To start off, the number listed on their website doesn't answer the phone. I got ahold of them by email and the Co-Founder said he'd call me in a couple of hours - that was at 1PM, he called me randomly at 10PM. He didn't have any explanation for why this followup was late and out of the blue. Nonetheless, we talked and we agreed he'd call me the next day at 2PM. I ain't hear a peep. By 2:15PM i figured we were done anyways and didn't see anymore reason to try to get in contact. Tip for consumers:Before you pick up the phone to call them, put it back down. Products used:None.
