They push the marketing harder than they can supply. Super surprised that mine actually turned up after 6 weeks, but it actually did turn up! Was shitting myself looking at all the reviews but if you're willing to wait a questionable amount of time then know it will be a questionable amount of time. They should focus on production and customer support over marketing if they cant keep up but they are a very young company so will hopefully learn soon before they give themselves a bad name and go out of business. Look forward to seeing if the product makes me feel any better though! TBC

Messaged multiple times and they just copy and paste a generic messageI’m going to dispute this order with the bank as fraudulent.First the order email says shipped out in 3 days, then you tell me 15, and it’s now been 20+. They disabled all their comment sections on social media so people can’t see how bad their service is.

Definitely a scam, purchased over 3 weeks ago. Was sent a tracking email saying purchase had been shipped, with FedEx number and link to track - link was broken and opened an error page (it’s still broken). Customer service first advised it was being ‘harvested’ and orders can take awhile. Which makes zero sense as they sent an email advising it had collected by FedEx with a tracking number for delivery! Emails are now not being responded to. Bye, bye money….

I got a tracking number that when I put into on the fedex website because the other link was broken and opened an error page (it’s still broken). Customer service first advised it was being ‘harvested’ and could take 15 days but it's been that.... so now what's the excuse.I've read all these reviews and see they respond to only some. It's so bad! Please don't order or your throwing your money away. I'm going to take this further so nobody else gets scammed.

DO NOT PURCHASE! Definitely a scam purchased over 4 weeks ago. Tried contacting and nobody got back to me. I was only just sent a tracking email saying that it had been shipped, with FedEx tracking number and link is broken and nothing comes up ….it’s an error page. Just not good enough. If there are delays this long, it should be advertised on their page.

From beginning to end it was a brilliant experience. The customer care and service was top notch. Every single question asked, & they were also many, was answered within a couple hrs or less. Delivery was with good carrier without any issue. I ordered from the other side of the world ‘UK’ & it all went smoothly. The sea moss itself is fresh & delicious. Best bar none. 100/10

The worst company to deal with …. They don’t respond to emails and follow ups on defective products that is dangerous to use. They take over a month to deliver, you get products you never ordered, the product that should come refrigerated isn’t and the product is spoiled then you hear nothing. It should be free because it’s a poor business model and you are not the number#1 you should be -1000 on reviewReceived a message on facebook after leaving a warning to others one message within 2 mins and then silence for a week no comment or communication this company should be shut down

After using this for a few weeks, my whole system just feels balanced. Digestion is better, energy is up, I’m hooked.

I placed my first order almost 3months ago and 1 order a month ago still no progress they send me t&t on Fedex its been almost 2months stuck and getting spoiled in Dili TL ! Send them on ig they ask for my email and stuff after that no answer.. These guys are some good scammers dont buy from them unless you wanna wait for an angel to drop your order👍

Starting to believe all the claims on this review page that this is a scam. I made an order and received confirmation that it would be dispatched within 3 days. Over a week later, I receive another email claiming that it’s been shipped and on its way. I checked the tracking on the fedex site and contacted them only to find out that only a label was created and no product had been shipped. All the emails that I received now have broken links to pages that don’t exist anymore and the email address no longer exists. There is no way of contacting them. If anyone else on here has found a way to contact them please let me know.

Purchased from what appeared to be a viral Instagram ad and nothing has been sent (fake tracking number) and the website says ‘store unavailable’ when you click on the false number emailed. Called my bank to report the transaction as they’ve been so sneaky there isn’t a way to do it online as they’ve put it under ‘Eftpos transactions’ suggesting that orders have been taken in person with someone tapping their card! Clearly they’ve done this intentionally as hundreds of people all saying the same thing via here could report it quickly online otherwise and the customer rep at the bank said even she’d have to go around it another way due to them doing that.

I feel so much better since I started taking this. My skin is clearer, and I’m less tired.
