My husband worked with Amy to create a custom hat patch and it came out perfectly! Based on his experience, I contacted Amy about a small run of custom wine labels I needed . It wasn’t a typical project for them since I needed design help. It was great- Amy communicates efficiently and the artists were awesome! Project was a huge success at our fundraiser.

Monterey Company makes amazing patches. As a former military guy, patches become a part of your life... whether you wear them everyday or have them made to commemorate a particular deployment or an exercise. I wasn't told that they were manufactured overseas even though I asked on several occasions. It didn't matter that it was overseas other than it was urgent. They arrived in time which was great. The quality of the front of the pin was outstanding. However, the butterfly clips and pin are terrible. There is so much platting on the pin, that the indent where the butterfly clip attaches can't lock. The butterfly clip is also a very weak metal so the clips deform easily.

I had an international trip that I needed some custom keychain gifts made for and the whole process was very streamlined and fast. I was able to speak directly to someone who fielded all my questions and was able to get my design proofed and into production in a matter of days. The finished keychains arrived in time ahead of my flight and looked great.There were some varying degrees of the finished polish on a number of the keychains but the contact I had been working with was extremely helpful and got me a whole new batch of keychains produced and sent out to me for no additional cost.I’ll definitely be using them again. Great quality and all of my clients loved their keychains! Wonderful company to work with and did any changes perfectly as requested. The only thing I wish was easier to read was the engraving on back. Maybe I’ll just do print on back text instead next time as the engraving wasn’t easily legible thanks guys!
