Is moosetoys.com Legit?

The unbelievably generous and kind team at Moosetoys went above and beyond to make my little boy the happiest kid in the world.I will forever be in thier debt for making me a hero to my son.Thank you Moose team. You're amazing and I will tell everyone I know.

Moose Toys were so kind and so understanding, they offered to send a replacement part free of charge and at a reduced shipping rate. Wow, I cannot say enough about how unexpected and amazing that is! Customer service at this level is RARE and I am so thankful and in awe.What happened was, my daughter received the crystal ball Magic Mixie for Christmas and unfortunately the wand went missing which is required to "cast spells" and reveal the mixie properly. I was worried I'd receive the same answer I have gotten in the past from other toy companies where I was either out of luck or had to pay more than you'd expect for the part as well as the crazy shipping prices we have here in Canada. Not so with Moose! They also included some free refills on the fog solution! Thank you so much!

This is the first time I have had the need to contact Moosetoys Customer Service.I found their response to my query/request very prompt, courteous and professional. In the modern day where good customer service has been in decline I found Moosetoys to be a breasth of fresh air.Based on my need they appeared to have gone above and beyond and I now just await the arrival of my promised replacement parts.Thank you and well done to all concerned.

I have been a fan of Moose Toys for a while now, dating back to when Series 2 of Akedo came out (Series 6 is the latest series as I write this). I have never had a negative experience from them. This is, quite simply, a customer service team that attempts to provide answers & solve problems within the guidelines they are given. It should be understood that they prob don’t have complete freedom to leak information about new & upcoming toys or cartoon episodes (if any). But they are always extremely helpful with everything that they are able to tell me. I’m always happy with the info they provide, even if it’s not a lot, & I’ve contacted them dozens of times. I will not hesitate at all to contact them in the future. They might know me by now!

We have multiple Moose Toys products, something I realized after reaching out for a replacement Magic Mixie cauldron wand I thought was lost. Our girls love their cauldron and the two Cookeez Makery ovens that they received as presents over the holidays. The customer service team was really helpful!

Wife and I purchased a Bluey Ultimate playset for my daughter as a Santa gift. Upon opening it on Xmas Day it was apparent that part of the slide was missing. I contacted Moose toys to request a replacement part but was strangely told that they dont have spare parts. Instead they sent me Blueys Unipony ride playset. I contacted them to state that it wasnt what I asked them to send me. I then sent a message to a different Moose Toy email address and conversed with a very helpful person called Charlie who sorted me out with a new toy slide for my daughter. Thats fantastic customer service and we really appreciate his/her help.

I wish I could give 0 Stars. Their customer service team is inept. I had to respond to multiple emails, restating the exact same information I had included in the original email. It felt like they thought for some reason I was trying to scam them out of a $40 stuffed animal. I wasted enough time emailing them, I figured I might as well spend another 5 minutes & write a negative review in hopes that other customers' wouldn't have disappointed children on Christmas morning. Had they resolved their issue with defective product, I would have chalked it up to an honest mistake. Their handling of faulty products is to talk in circles and continue to move the goal line. Moose Toys is a POS and hope they go belly up

Bought a frozen themed bed for our toddler from a third party. Due to a minor issue I made contact with Moose Toys knowing I would be diverted their direction anyway from third party. I was very impressed with the professionalism from the customer service team doing their best to help us out. The manager in the warehouse managed to find us the spare part and we received it with in two working days. Couldn’t thank both the customer service team and the warehouse manager I feel like we have become best friends and I know I’ll have a very happy toddler. Thanks again.

Got a Mixie Pixling for a Christmas present. Cylinder was already leaking even before opened. Would not change to clear stayed blue and was messy. Must have been either a bad product or damaged. Definitely not worth the money and definitely dangerous for any child because it was burning the child's hands when it leaked on them. This product is crap and dangerous and should be pulled from the shelves.

My daughter loved the Magic Mixes cauldron she received from Santa but lost her wand :) :( .We contacted directly Moose Toys and received a wonderful service. We were able to buy a wand separately, received it fast with a gift added in the box :) The team responses were fast and friendly. We love their toys and will definitely buy more. A+ for the service's team.

I received some brilliant customer service from the CS team. My daughter had received a Lil Snipper toy for her birthday. When she opened it the hair was not attached to the teddy so she was rather disappointed. I contacted Moosetoys, they were so helpful and sorted a replacement.

We needed a spare part for a Moose game, so emailed the company direct. They were very responsive and incredibly helpful! They supplied the spare part, and some little extras!! Don’t often get such excellent customer service!!!

The best customer service department I have had the pleasure to deal with.We had an issue with a toy so made contact with Moosetoys. They were very professional in gathering all the information required to deal with the problem. Not only did they resolve the issue they went above and beyond to make my little boy very happy 😊 Thank you very much CS Team 👍

1 part missing from a box , emailed them got a quick response and they went above and beyond to get the missing part out out to meGreat customer service
