I need some free cash to pay my bill

I’m so happy with the service that I have received from the crew here. I have take a few lines here and they always make sure that everything is clear and on point with what I am asking. They also make sure that I never have a late payment as they call ahead of time to remind and keep everything up to date.

I've been coming to money Mart for a long time. Sheila is a super nice lady and very perfessional. Claudia is very perfessional and a nice young lady. Now I've seen other customers get upset because they don't understand the process of safe gaurd's money Mart has in place. These ladies are always cool, calm and perfessional.

Money Mart Customer Service Reps Andrea & Bianca provided great service! Both are very friendly and knowledgeable in their work. I highly recommend this place as these ladies made the atmosphere great. & check cashing quick and not stressful like other places. :)

I came to your store on May 13, 2021 and your employee Melodie at Aiea, HI branch assisted me with my Western Transaction. She was so very patient and so very professional with helping me with my transaction. I was having a very frustrating day that day and she was so very nice and helpful that I felt more positive about my day. I got my transaction done wonderfully with Melodie's assistance. Melodie is an asset to your company..Her service was great.

Wonderful customer service. Sandra was super kind and pleasant and everyone in line was thanking for her for being so wonderful with them. She was by herself working with a about three people ahead of me and I was in and out within 10 mins. thanks Sandra your wonderful customer service made my day a better one!

I want to give a big thank you for the excellent customer service at the Pinkhook location in Lafayette, La. I received a large check, needing to cash and went to 2 different "competitors" of money mart who wanted me to jump through hoops or wait 10 days because of the amount. They were able to cash it right away(after verification). There was a hiccup with putting half on the card and the nice lady was able to accommodate me & make sure I left with all my money without waiting. Thank you for wonderful service because of yall I dont have to wait another 2 weeks to have my roof repaired.

The girls here are always so good with me and polite. Everything usually goes very smoothly on their end of things even when I make it a lil hectic! Today I was in the store and Bella and Cassandra were right on it with me gave me the fastest experience I’ve had so far and I’m a regular at this point haha. They both took an interest in my kids and asked about my day it was just a wonderful experience all around. Also Bella is gorgeous if someone could give her my email thatd be great 😅😅

This morning i went to the money mart just to cash a check. I explained to Ashley my issue prior to getting the check. She understood my concerns and got right on it. It took almost a hour just to handle the situation. She never turn me away she continue to work on the problem until it got resolve. I really appreciate her to the fullest.

This company does not care about customer service. I do not care to do business with a company who thinks they can operate without giving customer service. I have a loan payback set for Jul 26 which I need to move to Aug 3, when my Social Security deposit comes in. I am being told that the payoff date can't be changed. What kind of customer service is that? I send 2 emails requesting the payoff date be moved to Aug 3 and they don't even bother to respond. What kind of customer service is that? It is apparent to me that they care nothing about their customer.

My first time I heard of money mart was in google search and I notice that money mart had a 5 star rating so, no questions I went to the Money Mart on Dillingham blvd, Honolulu, HI. I walked in and the place looked very clean and I was welcome by a very friendly and professional girl by the name of Joy, she made my first time experience very impressive and very relaxing, I had no problem understand her or what was a expected of me in order to cash my check. It was so simple that I will come again to cash future checks, thank you Joy for making me feel that your excellent customer service and amazing pleasant personality, no wonder Money Mart is consider a 5 star rating. My husband and I visited Anchorage from the kenai peninsula to purchase a car and we had to cash a check. We visited your store on Benson. A young man named Nathan waited on us ,he was the most pleasant, great spoken young man. He sure made our day. Thank you Nathan for your pleasant and professional attitude. We'll always use money mart because of this young man. Keep up the great work money mart.

I went in there yesterday and today to cash a check and the level of service was excellent! I especially want to acknowledge Monique. She was the only worker there the first day I went and she handled the line with professionalism and poise. Even though they didnt have enough cash on hand to cash my check in full, she did everything she could to assist me and even gave me a follow up call the next day when the funds were available. Upon arrival today she was training a new employee and still gave excellent customer service. Just wanted to take the time to thank her and show support of this location. Ive been coming to this location since childhood with my Dad when he would cash his checks there. Its good to know it stood the test of time and the level of service remains the same. I would definitely recommend this place!

Just excellent and kind services at this blackstone ave money mart. Every time I go I feel welcomed by these two ladies, Connie and Claudia! They always make me feel like I am an important customer. Thank you ladies and keep up the good work.

The representative Samantha at the Clovis and peach location is upbeat and professional. You never have to wait long when being served by here, as she is quick witted and a multi tasker. She rocks!

I have been visiting the location at 1701 N. Broadway in Santa Ana, CA now for a year and a half. I have always been received warmly and taken care of in a timely manner. All of the staff here are always informative with company promos and such. Thanks for your service!

i have been to the money mart in sacramento on 5044 Madison Avenue, Sacramento,CA 95841 twice and the person working there both separate times was Traci and she has been very helpful and took care of my needs!!
