first order that night. The shipping was really fast and to my surprise it arrived the day after (which is today) already.The chair itself is as described and as in the pictures with all it's functionalities. There's only a nitpicking point from my side, which is that you need to push quite hard to recline the seat, but it still does its job so I'm not complaining too much about that. Overall it's really aesthetically pleasing too. I love that the cover of the footrest is removable and washable!As for the building, it went really smoothly. The instructions were big and clear, even I could build it myself without any help! :') If the instructions and/or functions aren't clear enough, they also have videos that demonstrate every aspect, which I appreciate and is really helpful.That said I'm really satisfied with my new chair! It sits really nice and comfortable.

The chair is easy to build ( my 12-year-old son built it) everything comes with it the instructions and very easy to follow. Received my chair and at first glance there were several problems. The legs are cosmetically damaged, the footrest has a tear in the fabric, the seat of the chair is stained. Further to this, when I tried the chair the lower lumber support, which they claim you can adjust 3 times forward and backwards, doesn't actually work that way. Yes you can turn the knob and it clicks 3 times, but the lumber support is still providing a great deal of pressure on your back as it is constantly pushing outwards. I'm not sure if this is a fault or not. At first they claimed that this is how the product works. In which case the website is falsely claiming something. Then several days later I get this in an email "In response to this problem, we need to take some videos and photos to communicate with the factory to avoid the same situation next time." regarding my original email reporting the problem. I did provide them with video footage. However they're still not willing to offer me a full refund - despite the chair either being faulty or falsely advertised. They did offer to send me a new chair, which I'll get back to.From the very first email I said I wanted a refund. I was not happy with the number of faults and the false advertising of the lower lumber support. They offered me a 70% discount very quickly. Which is strange behaviour if the chair is working perfectly. The chair is faulty, I should get a 100% discount not 70%.From the second email I kept having to repeat myself that I wanted a refund but the gas lift is stuck and I needed to know how to take it apart. They did eventually tell me that in order to get a refund (for a damaged and faulty chair) I would have to take everything apart. Everything would have to be in perfect condition (even the bits that arrived damaged?) I would have to put the screws in individual bags and label them. I would have to take detailed photos for them to check to authorise the full refund... On a chair that arrived to me damaged and faulty (or falsely advertised, which is worse then faulty). They ignored my question about how to take apart the gas lift for multiple emails. Finally today I have a video, which shows then violently shaking the chair around, pulling on it hard, until finally it comes apart. There is no way this is safe for me to do. I will absolutely injure myself if I tried to do this. I've checked YouTube and all the videos showing you how to safely separate the gas lift involve supporting the chair so it does not move, and using a pipe wrench to separate it. Which of course will leave marks on the gas lift. Which shouldn't matter in this case because it arrived damaged in the first place!!!At first I wasn't planning to leave a negative review, but they're either refusing to refund a damaged and faulty chair or they've mislead me in stating their lumber support is adjustable (it's not adjustable if all three settings still leave it pressing hard against my back) and now I can't get a refund because it's not possible for me to remove the gas lift safely or without causing scratches that will prevent me from getting a full refund for an already damaged and scratched chair.So now I come back to the part where they offer me a new chair. If I'm not able to get a full refund on a damaged and faulty chair, despite being part of their return policy, why on earth are they going to pay to ship me a brand new chair?Their terms of service state that if an item is faulty they will either try and correct it, or offer an exchange or refund. I do not trust that another chair won't have the same issue. So I asked for a refund. Which is when they went down this ridiculous route of having to send back each item in perfect condition in order to get the full refund.
