Is movedancewear.com Legit?

Even I'm not happy, that leotard size140 -150cm I bought is ways too small for my 141 cm tall girl, I still happy with the service, as I contacted them via email and received very quick respond and a free shipping voucher on my next purchase. Note, that a return is free of charge too. Very appreciated. Thank you.

Received an online order that was faulty. I phoned in and spoke to Simon, who was brilliant, He told me what I had to do and within a few days and a few emails later I had my replacement garment. Can't praise Simon's efficiency and service enough. Pleasure ordering from Movedance. Their service has always been great.

At the beginning I thought that the site was fake and muff I didn't receive my order within 20 days but I spoke to sophie and I got a replacement. Sophie was so kind and helpful and solved all my questions!🎀💗Even though I didn't get my order within the 20 days I wasn't even mad about it because I spoke to Sophie ,such a lovely and good hearted person !I am surely going to order again ...

I have been waiting for three weeks for a refund. No one is available on the number given to call. All you get are pre-recorded messages. I have now emailed twice. Both emails came back, 'failure to send'. So they have posted a fake email address on their website, just to add insult to injury. Customer service is non existent. They simply don't care. If only I'd read all the negative reviews before I ordered from this company! Beware folks if you order from this company.

UPDATE: the package arrived today (28th Nov), 22 days after the package was shipped vs the estimated 3-5 work days when placing the order. There were additional delivery fees involved, which were not mentioned before placing the order, nor when order was confirmed.Products as described & as pictured on the website.Although an .eu website and prices in EUR, deliveries are made from the UK I think, which explains the looong delivery time (I've received items faster than that from Japan) and the surprise-surprise additional fees.Bottom line: good, genuine products at reasonable prices, with delivery times from the middle age. Not an option if needed at a certain time point, good option if you have all the time in the world and don't mind surprise additional fees. Don't even think that their customer service will help in any other way than increasing your blood pressure.Original post:Ordered on the 7th Nov with a delivery time frame of 3-5 work days. Today is 27th Nov and still no sign of my order. Searching for clues on their website, they state that the delivery take up the 15 workdays, so the estimated 3-5 were a joke. Contacted the customer service to see if they have any clue were my package is and if there's a chance for it to arrive until Friday, the 29th. They advised to wait until after the 29th and to contact them only after for them to look into it. TO LOOK INTO IT. This company is a joke. But lesson learned, I will never ever order from them again.

I made an error with my order and got a very speedy response from Simon. The issue was sorted immediately. I have ordered from Move Dance before and have alway had a good experience.

the company pretends to ship from inside the country you're in then ships from the UK and makes it that you pay import tax, and in Germany also an extra fee on top because they try to avoid toll somehow. NEVER ordering here again.

I was very doubtful after reading the bad reviews but I am happily surprised, my package was delivered within a week and the products are amazing. I bought dance warm up gears and it is beautiful an soft, only thing is that the one size leg warmers are a bit tight if you have thicker legs like me. Other than that, I will probably order again when needed!

This was my first time buying from Move Dance so I didn’t know what to expect. I am pleased to say that the turn around from order to delivery was very quick and when I had a query it was answered effectively the following day. Thank you, I would recommend Move Dance to other dancers.

The fact that I’m already needing to leave a NON positive review with out yet receiving my purchase should say a lot. I got a email stating my package is dispatched on the 12th (sat) it’s the 23rd (wed) and currently I have yet to receive another update. My tracking number is not valid so it makes me question Whether or not I’ll be receiving my package especially since I placed my order two weeks in advance from when I needed my package. Specially since it made since to they had stated it should take 2-4 days to deliver after dispatched for the shipping I payed for. Not even it …… customer service phone lines are not valid and the chat is automated it feels completely like a scam….

This is the first time I have ever left a review on Trustpilot. I found Move Dance to be extremely helpful, accessible and understanding. I had a few exchanges ect to make and they helped beyond any expectations I had. I had the same awful experience with this brand as previous costumers. I contacted Move Dance because, for the second time, they have sent the items to the wrong address (which I did not approve while ordering, they used my paypal address without my consent). When I called them they said they can not do anything for me since the items were shipped. The items were shipped back and received (I can see it on my tracking number) but they are saying that can't reimburse me for now and it could take up to 7 weeks (For the information I have been requesting help for more than an month). Also as the previous comments customer service treated me like an inconvenience, and also cut off the call. If you are looking foe a dance wear, do not use this supplier!

I contacted Move Dance because, for the second time, Evri has not delivered my order within the timeframe of 1-3 working days. As a previous reviewer mentioned, if you are buying dancewear for a show (even if it is a week away!), buying from Move Dance is a risk. When I spoke to customer service via chat, they treated me like an inconvenience and made no acknowledgment of how frustrating it is to be waiting a week for an order without receiving it. They wrote 'Is there anything else I can help you with?' three times in an attempt to cut me off/indicate to me that the chat was over. I had to persuade them to contact Evri (they didn't offer), argue with them to get a postage refund, and felt essentially that they didn't really need my business. Need to find a new dancewear supplier.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by move dance. I have ordered jazz shoes for my daughter. They have not been delivered in time frame provided at the point of sale. Delivery was more then week late. Shoes were very uncomfortable so I had to send them back. I did it day after delivery on 10th of October but still have not received refund and had to raise case with PayPal.

While receiving the package was smooth, returning it has been a nightmare. The label I was provided contains six different codes, none of which are accepted by the carriers, as they require a single, clear code.I've contacted MoveDance twice via email but haven't received a response. I also paid €7.50 for the return, which is more than the delivery fee, and it's incredibly frustrating to encounter these issues just to send the parcel back.UPD: I contacted the third supplier, and while they managed to send the package, the whole process was too demanding. Their support only responded to my email asking for more details after I posted a review.

I recently purchased 3rd ballet shoes and am pleased with the quality. My little one loves them, as the size is also perfect for her. I had only one bad experience, but not with the seller, but with Royal Mail, as they lost my parcel most likely somewhere in the depot. However, when I notified the seller after 7 days since I place the order and paid for 1st class delivery with RM the Move Dance team sent me my postage refund straight away, without even asking or mentioning it. I found it quite nice of them, as these days some big companies do not bother.

Absolutely BRILLIANT service. Lucy was a tremendous help when an item went missing (due to the courier dropping it off at the wrong location). Nothing was too much trouble and sent through a replacement asap with Royal Mail so this wouldn't happen again.Great company, great dancewear and great customer service. thank you.

Excellent customer service from Alice, she acknowledged a mistake on their behalf and quickly offered a resolution which I took up.Received my shoes the next day, well packaged and look fine, the test will be how they wear with useage, very refreshing to speak with a customer advisor who listened and understood what needed to be done and did it promptly. Well done Alice!
