Is musicgateway.com Legit?

Music Gateway was able to help get my music video up to 20k views, which is more views than any of my other music videos. They were also able to get my single reviewed by a couple publications like Wonderland Magazine, and up my streams. They did so much more for my music than I could have done myself, and I will definitely be using there services for any future releases.

Marcus was very helpful today. He gave me an in depth video which showed me how to navigate creating an album. Very excited for these guys to be part of my music journey! Thank you!

I signed up with Music Gateway in 2019 I believe. My music producer passed way in 2021 & in 2022 due to failing to inform them of this they took the annual subscription. I contacted them to explain & they stated there is nothing they can do despite knowing I no longer needed the service. They assured me that they would cancel future subscriptions. I lost my partner at the beginning of the year which has led me to additional financial commitments and Music Gateway have taken another £150 refusing to reimburse it a day within subscriptions after explaining my situation, being aware I no longer use their service and offered me the following “It would be good to know if you are still making music. If you wanted to utilise the account given its massive upgrade recently, I could look at crediting your account by 50% of the subscription value to continue your membership with us. With our official partners at Spotify and cool analytics tools, you can have more autonomy over your music in the digital space”.Very upsetting & disappointing service

Sam Loughlin at the sync department did a really good job to get my music heard by some of the most influential music supervisors.

Is there any other musicians using Music gateway for releasing songs. I am reaching out to others to share opinions and experiences. As a new artist it can be a mine field to navigate through all the hype. I have had a few issues myself, and in fairness, music gateway are looking into these issues and are being very helpful in supporting me. It would be great to hear from any other music gateway artists or non music gateway artists.Ray T

I have been working with Music Gateway for my music marketing and promotional needs for over year now. Having worked with other similar agencies, I can highly recommend Music Gateway as a company who actually give a s***. They understand how to pivot and adapt in the ever changing music industry. They listen to the artist and look to build a plan around the vision and goals. 6 weeks ago I have uplaoded a song.6 weeks and it is till not released. ;D"Sent for review" it says.Did you sent it for review into another agalaxy or what?Terrible service. So far resolved, however awaiting to see if song will appear everywhere or just on spotify

The staff at Music Gateway have been excellent.Marcus in particular has really extended himself in assisting me with my account settings. This is a great organization!

I took a free 1on1 appointment with someone there to discuss my music and promoting it, and Jon canceled the appointment saying something like I'm not at a point in my career where they can help me, which is total nonsense. He also said they don't promote on radio which is also nonsense because on their website they say they do (which is why I booked a 1on1 appointment). This guy Jon also wasn't coherent in my previous communication with him.*****update*****Somone from the management team contacted me and cleared things up, so I edited the review to 5 stars

I started putting some of my music on MG for sync purposes, they offer a few interesting services to help those artists who are looking to get a sync deal and need to get to know more about this complex world. So far I can say their communication via email is transparent and helpful. I personally still need to dig a little more into this world, overall I sense seriousness in what they do.

I'm a new client and I'm impressed by the responsiveness of the Music Gateway team. Special shout outs to Marcus and Ryan for helping me maneuver through this transition. Excited to see the growth while working together. Awesome to actually have a team you can talk to and who truly are there for you!

We had a couple of minor issues with the platform and after connecting with Marcus Power and Jon Skinner, who sorted the back end glitches, the issues are now fixed. The human connections make all the difference and have given us confidence moving forward with MG, Thanks Guys!

I have had a bad experience with communication with Music Gateway - quite a few bad experiences. I had left an extremely low review of them, but... I had a face to face conversation with them, and although I am still skeptical, they reassured me they will do everything they can to make it right. So as of right now, I will give them a chance.

They delivered even better results than promised. And the curators they connected me to actually loved my song, and kept the song in their rotation a bit longer. I'm an independent artist based in the USA, and I have used many other playlist pitching platforms. Gateway is the most effective and legit resource I've used.

This seems like a very cool company, they offer a multitude of services for musicians and others. I'm very new to them, stumbled on their site looking for sync and promo services. I will update this at a later time.

Definety a Scam ,I enquied in to this bunch off rip off merchants ,back in 2018 ,the subcripition wasnt much ,but I got zreo from it ,next thing the subcripition for nothing goes to £150 ,they regulur try to steal £150 from my credit card and fail ,but may have suceeded in the past ,I have told them I have no subcripition with them or ever recived any service from them .Ive allso aske for a copy of any payments they have recived from me ,no reply just emails again today saying my payment as failed .

Had a issue with the release of a few songs lately , needed a support than I had phoned the company and spoked to Marcus Power , and this lad made the total difference. Very attentious and caring , replied my emails very quick and went out of his way to help. Fair play to him , amazing costumer support !!
