Is msicredit.com Legit?

Trash ass company do not use scammed me out of $1500. I paid 950 initially and then paid $98 a month. Don’t use Victor is the supervisor horrible person.

Did not work , threw my money away to them and attempt to login to my account and now I am blocked. Paid more than $1000 plus the 98 month scammers THE NAME IS NOEMI not Naomi look again on your records or ask your worker Gilberto he will know exactly who I am.

Not much has been taken off my credit yet and I paid the express

**Update to MSI complaint.** I was grateful I was given the opportunity to write my experience and to allow others to know of the significance of my situation. I was particularly impressed that someone at MSI acted on my suggestion, which was to call me if they wanted to understand my point of view. I had a wonderful conversation with Vanica from MSI; she addressed my question but gave me constructive information that I could work with and continue my research for me to make a decision I'm comfortable with. She also addressed what happened with her associate, heard the recorded interaction, and understood what he did wrong. Hopefully the person gets more training, and hopefully current/future customers don't have to deal with something like that. But I was very impressed how they took action and tried to fix the problem. Thank you Vanica and thank you MSI. I appreciate MSI's commitment to customer satisfaction and look forward to continuing to do business with you.

I am very happy with the experience that we are having with MSI as of now they have helped me get some items deleted and my credit has gone up, but we’re only two months into the program so I can’t give my few full review until that happens but so far so good

Paid $2000 for my husband and I and not one account was resolved. Big waste of money. Do not recommend. Lost out on my hard earned money. Tried to reach out to my credit specialist and received no feed back. I’m sorry but I don’t feel the need to give out more of my personal information to have you “verify” my bad review. Unless you’re going to give me a refund then I won’t waste my time on trying to reach out to Jose Zarate and Gabby Galarza. Thank you.

Good customer service someone always answers the phone. Overall my experience has been less than expected. They have had one item removed from my credit so far in the past 4 months not sure if it’s worth the money so far close to 1000$ not sure if that justifies the removal of one item but was told it is a 6 month program so will update my review at that time.

Is not what I expected they don’t do anything about it other then charge you

Jaron is such an awesome and amazing rep from MSI. He communicates and throughly explains everything to me until I fully understand what I asked. He is so knowledgeable about credit. MSI is a company that is worth it for your long term goals like removing collections, removing old bills you then already paid in full, just everything so you purchased a house or car, Etc. Jaron is making my year. My family and I think you!!

Andrew was so helpful. My credit seemed like something I had completely gave up on, and was letting time take its course instead of doing something about it. If it weren’t for Andrew’s posts he makes about work here and there I would have never given this a shot. Andrew had a satisfying answer to all my questions, and I knew I was comfortable working with him immediately during our phone call. Highly recommended.

I was truly a skeptic about servives like this. However, I've been working with Carmelo at MSI for just a few months now and have had almost $13,000 worth of debt removed from my record leaving me with only a few hundred to address. I couldn't believe it. Now, we are working on building credit quickly based upon his suggestions and great credit educational material. I finally feel like there's light at the end of the tunnel and am on track to purchase my first home by early spring.

It is only one problem.1) you do not return calls or respond back to complete previous discussions so that the client knows his or her stand .Keeping silence for days, weeks or months should not a business principles because you have a dateline as well as me! Let’s get to work. Thanks

They have a priority issue. Priority should involve taking care of their clients concerns, however, whether they provided a friendly service... they did not take care of the issues we had addressed. We paid them fully, and eventually dropped them, because we did what we had asked them to do! My spouse had a school loan, addressed it with them and told them that we wanted this to be highest priority. He went to check it out, and successfully got it removed from his report. This was after 3 months with them. That's when we canceled their service. Friendly but NOT professional. It's all an act.

I joined MSI Credit Solutions a little over a month ago. So far, my credit scores have risen between 50-60 points across all three credit bureaus! I still have a ways to go. I tried another credit repair company previously but the results were slow. The client interaction and communication was minimal. However, the staff at MSI has been very encouraging and helpful! I highly recommend them. I hope to have my credit scores where I can qualify for my first home by the end of the year.

We worked with Turk who helped us get some items worked with our credit prior to buying a home. We are in the program currently but so far they have been doing great for us. Letters sent out almost immediately once we got all signed up. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get some help with their credit score!
