i brought some herbs from multivitamine .org paid 390 dollars then i get a email saying custon duty needs 370.00 dollars to release the herbs i think they are it a shame the way they do things dont you think they know that
I had a similar situation like this with them but they later delivered the actual products after three months of waiting because of the courier but their herbs were worth it that is for sure.
Just today, November 17, 2023, i received an email from Zhang Express that my order is being held at Chicago's Customs and Border Control. They attached an invoice by the customs for $370. I have been trying to get hold of the customs in Chicago before i send my money because i really need to try these supplements for my Parkinson's. But i end up sending the money. But after a few minutes, another email came in and they said that US customs require a Health Approval document for a fee of $500. Wow, i paid first this site a $300 then $370. I already lost $670. Then another $500? I don't think so. The said doctor texted me and i told him that they are scam. Making profit from people who are sick. They need to be stopped. I may already loss my money but at least this will warn other people. The doctor i am talking to even send a copy of certificate for their legitimacy. I don't believe it. I am still trying to get through the US customs to verify the validity of the invoice.

I filed a complaint with my attorney general's office and the FBI. sent them all the emails and backup and they are investigating them for doing the same thing. telling me they need $ for documents and I never got my order. you should file a complaint online with the two agencies I did. You can't enter safe alliance shippers website though because it is fake. you have to enter multivitamincare's site in the complaint.
