We came up with the 55.7 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to multilingualbooks.com's industry. The algorithm detected possible high-risk activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Questionable. Minimal Doubts. Controversial. tags above. Long story short, we recommend using caution when using this website. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning multilingualbooks.com, let's dive deeper into the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between multilingualbooks.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of multilingualbooks.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of multilingualbooks.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. multilingualbooks.com is a dubious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. No books

I ordered a set of 8 books on 1 May and the email response said they were shipped that day. But over a month later still nothing.

Quite an Ordeal - Should Have Went Elsewhere

6/19/2015 - I ordered a copy of a book. The site had no indication the book was sold out, back ordered, etc. 6/22/2015 - My card was charged the full amount for the book. 7/19/2015 - The book has still not been delivered. 8/6/2015 - The book has still not been delivered. I email customer service to ask why this is. I receive a response the next day saying he'll "check into it" 8/20/2015 - I am told the book has finally been shipped and it will arrive in a week. Included with this is an email with the receipt which clearly shows the billing and shipping address 8/26/2015 - I receive the book at the billing address, which is annoying because it was a gift. So now I have to re-ship the book myself because the seller couldn't read his own records correctly. In conclusion, it took over two months and hassling the seller to get my book. When it finally did arrive, it was sent to the wrong address. I used this site even though it was significantly more expensive than amazon.com, but for others, I can only suggest that this site by avoided.

Still waiting...

I ordered 4 books from them on 11/15. Only 1 was delivered to me, about 1 1/2 weeks later. Despite the email saying all 4 were delivered. The guy actually answered the phone for once, and said Book 2 was on the way and that he'd send me a tracking number. Which ended up being for a delivery to Nebraska which is 1500+ miles away, obviously not me. Books 3 and 4 he asked which versions I wanted again, and I said Language W and X but if they have language Y or language QZ then those. He was supposed to get back to me and never has. I sent an email again on Dec 3rd. It is now Dec 22. No response. Nobody answers the phone. Still missing $110 worth of books now... TLDR: nobody answers emails or phone and answering machine is full and missing 3 books worth $110 or so still Edit: I finally got a response via text on 12/22. Had to tell the guy what books I was missing and that he'd send out the Turkish harry potter, which I did send a photo of and is the hardcover illustrated edition. Today 12/26 I got the HP Turkish... In paperback which is a $20 book you can get anywhere, not the $70 one I ordered and paid for. Guy says he didn't realize they had the illustrated one or even was aware it existed. Yeah... he's supposed to see if he can get it and still waiting for a response. STILL missing the $110 of books I paid for. Angry

Top 5 Effective Ways To Spot a Scam Website [VIDEO]

There are many types of fake sites in the online world. We have some good news. Watch the video below to see the 5 effective ways you can spot a fraudulent website in 2024:

How To Remove Your Information From the Internet

Whether you like it or not, unfortunately, the Internet has all your personal information stored. How did that happen? Every time you visit a simple site and accept cookies, consent to their forms, or download an app, unscrupulous data brokers collect not just your phone number, name, AND address. They also sell this to third parties, which creates a $1 billion industry a year. Your collected personal data is used by buyers to send you never-ending spam emails, targeted ads, and, of course, telemarketing calls. Crooks use all your data without remorse.

We can help. Many people have asked us about how to remove your personal information from the Internet. If you want your data deleted entirely from the online world, contact our official partners at Incogni immediately. This legitimate data privacy tool works on your behalf to officially require a ton of online brokers to remove your data.

Our staff verifies that this service works and is trustworthy. For robust, essential protection, their Standard plan is a steal at just $8.29 for individuals, and you can extend that crucial peace of mind to your entire household with the Family plan (up to 5 users) for only $16.49. They also introduced the Unlimited plan starting from $14.99 that covers not only automatic data removals, but also unlimited custom removals available right away upon purchasing the Unlimited plan. It allows users to submit websites not yet covered by Incogni and get their data removed from there, too. They also offer a free exposure scanner that will give you an insight into what data of yours is exposed and where.

It automatically blocks 100x more harmful websites than competitors and 10x more malicious downloads than any other security tool. It was tested and vetted by our Scam Detector team.

Guardio has over a million users, and while it is already affordable for the benefits it provides (just a few dollars a month), it covers up to 5 family members. How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices

The second most powerful fraud prevention tool you should consider is Surfshark. Here is why you should get it now, as the first 5 months are free:

  1. They have an award-winning VPN service, protecting your privacy and preventing third parties from tracking your device.
  2. They will notify you when your personal info is leaked online so you can delete your private data from the Internet immediately.
  3. Surfshark has a super powerful antivirus program. It offers you effective protection from viruses and zero-day threats, a lightweight, clean, and easy-to-use app, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
