Is mosquets.de Legit?

No communication, massive delays (> 30d), wrongly declared parcels (> 150%) resulting in way too high customs fee. Quality of the clothes seems fine, but all in - would not recommend. There are tons of others handling customer support way better.

I ordered a tracksuit set from the sale on the 15th, wanting to have it by the 26th. After a few days of not receiving the processed order email, I figured it wouldn't reach me by my deadline, so I contacted them on Instagram and email wanting to refund my order. I only got the same answers of the reasoning why they would their orders and shipping are delayed i.e., I got the same automated email reply.Currently charging back with PayPal as when I made a claim they sent over a tracking update nearly 2 weeks after I wanted to refund my un-processed order. To top it all off, the order is lost in transit (not that I care). Customer service is poor. I didn't see their story of getting delays when ordering (should have made a post!). Had I known this I would not have ordered. Looking forward to getting my money back and not ordering from them again.

I have been getting things from Mosquets for a while now. Every.Single.Time - incredible quality of products, shipping is Excellent for just 10euros and takes only a few days (2-3). They are my favorite brand ever, creative, give off those “streetwear” vibes but dont take it too far with those insanely baggy pants and jerseys like other brands. I will be getting 2 pairs of Jorts in a few days as they have released some beautiful pieces. Trust in my review, they are incredible.

I have order some clothes on 09/09 and I have not received anything yet . As there is no way to follow up your order on the site , I have wrote them an email where they just mentioned all orders were delayed whithout giving any estimation of delivery time . This is really bad customer service .

Mosquets is an emerging brand that has won me over.i short time it has become one of my favorite brands.The quality is something exceptional, as well as the fit you have on and the care and study of materials.I would like to give my compliments to the guy(s) behind the brand, you can see how much passion you put into making something unique.I'm sorry to read negative comments about reborrowing, I haven't had any such experience, but being an emerging brand and one that I don't think has a department dedicated only to this is only a matter of time.However, this brand really deserves a lot and I look forward to the next releases.Keep up the good work.

The first order unfortunately was returned to the sender by the shipping company for unknown reasons. But the Mosquets team was quick to reply to my email and I got a refund. The second order arrived with no issues and I’m very stoked about the Tshirt. The quality is outstanding and the fit couldn’t be more perfect, finally a top that isn’t way too long!

I’ve made around 4/5 orders from mosquets now and the quality seems to get better and better every time, very speedy delivery especially since they dispatch from germany and i would recommend them to anyone!! i also love the effort they put in with the photoshoots to display the new clothing lines

I have ordered from Mosquets two times and the quality is super good. The shipping was fast and the customer service was fast aswell. Their pieces looks and feels good in person and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this brand! 🫶

Had an issue with returning one of the items with customs. The company were unable to receive the item but still granted me a full refund - even apologising for the inconvenience. Incredible customer service.

More expensive than normal brands but it shows in the quality. So far I have bought 2 T-shirts, a zip hoodie and cargo shorts. All amazing fit, design and quality. Very happy with my purchases.

Mosquets makes high quality clothing and everything is great. I have two pieces, one Hoody and one T-shirt. The quality is great and designing is a beautiful. I am a big fan of this brand I can only recommend it

I tried to contact them on email and on instagram, but haven’t got an answer back. I wasn’t happy with a shirt a bought and wanted to return the shirt back. It’s very disappointing and I won’t be buying any items from this company again.

I ordered my jacket on May 6th, but I didn’t receive any emails from the company. On May 26th, I wrote to them about the jacket, and they sent me a UPS tracking link showing that they had just labeled my jacket. It seems that if I hadn’t contacted them, they might have forgotten about my order(they labeled the jacket the same time they responded on the email they send me) . So, I’ve waited from May 6th to May 28th (today), and they’ve just labeled my jacket. It looks like it will take over a month for a company in Germany to deliver to Denmark.
