Is morrisons.online Legit?

Less than 1 star review.New driver ploughs up lawns, even gets out and looks at damage, then denies incident. ( all on our cctv).Morrisons hub , useless no reply for 8 days! Went into the store another 7 days for reply.Offered a £ 50.00 voucher otherwise insurance claim.Not worth my time, that's how they get away with it to de escalate am shoping experience.Not my problem, they've got £10k less a year going on their Verwood store tunrnover.Asda I've been told have good home delivery service and customer care.

Ordered the Food to Order for Christmas weeks ago, most of the cakes I ordered for Christmas dinner not available other things not available so sent substitutes, nothing suitable. If you order weeks in advance you would think everything would be available, total waste of time now going to have to go out shopping and try and get items to replace what they havnt sent. Won’t be using this service at Christmas again

7 substitutions, including for a different type of Christmas turkey joint - which I did not accept. Considering I had booked the slot well in advance, as soon as slots for the season were available, I did not expect this and it was very disappointing. Plus , having paid top whack for delivery they are still not here, over half an hour after the end of the slot. No contact made to explain either. Will certainly not use them again and will stick to going to do my own shopping...this was supposed to be a treat but it has been quite the opposite!

Shopping in Petts Wood store last Saturday and was very grateful for the care given to me by the staff. I am suffering from severe COPD and two people asked if they could help. My gratitude to Gill on checkout who packed my shopping and to Gavin who carried it to the car and put it inside.I am very immobile and this was a big shop for me about £140.

Couldn’t deliver within the time slot (not even close to it)! Had received a promotional email offering free delivery but then they couldn’t deliver within the time slot they offered! First time this year I’ve used Morrisons, and this will be the last time I ever do! Use a more professional supermarket please

WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME CALLED MY LOCAL MORRISONS IN BARNARD CASTLE 10 MILES AWAY ENDED UP TALKING TO A CALL CENTRE IN SOUTH AFRICA 10000 MILES AWAY LOL SO CALLED HEAD OFFICE WHILE I LISTENED TO HOW GOOD THEY WERE WAIT FOR IT OVER 1 HOUR NO ONE ANSWERED DISGUSTING SERVICE

Fantastic delivery, last Morrisons order of the year, arrived just in time before Christmas, as always the delivery driver was very nice and super kind, just our roast potatoes that were missing, but apart from them all items arrived. Always love ordering from Morrisons as our shopping always arrives, we always get great deals and offers and the drivers are always so polite and kind. We managed to get the carrier bags taken off the final bill as we sent them back which is always a bonus. Thank you Morrisons for always providing a great delivery service and having lovely, kind drivers. Will definitely continue to order from Morrisons in the new year

Put money in pressure washer to wash car at Morrisons Shrewsbury didn't work asked the person in the kiosk was very rude and said not my problem won't be using Morrisons again.

I did an on line delivery order for my 88 year old mother, this was the second time in three weeks they failed to deliver and just cancelled the order two hours after arranged time slot? We live out in the country I was away for the weekend so was totally dependent on this delivery to my mother I couldn’t believe it when I received a text to say they had cancelled, for this to happen twice in just a few weeks is unsatisfactory , unprofessional and unacceptable, we usually shop once a week at the Leominster Morrisons and use the delivery service very occasionally! Morrisons has totally let us down and lost any further business from us. Diabolical company!

So if you read the reviews on here like I've just done, it seems there is a pattern of deliveries turning up very late. I thought it was just me, obviously something more sinister going on here!! I don't order very often with this lot, but literally every time I do, I've had a problem. Last time my shopping was delivered with bleach all over it, it went all over my floor, my hands, etc. I was literally responded to then outright ignored on messenger and had to email 3 times to get any kind of response from them. And the response was brief and robotic. This time, as has happened before, my delivery was an HOUR late. Not only that, but the driver then turned up minus an apology, full of unbelievable statements and arrogance.. Yet again, I've contacted them about this experience and look forward to their reply.But never again will I bother!! I've had many deliveries from other stores and will stick with them.

Over half of our offer was ‘unavailable’ and cancelled with no substitutions. Absolute joke of a delivery service when you now need to drive to a supermarket to get the items that are magically still in store but not available for delivery.

We found out on the day of delivery that most of our order (9 items) was substituted. We don't want your substitutes, especially since they're more expensive. Is this even legal? We are sick of off fruit and vegetables. Have a word with your pickers. Waterproof covers for delivery baskets would work so much better than us having to dry wet bags of sugar on radiators. We live over 80 miles from Morrisons so have to rely on pickers who obviously have no clue what they're doing. Unless they're instructed by Morrisons to get rid of old stuff to deliveries? We're going to cancel our Xmas order and won't be using Morrisons again after years of terrible service including sending tobacco the wrong weight. Theft! Seems negative feedback is disregarded.

Out of three on line orders one third of items substitute,very very disappointing performance Morrisons.I resent being offered product not available after I have ordered for next day delivery.Just about every other supermarket do it better than Morrison.Morrisons look at your Trustpilot reviews .Dont offer product you don’t have !!

Failed to deliver. They sent a text message saying that it was running two hours late. It didn't show at all. No one rang me in the morning. They took the money from my account though. This is the final straw. They have been late and cancelled and one day turned up without frozen foodI ordered online because I thought it was less stressful but it's been very stressful indeed. They regularly didn't have items. I find it hard to believe that they didn't have any bread rolls at all. Tesco will substitute up. It used to be good but it's dire now

I've been using Morrison's to shop with on Amazon and I have to warn people that they charge you extra for any adjustments to your order out of stocks etc and don't al ays refund it back.I was charged nearly £30 extra (there was an online discount) and was refunded - £12.61 after three phone calls to Amazon and having the phone put down on me I had to resort to contacting clearpay who I used as a payment option to get my money back Amazon refused!!!!In a day I had the money back in my clearpay account.Be very careful and check that you are given back what you are owedI would not use Amazon prime Morrison's to shop with again

I normally get a deliver every week. Just lately a lot of things are unavailable. The substitute items are ridiculous. Order crispy duck, none left, do I want to substitute with duck livers !!! Duck not available, do I want chicken instead !!!! If I wanted chicken I would have ordered it.

Too many unsuitable substitutes,which were all more expensive than my original choice.Then, I,the customer have to request a refund for the items that I returned to the delivery driver and 1 item was not even on the list but I sent it back.This is the last time I use their delivery service (Barrow in Furness).

Placed a home delivery. Never arrived at the allocated time slot. No communication from Morrisons. Got in touch with the call centre who eventually told us we would have our delivery 3- 4 hours late. Needless too say it never arrived, and no further communication. Never again will I use Morrisons.

2nd time in a few weeks that the order has been late then all of a sudden cancelled. I won’t be wasting my time a third time.
