Ordered my phone at 12:30pm on a Tuesday paid the extra money so I could get the phone within 48hrs as they claimed as I needed a phone asap but didn't receive the phone until the following Monday. I did email the company but never got a reply. The phone was a very good price and was in perfect condition but for delivery and lack of response to emails two stars are the most they will get from me

Excellent service, brand new product in original sealed box at price significantly lower than anywhere else. Item arrived fast, approx 48 hours. Only issue was shipped via UPS not FedEx specified by shipper and wasn't able to track, but came quick enough to not matter.

5 star website. Order my phone late Sunday evening and arrived to Ireland early Tuesday morning. Brand new phone in original packaging at a lower cost than anywhere else. Delighted with my purchase, I would highly recommend this site. Thanks for a very pleasant transaction.

Having read the reviews for this site, ranging from 5*to 1*, I was apprehensive about ordering a phone. However the price was good, and the company seems to be based in EU, so I placed an order and I was delighted with service and speed.

This company is already registered with the police in Germany, so my bank (thank God) did not transfer any money to them. So no deal was made on my part but I can only warn others not to lose their money.

I ordered two Samsung S24 Ultras and they were the best value I could find.Delivery was exactly as per the website.I received a tracking number once the items were shipped so I could see the phones were on the way.I never heard of the website before now so was unsure but very happy with my purchase. Would recommend. One thing I found odd was a fee was added to my total price and I don't know why, they still ended up cheaper than anywhere else.

Honestly really happy with Movertix's service. Amazing speed of shipping and delivery. Item was genuine and new and sealed. Constitutive comment, there could have been some extra paper padding in the box the phone was shipped in as there was a bit of room in it so I imagine the phone had a bumpy journey to Ireland but all was well.

They sold me a non existent item (poco F5 with 512Gb internal storage) for a higher price than the standard 256 Gb version. Then send me a 256 Gb version in stead of the non existent 512Gb version and when I complained that I ordered a 512 Gb version they simply said it doesnt exist and was a Typo on the website.. then they asked if there is anything they can do to compensate. I replied that since I payed more for the expected larger version that aparently didnt exist I wanted the difference between the normal 256 Gb version and the price I played returned to me. I never heard from them since.. i emailed them 3 more times without result. Summarized: they conveniently overpriced a standard 256Gb version by a typo stating that it was 512 Gb and then did not compensate for their mistake while the 256 Gb version was also on their website for a much lower price.. this company probably bought their positive reviews in India.. complete scam.. Now due to this review they replied that they can give a solution and they say that they informed me.. This is a lie. I informed them that I got the wrong model and then they told me they made a typo and the 512 GB version doesnt exist. Then I asked them already 3 times to refund me the difference of the price of a 256GB version and what I have payed but there was never a reply. I have send them an email again yesterday.. No reply from them personally..

This was my second visit to Movertix, having purchased my last smartphone from them some years ago. The reasons for returning are simple: they have a great selection of phones, at great prices, on an easy-to-use website. The carriage options are moderately priced and easy to select. No doubt I'll see you again in due course!

Delay on shipment. First delayed delivery the 8 of december. After that 11/2. On 12/12 delivered to whom? I haven´t received anything yetCorrection. 14/14. I have now recieved the item. My advise to Movertix will be - find another distributor.

Overall I would recommend them for their good prices on cellphones. Only complaint was that there was a mix-up with shipping my order and I had to contact the support team to get the correct information.

I ordered a phone a week ago. The store created the order in GLS a couple days ago, but the tracking number is still not working. It's been a week and they haven't even sent the phone. Payment by card only through paypal, which imposed an additional fee.UPD 05.05.2024: I received my order.

I ordered from Movertix because they were selling the item I wanted, including shipping, for almost 10% less than anywhere else. The item was delivered within 6 days and was well packaged. I did not like the process, however. In the future, I would pay a different vendor that 10% premium for a better interaction. I was not able to pay online, instead I needed to organise a bank transfer, then make a screenshot of the transfer, then send them the screenshot. I got several emails about the status of my order, including a tracking link. A few days after receiving the tracking link, the shipper still had not received the package. I sent an email asking for more information. The auto response informed me that replying to me was a low priority. Two days later the package was delivered. It turns out that the tracking number was correct, but the shipping company was not the one that Movertix said that it was. All in all, more hassle, more uncertainty, and no customer service.

Very fast dispatch from Spain. It reached my doorstep in Sweden within 24 hours. Brand new phone in its sealed box to a very good price. This is second time I order a phone (previously 2019) and I am very happy to recommend this company.
