This companmy is a fraud. State items ship from Italy , they actually come from China.When you request to return the cost opf shipping is 1&1/2 times the amount of the item, it has to be sent back to China. Sent earrings with no backs, was an additional expense to purchase backs , so thart they are wearable. Items do not look like pictures. Cheap acrylic

The Ocean's Oath earrings that I purchased took 5 weeks to arrive (their return policy is 30 days after placing the order. When they finally arrived there was no metal in the earrings just silver colored plastic with cheap looking resin. Horrible, cheap product.

They deserve a (-10). I ordered the book of shadows cross-stitch, instead I received a fidget toy. When emailing them of their "mistake" their response was that my order WAS correct that they could offer a refund of $8, again I emailed back stating that's not how refunds work & called them a bunch of scammers and naturally they didn't respond back. (not to be the grammar police) but their spelling was atrocious & the verbiage they used was odd.

The reviews aren't wrong.i also got a fidget toy instead of halloween stitchery.so upset..I hope this company is found out what a fraud they are..

The same thing happened to me! I ordered 2 book of shadows kits and so far all I’ve gotten was a little cone thing I did not order. I tried to contact them and they only offered to refund me 10.00. I paid 30.00 and that cone thing is worth about 10 cents! I want either my money back or the stitch kits I ordered. They say money back guarantee but that seems to be bullcrap! Total fraud!!

Ordered jewelry from morevividlife. Could have gotten better jewelry out of a gumball machine. Now I've spent hours trying g to figure out how to return it! What a scam!

Leather and all over shoe quality is excellent and my daughter says they are very comfortable. In terms of sizing-my daughter can take a 9, 9.5 or 10 depending on the brand - with the size 10's being things like boots where you can size up for a little more wear without providing a bad fit and the 9's better for sandals. I went with 91/2 C and they fit like a comfortable sock - not too tight and with the barest bit of room at the top--just like I've read that they should fit.

Ordered a cross stitch kit, received some 3D printed cone. Just a solid cone. Literally. Never again. Don't do it.

I began reading all the reviews when it took my shipment about 6 weeks to arrive. I reached out to them and they were very timely in getting tracking information and updates to me. My order finally arrived it was exactly what I ordered.I have no issue with them except that the time delay from order to receiving the actual items is long. But product quality is good. That's why I gave them a 4 stars and not 5.

Ordered Ocean wave necklace. Said it was shipping from Italy. This thing is cheap resin with no detail at all. Nothing like the advertisements. DO NOT BUY.

If I could give it ZERO stars, I would have. I ordered a set of jewelry ocean dream or whatever. I received updates all along about how it was in Italy being crafted and all that. What a joke. When it finally arrived today, I was absolutely disgusted. I realize that you get what you pay for. But I had seen a similar set from China and knew that it wasn't the one I wanted. That was a copy. It didn't have the details like the one I ordered. Well, guess what! It was NOT made in Italy. Had never been in Italy. It is a piece of resin (not glass) and has zero details. It's just so disappointing. I don't know how the service department is yet because I have not received a response from them yet. This jewelry is not even up to the Avon lady quality. Yuck.

Cute pair of shoes. They came quickly and fit well. Bought these for my 4 year old daughter for our trip to Disneyland. They fit perfectly, I bought the size 9, and she’s usually a size 9. They held up well after several days of Disneyland.

My son loves Spider-Man and these are his favorite they’re comfy and easy to slide on

Order 2 shirts. The order hadn’t arrived for over 3 months I complained and asked for a refund at which time they sent something else that showed up about a month later and it was the wrong product. They keep insisting that I received the correct items and their customer service is terrible. One response a day and all they are capable of doing is repeating the same thing saying their warehouse says i got the correct items.

This is such a great sweater, it fits wonderful and isn't too long or baggy. The length is great, as it covers my butt, but just barely.

Nothing but a scam. This company stole images and description from an artist on Etsy then made cheap 3D-printed counterfits. Was listed as a DIY stained glass kit with all the materials and tutorials needed to make a stained glass ornament. What came was a stupid piece of plastic- same shape as the original but without the lovely colors or items listed in description. Their response was that the warehouse verified it shipped the correct item. After compaining thru PayPal, they offered to refund after I returned it. Tracking shows they refused delivery of the return package and now the item is on its way back to me. This was not a simple mistake. It was fraud from the very start.

Totally a scam.. Chinese company.. They say my order was delivered, but I never received it. They charged a different amount on my card than what was on the order/invoice. They charged sales tax.. WHAT? They shipped from China and I am sure they didn't pay NC sales tax! Do NOT waste your money!

Advertised that it’s going to be 7 days shipping, received my shirt 2 months later, horrible shiny material, and of course the size is way off, when asked about return and refund, she tells me can you just gift it so somebody. Plz stay away. Filed dispute

I'd give it less than one star if I could.Took almost 2 months to receive.Sizing is way too small, regardless of following sizing guide.Cannot return because policy states 30 days from date of order.Says made in Spain but shipped from China.Filing dispute.

These shoes are adorable on my daughter. She wanted something dark that was still cute. They are light and easy to slip on and off. I will probably buy more of them.
