Is muddaddy.co.uk Legit?

Bought a Mud Daddy but the metal bar/axel broke. Emailed and a replacement bar and wheels sent out even thought it was outwith the warranty period. Great service and great item.

Do not leave any air pressure inside the product at all. AT ALL. The handle ended up with a crack. Small enough for me not to notice. Big enough to empty the tank out in my boot of my car a good few times. Only realising when checking my spare tyre and seeing all the water. Contacted customer services. They gave me a friendly reminder not to hold any pressure in the tank after usage. (thanks 🙄) and reminded me twice I was out of warranty. Looks like a common issue.After reading the reviews on trustpilot. (Mud daddy.... thanks for your reply. Yes it was a gift, a gift that shouldn't split.)

This seemed like a perfect answer to a little dog that liked mud ... and I struggled to take her upstairs to shower! Tested it and seemed fine, today was the first time used it properly, using cool water as it's still supposed to be summer. Couldn't believe it ... there was a split at the side which was coming out at a rate almost as much as the brush.Daughter bought as a present a couple of months ago so don't know whether it's worth trying to get a replacement. Very disappointed

My dogs are always getting black from going into dirty ditches and ponds. They are really attracted to them. I can't be without our Mud Daddy, which even accompanies us to Obedience and Rally competitions, just in case, especially when we may be staying at a dog friendly B&B. We like to keep those places dog friendly 😂

It's great for my big lad who has a lot of metal in his near side front leg and so blasting him off with a cold hose pipe is out of the question . I love my mud daddy as much as Roman loves mud , I'm going to buy the electric pump on pre order next , that will be an excellent addition to the kit. Very good at doing it's job, especially for cleaning off a big muddy dog who needs a bit of Extra TLC when it comes to his legs remaining warm. Would also highly recommend for any dog with joint problems or arthritis etc. I'll not go back to using the hose pipe even if the bugger does jump into rivers with no hesitation, I know I'm not adding to any issues he may have.

Very useful product, great for keeping the car cleaner after a muddy walk. Only issue is it leaks a bit at the connecting point at the bottom after a while but we just put a towel under it in the car and that works (plus we need the towel for the dog anyway so it’s not a problem). Generally very useful to have on hand, especially if you have a mud obsessed spaniel

So glad I decided to purchase a Mud Daddy, I own a Bearcoat Shar Pei that loves mud, puddles,wet grass in fact anywhere where he gets grubby (which is unusual for that breed) He was really suspicious of it at first but I took it slowly, let him sniff it, left it out in the garden until he was no longer worried. The Mud Daddy is a breeze to use, it keeps the water warm for a decent amount of time and is so easy to operate. I also purchased the set of extra heads and found the massage head to be best for his long coat. Would I recommend? Definately, I wish I had bought one sooner!

I ordered the mud daddy ‘dry robe’ for my JRT, I ordered size small despite several reviews suggesting sizing up was reccomended. I’m glad I ordered small as its perfect size on our dog. I’ve not tried it out on a wet day yet as we’ve been experiencing hot sunny days since I purchased it! It appears to be well made and good quality. It does have to be put on over dogs head ( which my dog doesn’t like) I’d have preferred it if the opening was of the nature that wrapped around the neck rather than over the head, that’s why I’m scoring 4 stars rather than 5

When this arrived I was a little surprised thinking that it didn't look like much for the money. After our first use that view was completely changed. It is such a brilliantly simple device, and made this wet, muddy spring way more bearable!Having used it the other day for the first time in weeks I couldn't get any pressure. An email to customer service was responded to very quickly and a very straightforward bit of maintenance was correctly identified and I got everything working again in seconds.Highly recommended.

Bought the mud daddy because my dog, unfortunately, takes great delight in rolling in fox poo! He hates the hose but barely notices this so it’s perfect, silent but effective. With shampoo and a rinse the car now only smells of damp dog, a great improvement.

In theory Mud Daddy is great but it could do with a redesign and customer service us poor:You bang your fingers when pressuring the tank with the pump and when mine developed a leak I had no response from them. I won't be purchasing another, having had to throw mine out.

Love my 8L mud daddy itsgreat for my 25kg rescue who has allergies and needs a medicated bath every month and loves the brush to itch his skin.I also use it for muddy walks, wash off at the beach, cool down after agility competitions and hose down after my spaniel goes swimming in dirty water. Compact and ease of use and surprisingly good pressure. I've used this many times at the end of muddy walk to rinse down my Golden Retriever Barney. The free anti bac prewash very effective. Definitely recommended.

Ordered Mud Daddy on 10th July, Order acknowledged, money debited but have yet to receive the goods. I have tried to follow up on the phone and by several emails. No response to emails and no answer on the phone. Two parts to order, regular 8L Mud Daddy ply power brush. I know the power brush is on back order and scheduled to be available in September but was expecting delivery of Mud Daddy now and have since been asked to give a review so can only share my current bad experience, the worst aspect being the lack of response and no answer on the phone. At the moment the next step will have to be to try to cancel the payment or get Visa to pursue a reimbursement. The absence of any response or communication about the progress of the order is not acceptable.

I love our mud daddy, it’s fab for cleaning our 3 dogs and their two besties after very muddy walks and when they’ve decided to roll in something vile. I’ve also found it’s so useful for cleaning up around the house and wellies etc. I’ve even used it for washing my hair when we were renovating the bathroom. I have pre ordered the new auto brush and the hose pipe accessory so I can use with the outdoor dog bath I made. We’ve had the mud daddy for 2+yrs and the insulated jacket too

Mud daddy excellent for my working cocker spaniel who loves life , mud and water ! Just fill with hot water from the tap which stays warm for hosing off dog after walk. Stick on drying jacket and then he can go straight into the car or house😜 saves having to clean the car, bathroom or stand outside with the cold hose !

Absolutely fantastic product couldn’t recommend more…. My little border collie hater the shower or hosepipe and I don’t have a bath anymore so got him a mud daddy for a wash down after our muddy walks…. Best thing I ever got him 100% recommend
