I wish I had seen this before I ordered two items from Morelegant. Neither fitted. I want to return them and contacted Morelegant by email and message from their Facebook page. No response to either.
I've done exactly the same thing. There is nowhere to say how return this item.They owe me a lot of money. I received an email saying they will give 10% back, or 40% if i would like to make another order. I've asked for all my money back.They also said, they do not recommend sending it back as it will cost a lot to do so.
Also got scammed. Dress was totally different than pictured and I emailed them twice , no response. My credit card company took their side when I tried to contest it. UG!!!!!
I wouldn't call this online "shopping mall" as they call themselves a scam but I would certainly steer clear! I placed an order for 3 dresses for my wife after she told me how the company came up on her Facebook newsfeed. Normally I avoid crap like this but after a lapse in better judgment, I ordered. Later I came to my senses. Really what kind of quality can one expect for as little as $40? What kind of business can possibly turn a decent profit on such inexpensive dresses? I cancelled my order within 2 hours. Their web site (which is all butterflies and buttercups) says an order can be cancelled before it is processed and shipped. After 3 days of delays and getting the run around, I told the agent I was contacting my credit card company and reporting morelegant as fraudulent. The next day I was told I would get a refund but they had to charge me a $5 compensation charge (their cancellation policy says nothing about a charge). By the time the refund was processed on my card that $5 turned into $16. Better than losing almost $150! I take this as a pretty cheap lesson relearned. The same stuff can be purchased on Amazon for the same price. I have always been pleased with my Amazon purchases and any issues have always been quickly and fairly resolved. By the way. I purchased three dresses for my wife on amazon.ca and they arrived the next day. I spent $130. They're not bad quality, look pretty good on and worth keeping.
