I purchased my dress very last minute for a wedding. It come super quick, the fit was perfect and colouring also. I had compliments all night about my dress and would highly recommend. “Disappointing :(”

Bought a dress on sale from these guys, it looked absolutely beautiful in the pictures but unfortunately when it arrived it looked like something you would get at paddy's markets for $5... To think that this dress was originally sold for $69 is appalling. Very tacky looking and $#*!e quality.

“Great clothing”

I have purchased quite a few tops and dresses from Mura since I came across them on Insta earlier this year. I love the variety and options - much nicer than clothes I come across in stores and not so many options as the larger sites like iconic (which make me feel a bit overwhelmed and not knowing where to start and end up being quite time consuming). Quick delivery and I've always received prompt and friendly assistance from customer service for any issues I've had with my orders. Charlotte was especially helpful with my last order. Highly recommend them :)

“Spent just under $300 and had to return most things”

I was very excited about receiving my clothes but when they arrived the seams were lopsided and clothes were see through as well as being generally bad quality - one sleeve was even attached wonky. Return process was hard and customer service wasn't great. I got a credit note instead of a refund (which was on the website so fair enough) but I'm loathe to buy anything else from them again

“Confused by all the negative reviews?”

I've ordered from Mura 3-4 times and each time I've had a really great experience. I found them through Instagram so I'm always a little weary trying new places I haven't heard of before. I'm also from the United States so I have absolutely no idea what type of reputation Mura had in Australia or if it was legit at all. Out of all the random boutiques I've found and ordered from, Mura is my favorite. Everything I've gotten so far has fit perfectly, the material didn't see cheap. And the best part of it all is even though I'm half way around the world, my package always comes within a week. This probably sounds like they're paying me to say this, but they're not. I'm Genuinely just that happy with them. (Although Mura if you are reading this and are feeling generous, feel free to send a gift card). I haven't had to return anything so I have no idea what their customer service/return process is like. But from the multiple times I've ordered, I've never been dissatisfied.

My item hasn't yet arrived (it's on its way) but I'm so impressed by the friendly and efficient messages I've received from Charlotte to update me at each step of the process. Placed my first order 4/07/17 everything arrived on 4/12/17 by DHL. I ordered 5 dresses and one tank top. True to size I am between 4-6 US sized ordered 10/M AUS size. I'm 5" 1' Everything fit perfect. This site is so amazing. I was able to track the order the entire time. Have already placed a second order for 5 more dressed. Can't wait for them to arrive.

“Mura Boutique - Absolutely Appalling Company.”

I ordered a $160 dress from this company. Received notification it had been shipped. 2 days later I am advised there was a mistake and they were out of stock of item. Then proceeded to offer me a store credit? What? No I don't think so... Complete refund should be offered! Not store credit! So so wrong!

“Quite pleased”

Despite the overall negative reviews, I still purchased my items, and I was pleasantly surprised. The shipping was free, my items arrived very fast, and my clothes were all of good quality. The only issue would be the duties that you have to pay at your door, which were quite high. But whenever I shop anywhere outside of Canada I end up paying a lot of duties, so this is a problem not unique to Mura boutique. My clothes were also a little bigger than expected.

“Dont know why there are so many negative reviews..”

Ive ordered 3 items in the past 2 to 3 years and have never had any up charges or problems with the items I have ordered (a romper, and two dresses). Ive had no problems with the sizes Ive ordered. A lot has to do with checking what size the model is wearing and her measurements and also if that size she is wearing is riding up her butt or not (common sense to size one up). Also the material was not cheap at all and all my items remain intact very nicely. Yes ordering takes awhile (about 2 weeks) if you are ordering out of the country. Customer service even replied within 48-72 hours about correct sizing they recommended for my measurements. I personally believe out of many other Australian based boutiques that this has been the most reliable for me especially when reading reviews for others. I live in the U.S. and havent seen any up charges so I dont know what the deal is with that. Keep in mind they are a growing boutique, which could explain relative new issues with the company.

“High customs fee for cheap material”

I'm from Italy, i ordered a dress on sale, to be honest it looks like the picture, fits well but the material is very cheap and you can see through. The biggest surprise was the customs fee, in my case the fee was more expensive than the dress. I'm very disappointed. I only give 2 stars for the shipping ( very fast)

“Incredible Customer Service - Shopping Dream”

I love shopping off this site. I have never experienced customer service as incredible as theirs. They are very honest about providing store credit and not refunds, which is more than fine. I ordered a skirt, in Brisbane, at 1pm on Wednesday. It arrived by midday on Thursday. It didn't quite suit my body shape, so I returned it on Friday morning on Couriers Please courier company. The store credit was provided to me by Friday lunchtime. Talk about Incredible service. They are prompt at returning emails and will do everything within their terms to assist you. I would highly recommend shopping with this fantastic team. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Shout to Jaime for being so wonderful throughout this experience.

“The only online womens store I love to shop from”

I remember the day I came across Mura Boutique and I will never look back. I love the clothes they are beautiful. I live in New Zealand and I have always received my orders within the week! Most clothing items have been of excellent quality, and when I have needed to return items I have had no issues and recieved clear and friendly communication and credit from the Mura team, (nb. They usually get sent to my spam). I am between sizes so opt to go for the bigger size and most items fit comfortably or are slightly too big so I would say their items are definitely true to size. I find their website and payment systems easy to use and I'm just generally a very happy customer, also love receiving their promotional emails and reminders when an item comes back in stock because some things tend to sell out real fast!

Ordered two dresses and three rompers from this site over the past year. Love love love the quality. Everything fits pretty well and it takes about a week or two to arrive if you live in the U.S. The customer service was pretty nice as they respond quick and were helpful when one of my rompers was too big. They are very helpful and the quality of the clothes are amazing, looks like they are pictured. Highly recommend. All my friends love this site!
