Is montterini.com Legit?

Rubbish Product-ScamWe ordered a dress for my wife.Took weeks to arrive and it was a cheap copy of what was promoted on their web site.The pattern was diffrent;the cut was different and the material was cheap and tacky.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY or TIME.

This company is a complete scam. Do not purchase from them. They will steal your money. They are absolute thieves! I have reported them to be investigated and shut down.

Absolutely disgusting firm, I ordered 2 dresses came to over £120, took over 3 weeks to get to me and they are just disgusting, won’t let me return them, I am a pensioner of 76 and wanted dress for my Granddaughters Wedding now I can’t afford to get another one!They are not fit to wipe the floor with, I am so upset, when I message them they trust say read the returns details, it’s so unfair of these dreadful people to do this!I wouldn’t even put 1 star but there is no lower score 😤😡😡😡

This site is a fraud. I made a purchase and cannot return it . The worse quality of clothes. Attorney General and Better Business Bureau are the next step. Don't buy anything from them.

Perhaps, this comment will help someone to save time, efforts, and money. Montterini is a fraud scheme, you pay and they do not supply you anything. They take beautiful photos from other websites, but they do not have this stuff in stock. So, my advice, when you see their commercial, just block them.

I ordered a lovely dress .. got the dress nothing like the pic, cheap material and it does not fit.. I asked what I should do to return it and get a refund, and there were so many excuses .. to cut a long story short .. avoid Montterini and do not trust them at all.. and they are not from Paris or Spain .. just beware .. I was promised a slight refund but never received anything .. I am honestly so disappointed and do not wish anyone else to go through the same experience.

I’m happy I found this website, coz they sell really unique clothing. Delivery take a little longer then i expected to Ukraine, but I received nice festive look for 8 of March to night out 😍 I will order again definitely

I wish I had looked at these reviews before spending over $100 on a blouse! Received email confirming order, but nothing after (Mar 27). I’ve emailed their “support” asking for a status on my order several times but have not heard a thing!

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO RETURN ITEMS FOR A REFUND? this shop is a SCAM - Ive put a stop on my credit card and the item Ive bought is now in dispute but I want to send it back. However, Im concerned if I send it back I wont get my refund so better to have the shabby blouse and learn my lesson than return it and have nothing and no refund. anyone have any experience of returning AND getting their refund? Ive also had the Diane Sullivan email! thanks

This company is scammer, I ordered 6 days ago and sent the email and send message on instragramans ver get response. The funny things somebody put comment telling people about that they are scammer quite few . And suddenly 20 minutes ago I didn't see the comments. Looks like they tried to delete all the comment about complaining good never turned up . So making there's Instagram looks good . I just called my bank and its under investigation.

Ordered 3 items...Dress, shoes,polly runway coat....1st came which i was very happy with.... 2nd came 2 sizes too small montterini says my fault for ordering wrong size, and no exchange or refundwouldbe given.. The 3rd item never came..Emailed monterrini over 30 times since last Dec 23.. no response extremely annoyed 😒

Ordered a pair of shoes in a size 3 and when they arrived they are definitely not a 3. I tried to return them with no luck and no apology or explanation. The buckle is also faulty on both shoes! Absolutely disgusting customer service (non existent) they were expensive shoes too. The company should be closed down

LOW QUALITY, FAKE PICTURES.I bought a coat, the description and the images shown were definitely not real, instad of a wool nice design coat of over 100€ (that I paid) I got a cheap and super low quality (plastic-ish) material with a completely different pattern.No matter how much you try to get a refund with funded arguments someone called Diana Sullivan will write you an email calling you "dear" or "honey" implying that you are almost crazy and the coat is exactly what you should be expecting. Now I spent 100€ on a piece of fabric that it cannot be valued over 5€

I ordered in 3 months ago. My credit Card was charged and I am still waiting on June 20th. I got a post this week saying my order wasn’t complete. Not only was it incompleted, I don’t have it , and was charged .

Dear All, I select an item from Montterini website. My husband paid (november). He received confirmation order. After several days, I speeded up the delivery. With apologizes, Diana Sullivan from customer support replied “please be patient 10-12 days”. After some day more, my husband received a cancellation order so we asked for a refund. Anyone answer to the phone, to the email… No item and no refund. I want to report Montterini that on Instagram shows a lot of nice items but is not a liable provider

I bought Blazers for me and my daughter. The cutting is excellent, the material is thick and looks expensive. Only one thing that delivery to Australia takes near 12 day. But it worth to wait. I definitely going to order more

It's a scam. Doesn't look at all as the image in the ad. Bad quality on fabrics and terrible service. No possibility to return the items. BIG WARNING! Don't buy anything from this site.

Definitely this WEB site is FRAUD.I have ordered on 29.07.2023 and additionally paid shipment by DHL. Notice on WEB site is followingOrder Processing times: 3-5 business daysUntil today 20.08.2023 - NOTHING.No one response on my e-mail messages.

They assure that if you email them within five hours after the order is placed they will cancel your order. I emailed 30m. after -because I realized it wasn't a safe website- and they answered three days later saying that they could not cancel because my item already shipped. When I received the item it was not the right size: I ordered an XL and received a tiny skirt. And there is no way of knowing if the size is right because it doesn't even have a label or a tag. It's just a cheap piece of fabric of no quality. Of course they don't do refunds or exchanges so... this is a scam.
