Is motea.com Legit?

Absolute scam and they shouldn't be allowed to do business at all. Ordered $200 item in Dec 2024 and the tracking info says it won't be delivered until Aug 2025. WTF? They no contact information and are clearly a foreign company that should not be allowed to do business in the US, or at all!

Be careful when ordering from this company the description of the items are not fully explanatory plus if there is more than one box you get custom charges for each box not the item you've paid so in reality your paying custom charges for each item regardless of price.Personally I won't be ordering from this company anymore

I want to return some profuct that dont fit to my bike and they create an awb on the Ups courier on the date of 03.01.’25 but this courier never contact me to pick up my return goods. I tried so many time times to contact them but it is inposible,they dont answer on phone or emails. So i tried to contact Motea to explain my problem but when i fill up the form always appear that message “an error occurred while processing your form,please try again latter” this is the only way to contact Motea,to fill up the form.So i cant complain to anyone about my problem and in this way i lost 180 euro

From first contact to collection of the motorcycle Martin kept me informed and in the picture . On collection the bike had been cleaned and was well presented . All the important details like warranty and service were described to me and a brief run through of all the workings of what is a beautiful bike . All in all I would definitely recommend this dealership . Their prices seemed very good and the service I received made the whole purchase a great experience .

After reading some negative feedbacks, I pushed the pay button with shaky hands... I ordered a crash bar and liner bags for panniers for my GS. Both were much less pricey than elsewhere. I placed the order on the 29th of December, it was delivered on the 6th of January to Hungary. The crash bar was packaged in bubble wrap with strong plastic foil also. I even had to use a knife to unwrap it. It looks of good quality. I gave 4 stars because I don't know if the crash bar fits perfectly (looks ok, but had no time to install it yet), and I don't know how the costumer service and the product return is working.

I'll never buy from Motea again for one simple reason - they use UPS as their courier. Simply awful.

Appalling service.I ordered and paid delivery on the 24th November for a in stock item and as of today 14/12/2024 the item is still in process so not even dispatched in 20 days.There is no email or telephone number and only a automatic computer generated response from their contact section when you log into their site.No updates, nothing and no way of contacting is shocking.Meant to be in UK but German based.If you buy from them at your own peril make sure you pay by Visa and there is no hassle getting your money back from the Visa company.

Ordered a constand motorbike lift, which is great. Then Ordered an adapter plate. It arrived, but wasn't the plate I'd ordered. Complained via email and sent pics.They said it was the correct plate as it was the correct order code, even though the plate was completely different to the one pictured on website.Tried suggesting that their stock may have been coded incorrectly but they said it wasn't, told me to return the plate because it must just be incompatible with my bike!Now having to send full stand back with plate as its useless to me now.ABBA bikelift here I come.

The center stand recommended by Constands arrived promptly in CA and was well-packaged. Unfortunately its design is faulty and I could not lift my VFR1200F onto the center stand. The folks at Motea were extremely helpful, provided great communication, and refunded my money. Very good customer service and communication!

Great company to buy from. You want some of the best stands on the market for the price it doesn't get better than this. To top it off there center stands are insane!!! And customer service was amazing responded multiple times per day and very professional.
