Took payment quick enough. Item was a lot later arriving than stated. On receipt of item it was found to be nothing like it had been advertised, faulty & cheap quality. Original price £100 odd pounds reduced to £34.95 guaranteeing 30 day money back if not satisfied & full refund. No they don’t. You’re expected to pay postage & taxes to return even within the 30 day return period & you’re offered only 20% of the value you paid in a refund.I wouldn’t recommend this company at all - stay well away 😔
**update *** i did a FRAUD claim through my bank and my bank refunded me thank goodness ****Absolute scam the retro style jackets youre seeing on fb at the moment are thin as a wafer and tiny for£39.99 im not holding out any hope of getting a refund (update they offered me a £4 refund if i sent the item back to china ….. SCAM - One of the worst experience of my live in purchasing. I requested to cancel my order as soon I identified the problem, I discovered All products are shipped from China. There was no reply on my email, there is no phone number to call. so I searched reviews history - dreadful - and notified my bank. My bank provided a full refund and I did not accepted delivery. Now, seller is demanding a full payment. How dreadful is this. CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT ? NO IN THIS CASE. Looks like my bank may need to make a payment and I would not have a purchase. There will be final judgement when they gone.
Items sold are extremely lowQuality and nothing like what you’ll see on the website. You’ll wait two weeks to receive the goods from China. If you want to send the items back for any reason (eg. Poor quality) then they’ll ask you to pay. Avoid at all costs and be very aware of shopping from Ads on Instagram. I have complained to instagram but they ignored the report. also but clearly they care not for protecting customers against fraudsters.

Warning! Do not buy products from this company, they are posing as a UK company and offer a full refund on items ordered but in fact do not. Misrepresentation of products advertised. The Jacket I bought did not resemble the picture at all, presented as a padded winter jacket, when eventually delivered there was absolutely no padding it in and it was nothing like pictured. When I asked for a refund which is a very lengthy process, they posed as a UK company on the face of it, and offered only 15% refund or I would have to return it to China with the costs of tax and freight being my responsibility! They took one week to reply to many emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If there has been less than one star to choose from I would have chosen it.

Awful. Do not use. I bought a Jasmine hooded jacket that looked lovely I. The images. When it arrived it was a shiny fabric, thin and not at all what was expected. I mailed them and they sent me the return address l, which is china and ask you to post it with tracking. I could guarantee that my item would go ‘missing’ and I would lose more money. I give them one star as they do respond to mails but I have had to settle with 30% refund. They advertise themselves as Morgan London- London but this is not an address for returns. I will be advising as many people as possible to avoid. I have to wait up to 20 days for an email to confirm a refund. All of these reviews say the same thing. I wish I’d read them before.

I bought a top from Morgan of London, what a load of rubbish, was too small, so l asked to send it back, they told me it had to be shipped to China at my own expense. There was a return address on the package a place in Cannock, but wondered if l sent it to that address, l wasn’t goingto get my money back, but also they would use the item again to send to someone else who ordered that top.. wish l’d read the reviews before l used this scamming company. MOST IMPORTANTLY-this company is not based in London!!! This is the most terrible online retailer. I ordered some shoes, they arrived after about 6 weeks and were supposed to be a size 5, more like a size 3!!! I wanted to get a refund but they wanted me to send them back and pay flier postage. I ordered the Charmaine Hoodie Jacket, which looked very nice in the website photo. On receipt however it was obvious that it was a very cheap imitation, (probably of someone else's quality garment). I had not read the warnings on here before purchasing and had assumed the company was London based. I have emailed them with my comments. I shall not buy from them again. The only good points were that they actually despatched the item, the 'tracking' worked (Chinese) and Evri delivered it on time.
I have just received my order for two jumpers but the size was a bit short . The quality was ok so I’ve used their procedure get their address to send them back and to request another two jumpers but a larger size. I await their reply and update this review if I’ve not heard anything.I’ve just been informed the returns address is in China and the postage cost is so high it’s not worth sending. Over 48 hours has elapsed since I sent my email to Morgan London and yet no reply with the address as to where to send back the two jumpers. I’ve noticed other people have had similar experiences so their policy on returns is not worth the paper it’s written on. If I’ve not heard from them within the next 7 days I’ll try to get Morgan Londons advert on Facebook taken off. Totally agree that this company are fraudulent - I foolishly ordered one pink and one blue jumper - conned by the \'London\' part. When they arrived one was green so contacted them - I have always had the same response - pay to return it to China or keep with a 40% discount but I do not want a green jumper, I have quoted them their part of Terms and conditions that say they pay if it is their fault and told them they are in breach of contract and since then have had no reply. I also checked with the Dutch Companies House as they say that is where they are registered but they are not on their list. The jumpers are not the quality they say they are and their \'original\' price is fictitious. What to do now is the question. I will report them to Federal Trade Commission but feel the Chinese Embassy should be able to do something about companies like this giving genuine Chinese, excellent traders, a bad name.
