Is motowheels.com Legit?

I was looking to upgrade the front suspension on my 2018 Honda CB650F; I had already did tons of research and knew what I wanted. I chose to buy from Motowheels.com. I bought the Andreani Misano evo cartridge kit; and I couldn't be happier with the results I got. I understood that the kit was custom built to order and expected a decent waiting period. The day I called them to check the progress, which was the day they estimated they would ship, they told me the was shipping out that day. It ended up shipping quicker than expected. Overall I had no problems at all. Their customer service was nice and informative and shipping and estimates were spot on. Great experience, made me positive on where I'm going to get wheels or any other suspension needs that's for sure.

Very slow shipping. It took them a week or a more to get the package in the mail.

I do one cool thing to my aging 2000 Monster 900 every year and this year it's these covers to run open belts. Looks AWESOME!! Belt pully and counter sprocket covers look fantastic.

I ordered a pair of Brembo levers for my Ducati. There was a slight difference in the style between the description on the Motowheels website and what was available.I was contacted by a personable young lady who asked me if I was okay with the difference in style. Actually I preferred the new style so all was good. She went ahead and fulfilled my order and I received the levers. Both are identical to factory Ducati levers.Perfect!

Emails, phone calls, answers all in short time. Unfortunately, I could not purchase what I thought would fit on my motorcycle and they explained it to me. Some others may just take my money and call it good. Not these guys. I have a 2024 BMW S1000RR and will be looking for accessories during the winter months. At motowheels........

While I very much appreciate the selection of parts for my 2024 Ducati Monster, I didn't find the update emails very helpful, because they only say, "order updated." I had to email and ask about an ETA for an order. They were very prompt about their reply, however.

It’s been a month and the product still hasn’t arrived. I have to continue to email for updates, sending multiple emails for each response. Completely dissatisfied with the experience. If it doesn’t improve going to ask for a refund.

Motowheels still has the best prices, the best customer service, and the most complete lines of quality products. Their stock is always good and usually have free priority delivery. I'll continue to shop here on a regular basis.

THE shop for all motorcycle related things. Lots of hard to find parts are always in stock and ready to ship. Although they ship worldwide, bonus if you’re in California because things arrive FAST! Highly recommend, they are a life saver.

Return of a product went well. All products are as advertised. Shipping is timely.

I purchased my exhaust over a month ago and I still have not received it. Had I known it was a two month wait, I would have gone a different route. There was no indication on the website that there was a significant wait time. Customers should be informed before they make a purchase.

Super helpful making sure I purchased the correct sprocket for a set of non-OEM OZ wheels. Also great communication when they could not confirm the shipping address I requested. Will use again 100%

My experience in general was good. I got all the products I ordered. Initially, one product was missing from package shipped but fortunately I was able to talk to client service and the missing product was shipped after that.

I waited way to long for the parts & when I finally called to ask what the hold up was she said they were out of stock on 2 of the parts that I had ordered and will let me know soon when they will ship, she let me know, and I waited approximately another week for the stuff to show up. Then I had to pay duty on those parts.2 of the parts I ordered are wrong, and I didn’t even bother calling cause I was so frustrated and annoyed with the length of time that it took to receive them.hope this helps.

I ordered the Öhlins steering damper for my Panigale V2. The item was shipped 10 days after I placed the order. The steering damper was packaged nicely and in good working condition. It's on my bike now.
