Is moonpig.com Legit?

Just two days after placing my order I have just taken delivery of the Giant Card celebrating the 100th birthday of a lady we help to look after. This contains many photos of her taken throughout her life and is to be signed by those attending her party next month before being presented to her during the course of the afternoon. Having, with some trepidation, spent two evenings sorting through, uploading and positioning photos at various stages of her life I am just 'over the moon' with the way the card has turned out! Incredible result. Incredible value. Can't praise Moonpig enough. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else for cards now!

Brilliant! Never used Moonpig before but had a last minute panic over a birthday, found the perfect card, so easy to personalise, and a book which made the perfect gift. I ordered late afternoon and it was delivered the next morning, on this persons birthday, which I didn’t think would happen. Perfect! Will definitely use again!

Easy to choose and personalise your card. Photos upload and insert at the touch of a button. Lots of options to make it just as you want it. Easy check out process (postage expensive but it always is these days!) and delivery the next day - in conclusion, nothing short of amazing service!

Everything I have ever ordered from Moonpig has been perfect. I would recommend them to everyone. So nice to be able to personalise and add precious photo memories to the cards. Also orders arrive really quickly and are always well packaged.

Lovely cards, easy to use,and fun using all the different fonts and colours. And knowing there going to be delivered on time , not forgetting the reminders with the birthdays coming up,who needs a calendar.moonpig does it for me.

I like the fact that you can go to a catagory of cards and they have so many to choose from. On this occasion I chose a funny card, for some ones birthday. You can personalise the cards too and pick bigger cards if you want that.They were combining with a gift, but did not do that even though it was discounted. The card and postage was reasonable cost compared to having to go to a shop and considering it is personalised I think value for money.

Have used this service previously and been very impressed, designed another card yesterday. Very simple instructions and with a few easy steps, a beautiful card is ready for posting. Very pleased with the results. Thank you Moonpig.

I like Moonpig alot.Currently trying the new yearly membership but the post card whilst interesting it's really worth it for me as I'm still paying the postage.Would have prefer one free postcard to send inc p&p.I mainly use the photo cards.

Moon pig is absolutely brilliant ! I always get my cards from there now because the price of the cards in shops are not far off the price of these and the Moonpig ones are so special! My mam and my nana cried when they got theirs and my dad has his on the mantelpiece he won’t take it down! You can add photos, type in what you want to say so you don’t have to worry about bad hand writing. You can add stickers and photos inside. The cards look absolutely gorgeous.

It’s wonderful service I live in Spain and can rest easily knowing I can order cards and gifts and they get their when I want them to not having to send weeks in advance Thank you moon pig

I have used Group cards on Moonpig several times and it was excellent. However, I was working on 3 separate group cards recently and it was a disaster. 1 card lost all signatures, all 3 appeared to have issues so much so I decided to close the deadline 2 days early and have the cards posted out to me. Turned out people were still able to add signatures on line when I had the actual cards in my possession. Nightmare - not sure I will use again.

Really don't know how they and Royal Mail do it. Ordered 2 x personalised cards at 5.30pm and they were with me at 9.30am the following morning.Extensive range and great quality. Don't go anywhere else now.

Notification from Royal Mail saying my package would be delivered today...............then another notification from them saying they were unable to deliver !!So I won't have my daughter's 13th birthday card in time.Nice one RM........what a terrible service you provide, and I can't even contact anyone

I had a problem with selecting my country for getting to do so starting my card realizing I didn't select properly and I felt like I lost all my work. I don't know exactly where to find a draft if I were to save one my problem is that to me at my age this is not user friendly. creating the card is becoming much more user friendly as I create more and more cards. but if I edit or move out of the screen I'm in I always seem to lose my work and that is so frustrating just my opinion but the cards are wonderful!

Easy to buy a card as long as you don’t make an error and try to alter the order; I found it impossible to take off an item. I had to have a live chat on line and the operative took it off. I eventually bought a card without any mistakes and the card is very attractive and arrived the following day.

I love creating cards on Moonpig! The cards are original and show the personality of the receiver. Everyone I send them to, love them. They are reasonably priced and so easy to create

Very pleased with anniversary card ordered and prompt delivery. A little disappointed when opened the original envelope it was delivered in to find the spare envelope to be given was sealed down and I had to force it open ripping the seal.

Excellent from start to finish.😊 It's convenient and it's great you can insert your own photos on your cards to make them more personal.

The card is beautiful but arrived with a rather large dent on top right corner, probably the fault of the couriers but would recommend Moonpig start doing unfoldable packaging. Love the card regardless 👍
