Replies to questions were answered usually within 24 hours, and Mark was always very pleasant and knowledgeable with his assistance. Shipping and tracking took longer than expected, but that's OK since I was more concerned with proper production and quality control.

Couldn’t be happier with how my order turned out! Customer service was quick with responses when I had questions about shipping dates and my order was just as described.

I ordered a print for my best friend and one for myself — theirs arrived perfect, and mine was warped. Mark went above and beyond, when the replacement was also faulty, to get me a replacement in perfect shape. I live having the print of one of my favorite films and am sure to get more soon.

The website doesn't do it justice. These are stunning in person. I got 50x20 Premium Framed Rogue One and am so pleased with my purchase. But what really sets this company apart is their phenomenal customer service. The first one arrived damaged from Canada Post. They replaced without hesitation and made sure I was happy.

Placed my order prior to Thanksgiving for a XMas gift. Order still not delivered by mid December. After the owner emailed to say “No worries, we’ll figure it out”, he sent another email saying the order was “lost” and could send a replacement in a week. This was on December 20th. Owner then disappeared and stopped responding to messages. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GRIFTER!

Honestly, I’m surprised the moviepallet even came in. Didn’t get tracking info for almost 2 weeks after I purchased. They didn’t answer any of my correspondence. It’s nice enough to warrant a purchase, I suppose.

I absolutely love my movie palette. Not only did I receive it within a good time period I thought it was cool how inside the box was a little description of how it comes together too. It's kinda a fun little conversation piece because it simply looks just like a normal art piece. Art within art I would say.

I'd initially ordered a custom pallette and Mark was helpful when the particular TV episode wasn't available. He'd been in contact with me the entire time to make sure what I wanted was not only available, but provided a preview of the print job for my approval. I will definitely be ordering from him again!

I purchased the Empire Strikes back picture for my office because it's one of my favorite movies. When I show my friends, they aren't quite sure what they're looking at at first, but after I explain the concept they light up and say, "That's Hoth!" "That's Dagobah!" "That's Cloud City!"My only critique is that I wish that there was a thin yellow stripe on the far left of the picture in the middle of the black representing the opening crawl, but other than that this picture is fantastic!

I'm blown away at how awesome my Movie Palette looks. I chose one of my favorite movies, The Way Way Back, and I love how I can now look at the canvas and pick out the individual scenes - it's like seeing the whole movie in a snapshot! Highly recommended for any movie or TV lover!

Having only heard about Movie Palette through ad spots from other YouTubers, it was a pleasant surprise when they reached out to me, and offered to send me one for free. Now that I have the product out of the box and hanging on my wall, I must say, it's a nice addition to my room. I'm not really interested in posters, having something like this is great. I love the concept and ordered a canvas for a present. There was a small problem with the order, but this was resolved quickly and professionally by their outstanding after sales customer care. I am in the UK so anyone worried about ordering from the US please don’t, the order was dispatched quickly, fully tracked and arrived within a week. This is the best find!!! Incredibly unique product, well made, excellent packaging for delivery and great communication. I ordered and got an offer for a second piece at a discount and I took it. I could not remember the email to send my request so I just searched the site and found an email no send my order number, request and apologies for missing the first email and I received a quick replying saying "no problem, we've got it!" I’m very pleased with my Movie Palette artwork. I got a Godzilla King of the Monsters print and love it. The colors are bold and vibrant and it matches other art in my home perfectly.
