I bought what looked to be a gorgeous, layered dress on MoreElegant.com. It was NOT at presented at all, a flimsy piece of cloth with the image painted on the front of it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. They did sent it, their presentation is just completely bogus.
I bought what appeared to be a layered dress. When I finally got the dress it is NOT layered but what looks like a photo copy of a dress onto the cloth. Very flimsy and not the material described. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESES DRESSES AS I WAS. Trying to get a refund.
Think I’ve bought same layered dress. Except it’s not. Cheap and tatty and nothing like dress depicted. Company only offering 40% refund and I have to pay postage to china. Avoid this company like the plague
Further to me earlier post you cannot review the actual dress on their website ( I even tried to leave a good one!) Which says to me existing reviews are from employees/family Their website states FREE return but now they're not responding to me. AVOID
My advice is, don't buy anything from Moreelegant. I purchase two items costing USD80. I wanted to exchange both for a different size but despite trying various avenues to contact this company, nobody responded to my request.
Just like others, I bought what thought was a layered dress with buttons and lace. It was a picture of the real dress printed on a cheap fabric and made into a dress. No lace, no buttons, no layers! False Advertising, a true scam!! They responded to my email complaint and asking for a refund, by offering me to keep the dress and they will give me 10% back or mail the dress back and receive a 40% coupon on my next order! Ridiculous!!!
Dress inaccurately described and was all heavy nylon so too hot to wear in summer & not the dark green colour - it was Lincoln green! Too small, lining did not match the length. 10% discount allocated to my bank account when I had refused it. Offered me 40% refund and keep the dress which I refused. The dress is of no use to me! I asked for their address and they did not give enough info so it would not be delivered correctly. Also stated that delivery costs to them in China would be in excess of $40 but I found out much cheaper postage as I'm in UK. I asked for person's name so they could sign for dress and then it went quiet! They said they'd refund full cost of dress when received by them. Cheaply made from China! Appalling customer service & poor command of English. BEWARE if things go wrong!
