They have wonderful, helpful website, with up close pictures. The prices are great and when my plants were shipped, they weren't just thrown in a box, someone took alot of time to ensure my plants arrived safe!

The cacti I ordered arrived quickly and in good health. The 'surprise succulent' that came free with my order was a nice touch. My south facing windows make it hard to find plants that can handle that much direct light each day. So far the succulent and cacti are doing great

I do love your plants but I must comment on trying to contact you about an issue I had. I wanted to add a birthday card and also ask you to wait two days to ship the gift out and every time I called I got an answering machine and when I wrote you an email after a day which was to late you had already sent it out.

The problem was the plants were shipped to someone else's address. The only address I have ever given Mountain Crest was my actual address. Instead, I tried alerting them to the fact that the tracking information had the plants going to a PO Box hours from my city of residence. They were not helpful and would not help - with the only help being a credit. The plants were sold out so I lost out.

I found just the right plant! Shipping was fast, I live in SW Florida, packaging was super good and protective and it’s a good thing cause the US Postal service put it in my 150 degree mailbox upside down! The plant recovered from shipping in 2 days and looks great!

Plants were extremely well-packaged. None were broken, even though the delivery driver handed them to me upside down (arrow pointing down that said live plants). The plants themselves were beautiful, healthy, and had such nice colors. Thank you for an incredible experience!

My 8 Sedum spurium Tricolor plants sat in the mailbox all day long until the next day. They looked pretty sad when I opened the box, but I watered them and the next day they looked great! Thanks!!

I moved way far north to the upper peninsula of Michigan (from Tucson!) but have not lost my love of succulents. We have no grass, by choice, and today I planted 18 of the tricolor stonecrop to help cover the mass expanses of sry sunny sand! The only native stonecrop for the UP is only shade tolerant.....so I am definitely mixing cultivars with natives. We are about 70% native. Wish you all would offer more native options. It is up to us to save our yards.

One of my plants arrived with wet soil and part of the stem is soft. I contacted your customer service but there was no offer to replace the plant.

My order came fast and exceeded my expectations!! The plants were so healthy and vibrant. The packaging was perfect, nothing was messed up from shipping ( and I've had many bad experiences from other places that sent plants that came damaged and dying). To start off, Mountain Crest Gardens has a great website! Whatever kind of plant you are looking for it is easy to find. They have many categories to choose from. It is easy to put in your order and the plants come relatively quick. They are well packaged so that they don't get harmed and they always come in good condition. Even though I tell myself I can't buy anymore plants as I don't have the room I always find something at Mountain Crest Gardens that I just can't live without!!

Plants arrived in good condition but I suggest wrapping pots so soil doesn't come out during shipment. I opened upside down and had to replace all the soil back in the pots. Prompt delivery. Especially like the Sizzle Frizzle. Unusual.

Plants arrived super fast and packed with care! The cold weather is still fluctuating so I’ve been hesitant to order plants through the mail until the spring, but mountain crest made it so easy to offer a heat pack and great information on how to tell if you need one or not! It made the experience so much more pleasant (it’s always a joy ordering from them anyway!). The plants arrived in perfect condition and they’re so beautiful and my SOPs are gorgeously variegated! They have outdone themselves once again. If I could rate 100 stars I would.

I get my plants when promised. They are securely packed so they are in great health when they arrive. The only reason I ordered this time was I’d lost a goats horn to a wind storm. They are one of my favorites. But I’ve simply never had a negative experience with Mountain Crest. I appreciate that there is at least a little info on care so I know what I’m getting into before I order.

Both plants arrived will packed. Healthy and beautiful. I've repotted both and they're thriving. (I previously ordered the same plant from another company and the leaves turned brown the following day and then proceeded to fall off shortly thereafter.) All my plants arrived in good condition. The succulents were smaller than I expected, but as long as they're hardy, they should flourish. The cacti are a much larger size. I've planted them in pots because it's still cold here in TN. Can't wait for spring, but I'm hoping they'll soon grow roots and think about flowering.

I got all my plants last weekend and they're amazingly beautiful! They all arrived extremely healthy and I got a diverse selection of cacti and succulents. I really appreciated how all of the succulents were names so I can easily look them up and make sure I'm taking care of them we'll, I do wish the cacti were similarly named actually. It also made me really happy how the shipping container was filled with with sustainable materials so I don't have to be guilty about tossing a bunch of stuff into a landfill!

My plants are terrific, thankfully! I had great tracking information, but unfortunately the package got stuck in Newark, New Jersey for an extra night in very cold conditions. They were delivered the next day and the plants were nearly frozen, as the heat pack was no longer emitting any heat. The plants lost a few leaves but after warming up, and getting some water are beautiful! Shipping method should be changed, especially with live plants. I give the plant quality FIVE STARS, but the shipping method a TWO.

I ordered 9 different soft succulents (mostly rosettes) and for the most part Im happy. Shipping quality was excellent, packaging was suburb, and most of the plants were in fantastic condition. My only complaints are that the Graptoveria Debbie was not recognizable as a Debbie to me and seemed to be in rather poor condition (multiple leaves had come off in shipping - not common leaf loss but It seemed more like a water issue so I cant use them to propagate) and very few leaves were left. There were also quite a few plants that were unrecognizable next to their photo on this site. Im aware all plants have differences that make them unique however plant and leaf shape as well as being in the same color genre should usually be expected. Overall I would definitely recommend them (I already have) and I now have 9 healthy happy plants.
