Is moyou.co.uk Legit?

I have purchased 3 sets now and I have worn them one after another, each set I’ve had on for over two weeks and one of the sets was on for over 4! I really rate them, very easy to put on just a little fiddly. I do think there quite expensive but still cheaper than going to the salon and my nails are so so sooo much healthier which is the biggest selling point for me!

First time buying from here and all I can say is fantastic, great customer service any problems they sort it straight away, great prices, delivery service is very quick, great choices you won't be disappointed. Thank you x

Ordered one set of nails to try, and they were great! Much better than liquid and stayed on for over two weeks without chipping/falling off. On the back of that, I subscribed and received my first two boxes. Unfortunately they were both a different shade to the one I ordered, so I emailed to get replacements. The replacements arrived and, unbelievably, they were wrong again. I've completely lost trust in the company now and have requested a refund and cancelled my subscription. It's a real shame their customer service is so awful, as they're no doubt losing customers to their competitors.

I tried MOYOU nails after seeing adverts on social media (risky, I know) and after going to a nail salon with my daughters. I did some research and placed an order, not expecting much. Refreshingly, their social media ads are actually very accurate and the products are amazing. I bought two different sets as I wanted to alternate the designs on my nails. Applying was very easy (child play on my left hand applying with my right hand, a bit trickier in the other direction, but even with a lack of accuracy in applying the end result was great). Admittedly I used my own lamp so can't judge the free one that comes with a multi buy at the moment on their website. I also used a top coat that was also cured under my lamp. The nails looked beautiful and did last a full two weeks. On the last day, started peeling off a tiny bit at a couple of edges, so started catching my hair a bit so thought it was time to try taking them off. I'd read the instructions about acetone and nail stick etc. Out of curiosity I tried peeling one off, and it came off as easily as a Babybel skin. After my nail salon experience, the gel needed filing off, acetone wraps for 15 minutes followed by more filing. These came off so easily and my nails just needed a quick buff/shine and look perfectly fine and healthy. I would totally recommend these as they are so easy to use and leave your nails healthy and strong. Cheaper and easier than a salon. Of course a proper gel from a salon will last for ever until you decide to take it off, but to be able to do this at home and for it to last two weeks and not need any help to take them off, all for £12 for a set is a pretty good deal! Happy customer. Off I go to check their Halloween range!

Absolutely lovely nails, however they came off almost immediately. I did everything by the application instructions, cured them a lot and no luck. They just came off even after I followed every instruction. Cured a lot. Tried again with another set. Again, still off. Nails cleaned and evened, nothing. Nothing has made them stay on

I placed my order and they arrived in the time stated. The gel strips looked exactly as shown in the picture and I followed the instructions on how to apply,one of the helpful tips was to leave them on a few minutes before using the lamp to make sure they had chance to stick to the nail. This worked really well. I used my own lamp, which I imagine is more powerful than the one being offered, so not sure if this helped with the positive result. I will order again and hope I am impressed for a second time. I can confirm there is no chipping and I have been doing a garden project while wearing the nails

Beautiful gels, I ordered 3 sets and got the lamp for free, I also orders the wooden nail tool.I read all the instructions and watched a couple of YouTube videos on how to apply and away I went, I have some improvement to make on application however they have lasted 2 weeks and I’m only taking them off as I want a fresh set for a concert in a few days. My nail tool did come apart on the first use but I message moyou on Facebook and I had a reply the next day and they have replaced the tool no problems at all. I have read all the other reviews and all I can say is if you have a problem maybe Facebook message them and email them. I will not be going back to the salon I will be using moyou from now on.

I had high hopes for moyou nails, I thought I was the one who they’d be different for. I was wrong, they fell off pretty much immediately after I put themOn.

Absolutely love Moyou. Since trying their semi cured nail strips months ago they have now become a firm favourite and replaced my usual gels. I currently have them on whilst on holiday and after 5 days (so far) in the sunshine, pool and sea they have not moved. Delivery is also spot on! I will continue to be a repeat customer.

I’ve been using MoYou London gel strips for around 6 months now and I’ve had such a good experience with them. It took me a while to refine my application technique but now each set lasts at least 3 weeks without any breaks or chips - would definitely recommend adding a gel top coat just to help protect the nails. Removal is easy and so far I’ve not had any damage to my natural nails - in fact they’re growing really well with them

I’ve been using these non stop since October, I must admit I was hesitant about them when my partner bought them but was pleasantly surprised when I used my first pack and they lasted 2 + weeks!! They are cheaper and more convenient than going to the salon and I can switch them out whenever I want. Which I do since I have like 8 packs at the moment! They don’t ruin your nails and also come off in a few mins with nail polish remover. If one does pop off you can just replace it with the extra semi cured stickers in the box rather than having to book to get your nail redone! Love them and will continue to use them!

I hate how quickly normal nail varnishes chip but I’ve found gel and shellac has damaged my nails. Moyou offer the perfect alternative. I’ve only had one issue which was really quickly resolved. The team are also really quick to respond to messages. I love how they do really regular releases too.

After becoming allergic to the HEMA in gel polish and losing all 10 nails for nearly 6 months, I obviously never wanted to go to a salon again. However, I've been using MoYou for 2 months now (since my nails grew back) and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are really easy to apply, half the price of a salon, and last for well over two weeks. The only reason I've been redoing them at all is because I take biotin which makes my nails grow quickly. Excellent value for money, and look so professional.

Order process was good and was shipped quickly. However, since 18/7 tracking hasn’t moved. DPD updated saying there was a delay with my parcel 10 days ago and nothing since. I have contacted moyou several times asking for it to be looked into. I was told 5 days ago that they were investigating with DPD but still have heard nothing. I requested a refund but was told they were still looking into it! This is not my fault. I have tried to be patient but needed some of the items quickly and now it’s too late as I am about to go away. Will have to try a chargeback with my bank.

Wish I had discovered stamping sooner. Instructions on the website were really easy to follow, didn't take me long to feel comfortable with what I was doing. The plates are good quality, dispatched quickly and packaged nicely. Such a wide range so there is something for everyone. My hands are quite big so found the plates with the larger designs a much better fit for my nails.

I too am experiencing no reply to emails. I ordered three sets of nails and received the free lamp which unfortunately after charging does not work. This review is based entirely on communication and faulty goods as I am unable to rate the nail wraps as I cannot use them without the light. I will post another review if I receive a working lamp and am able to actually use the product. I wish I had read a few more reviews before I purchased.# this is an edit to the above review , I have received an email from moyou London and they have put a replacement light in the post. I would have given five stars but I haven’t tried the nails yet I can just vouch that they look very shiny and pretty

I agree with what others have said, when there is a problem, they do not reply to you. I waited a week before chasing and then tried contacting through Facebook and I have been completely ignored. One of my friends did warn me as they had a problem and emailed MoYou 4 times and never had a response. All companies should have customer service, it’s disgusting they can get away with ignoring you!

Fantastic!! My order arrived promptly and the gel strips are brilliant, easy and quick to apply, they lasted over two weeks with no problems (I work with dogs and horses so they went through a lot!!). When it came to removing the peeled off easily with minimal damage to the nail.I’m super impressed - highly recommended!

I got recommended Moyou and I cannot fault it at all. It's got instructions and tips to help if you're not sure, endless designs to choose from. The delivery is quick and comes in cute packaging. I'm a sucker for the seasonal designs and have had so many compliments on them! Literally told all my friends about them!

They don't last more than a couple of hours, and they don't harden and get damaged worse than just ordinary cheap nail polish, completely bizarre claims.I thought I'd try these, so many rave reviews, waste of money, glad I didn't spend too much
