I had an amazing experience. My stress level when I called was at an all time high, after speaking with heather and finding a solution I can breathe a lot easier now.

Customer service is the most important aspect of any interaction with a company and Austin really delivers! He was articulate, caring, thorough and relatable! He answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable with our decision. He took the time to make my husband feel comfortable with the plan and informed, as well, instead of just expecting me to explain everything to him myself. I am encouraged that Austin will be there for us as we move on to a better financial future!

Jordan has been personable, easily available for us as clients with any questions we have had even after sale of loan, and thoroughly explains application/loan details. Will definitely work with him and money ladder in the future!

Heather is very accommodating and very thorough in explaining the program. She was able to truthfully answer all my questions and concerns. I felt so reassured and confident and lifted a huge burden of anxiety towards by credit card debts. Spoke to Jason , and made this all seem like an easy solution for my drowning debt . But now I have been transferred to another representative after signing everything . I’m feeling skeptical and can’t find much info on others reviews and outcomes from using the services.

I worked with Joel and he was super helpful and patient. He explained everything extremely well and was able to answer all all my questions. He waited on the phone with me while I read through the entire contract, explaining things that I didn't understand or just needed more information about. I was very glad and hopeful at the end of our conversation and definitely recommend going through the process with him!
