Is muse-london.co.uk Legit?

Jacket took 3 weeks to arrive from CHINA not based in UK very misleading. The jacket is supposed to be mens XL wouldn't fit a 10 year old lining and outers he'll very very cheap knockoff none of the piping even match up looks like it was stitched together by a blind monkeyAVOID AT ALL COSTS

Scam company. When the item arrives- from China- it is nothing like the advertised item. Cheap quality, nylon instead of wool, awful fit, absolute waste of money. Trying to return the item for refund is horrendous. This company should be taken off Facebook.

I bought a jumper that was advertised as cashmere .and it came nothing like advertised. Horrible cheap material that I could have bought anywhere. This company is a scam wouldn't return emails never heard from them since September..do not buy from these scammers

Oh how I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from this company on an Instagram page. Waited weeks for the item to arrive and exactly as others have said it is nothing like the image, quality cheap and size incorrect. I have sent two emails so far and have heard nothing and I dont expect I will so will have to waive goodbye to my £30 and tell myself this is a lesson not to buy from a reputable company you know and trust. Mind you they are in breach of their unconditional 30 day refund quote by not refunding anyone's request but if they don't ever reply then your 30 days limit expires so they win yet again. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If you're thinking about it don't I bought two items thinking they were from London!Noooo they are sent from China the coat purchased looks nothing like advertised and the cardigan although OK absolutely stinks of mothballs (two washes and I still can't remove smell and haven't even worn it yet !!! )

SCAM company backed up by an ok looking website - jacket ordered actually came today after 2-3 weeks albeit from China. Terrible quality & supposed to be XL. More like a ‘small’ size so does not fit but nothing like photo on website & of an awful quality!Cannot be bothered with the rigmarole of returning the item reading other people’s reviews. I can use as a expensive rag to wash the car with 😊Suppose you get what you pay for!

HORRIFIC company. No customer service support. Nobody getting back to me. Goods are not what is pictured. Very very poor quality. Stay clear.

Complete scam. Designed to make you think it's legitimate. It's anything buy.'Limited stock 3 remaining' is a complete lie. The products shown are not as they come delivered. Sizes wrong. These are made in China, not Belgrave london. Avoid like the plague.P.s. customer service is non existent. You will NOT get your money back and are better off regifting.

To back-up all other reviews - avoid spending your money with this company. Clothing is not only extremely shapeless but poorly made (button holes not big enough for the actual buttons). Furthermore, they're using photos from other clothing brands claiming they are selling those items (for example, CAPO). The CAPO shirt I ordered is NOT that brand. They are frauds. I'm waiting for them to acknowledge my complaint but I'm not hopeful I will receive a full refund. Please do not use this site.

AVOID!!!Goods are nothing like what is advertised online. Cheap, shapeless, really poor finish. Stupidly I fell for their smart website and good reviews but it's clearly not real. Expecting me to pay return postage - they have now offered 50% off if I keep the goods, up from 30% then 40%! I've reported to citizens advice who have notified Trading standards.

If there was a zero star rating this company would have it - they took two lots of order and two lots of money, and I now cant get a returns label for the cheap rubbish they sent - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAM

As with all other reviews. Terrible quality, sizing very small, shipped from China (despite website leading you to believe shipped from London). Offering 30% discount, but ignoring my emails to send item back. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

PLEASE avoid using this company. Read all of the reviews on here….. many have received their delivery only to find they have received very poor standard products. I have paid and STILL NOT received my items! Avoid

Like everyone else I was taken in by the name and the photos - on Instagram for me. When I checked the tracking I saw the jacket I ordered was being sent from China, I feared the worst. It is cheap cr*p, doesn't look like the photos and the material is so horrible & nasty I can hardly bear to touch it. I wouldn't be seen dead wearing it! I have tried emailing them for a returns address but 5 days later have received no answer -doubt I will. I will be reporting them to The Trading Standards Authority.

Wish I’d read the reviews before being taken in by this SCAM company based in Asia. Took ages to arrive, quality DREADFUL and unfortunately I’d bought 2 sizes to see which one was better. They are offering a 30% discount but not replying to my request for return address. Furious with myself for falling for an Instagram ad and with them. DO NOT BUY.

Absolute scam of company, donot buy from them , cheap tat from China, there products are nothing like displayed on there website , they do not respond to emails, returned item as was absolutely poor quality ,no response, no refund
