Is moonpod.uk Legit?

Honestly this vacuum is perfect for lazy people like me. Cleaning is way easier now. Cordless makes it hassle-free, one charge lasts a few times Suction is solid dust and hair gone in no time. Saves effort love it!

Never knew cordless vacs were this good! No wires dragging, makes cleaning faster. Strong suction, even pet hair gets picked up. Battery lasts long, and can clean a few times before charging.

Don't buy this vacuum cleaner. It is almost impossible to put together and once you have managed to do that emptying the dust cup and getting it back onto the cleaner is virtually impossible unless you are very strong. Any 'help' videos are in Chinese so I was unable to understand. I have wasted my money.

I bought this vacum cleaner in August 2024 with return option as I knew nothing about the product. It's NOT the best of the products. It's parts are hard to disconnect, emptying it is a mission and the customer service is a joke. You will not be able to return the product just because it does not meat your expectations, even if you mark that option when you are ordering it. I am still waiting for the refund for spare battery I got ordered with the vacum, and never received it, since the beginning of August. Customer service is a joke. They said they will deduct 15% for cancellation of the order I have never received and therefore I want my money back!!!! SCAM

The vacuum will only be useful for light work. Needed it to clear up dust and pine needles on the office/games room floor. It clogged up almost immediately. Despite repeated clearing of the tubes, it continued to clog up and proved useless. Will have to buy an alternative that can do the job.

Moonpod vacuum cleaner does not meet expectation.Very poor pick up and suction on carpets.Whoever writes these product reviews on best buy websites need to use the products.

Don't go near this company I ordered a stick hoover from them I didn't look at the reviews until after tried to cancel my order to be told already been shipped I asked for a tracking number didn't get one. You can't ring them only email which takes 24 hours for a response I told them I didn't want it they said try it you might like it I told them I would be returning it to them they said I would have to pay the shipping back to China when the delivery finely arrived I refused to accept it it got sent back to there warehouse in this country. Eventually got my refund minus £30 they took for shipping. I will never buy anything on line before I read reviews they are just SCAMMERS.

I'd never heard of MoonPod brand before, but thought give it a go. I've had some really bad experiences with vacuums in the past! After a month, the MoonPod has done surprisingly well. I really like it! Although the instructions are opaque, once you get used to it, all good. It's a really nice looking, light weight machine with plenty of suction grunt. Charges fine. I'm happy I bought it, and it's at a lower price than other vacuums.

It's also incredibly quiet while operating, making it ideal for homes with children or pets. The suction performance is top-notch, especially when It comes to deep cleaning carpet.

Terrible vacuum cleaner. Doesn't suck up anything except the lightest speck of dust. Tried to return, just went around in circles with customer service asking for videos and photos, which I sent. And they said it's impossible it doesn't suck. Worst purchase ever with terrible customer service. Used only half a d9zen times and will be taken to the dump as it's useless.

I ordered the Moonpod. Then I read all the negative comments. So I cancelled directly. What happened?I still got an email that it will be send. I send new message that I cancelled already. Got email that it was shipped so cancelling wasn't possible. After 5 days I received the Moonpod. I tried and I am satisfied. Everything is working. Only the battery works not 40 minutes but enough time to do a house. Conclusions: Product fineOrganisation: it is not Alpinemart but Hongkong and the conditions are not good.You can return but that costs you 15 % and the costs of sending.I decided to keep the Moonpod.

I have not received my order MPGB65812.I ordered a vacuum cleaner almost a month ago. I have asked numerous times for delivery update, they just send me to tracking that shows the order has not moved since 4 September when it arrived at 'batch delivery'?? I am stuck without a vacuum cleaner and I have no confidence it will arrive. I am being told to wait patiently as if I am a troublesome customer. I have asked several times for a refund to no avail. Rubbish company. I am going to proceed through the small claims court. Do not order from Moonpod/Ryelo or whatever else they trade as.

I purchased the vacuum cleaner not realising it was from China as the company had an Australian website address. Then I read the reviews and was horrified. But, to my surprise and delight it turned up within two weeks. It is brilliant, I can't fault it. The vacuum time is extensive, and it is light, and the head is very flexible.

I purchased this following an exception on-line review which I now assume was a product testiment made by a "paid tester" as I have a dog that moults dreadfully! The product is manufactured from poor quality plastic. Trying to initially get the parts to fit was difficult! Badly moulded with cheap plastic tools and the ability to suck as well as a fish with a straw! Avoid like the plague! Absolutely trash. Now fighting to get my money back - watch this space.....

MoonPod is connected to DryPulseUK and DryEase who sell dehumidifiers online at £138.00. (also see Sterra and Sterra Moon). The "dehumidifiers" are cheap little plastic machines from China which don't work/not as described. Same problems as other reviewers with customer service, offering minimum compensation and not supplying a return address etc. We have been chasing a refund from DryPulseUk for several weeks now but oddly today we received a response from MoonPod in relation to our issue with DryPulseUk. Please checkout the BBC Sounds programme "Dehumidified" It appears that there are loads of these cheap products being sold at very inflated prices all over the world. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

This company is a SCAM ,there are lots of these Chinese companies lying about where they are located and what they are selling. "JOY" is a bot and the name JOY stands for Jokes On You...because they know they are scamming you and stealing your money and making you jump through hoops with videos and ridiculous questions...just go straight to your bank .don't bother engaging with scammers

Absolutely useless vacuum cleaner, two things broke off of the unit within 2 months now it doesn't work at all...their customer service are about as good as their product, offering a 3% refund!!Seriously STEER CLEAR DO NOT BUY!

Crazy long delivery And terrible customer service - I have been asking for a receipt for my purchase and they keep ignoring my emails. Terrible! Not recommending this company at all.

It works perfectly, people are morons on hear clearly, as it was rated 2.5 out of 5 star. Clearly should be 5, it's way better than the vax I used to have!

Thanks to recent Samuel Review I avoided making similar mistake. Read sponsored Review and nearly pressed purchase. Decided to double check and get other reviews. I just avoided a disaster thanks to Reviews here. Thanks to everyone for their honesty. PLEASE READ on Ryelo website *Refunds & Return* It states extremely disproportionate Terms and Conditions. Has all the hallmarks of a Scam. Very bad English and impossibly high jumps to get a refund. Even items that are refused at the door by the buyer don't qualify for a full refund.
