Davide and his colleague (didn't catch her name unfortunately) were both very friendly and fun personalities, didn't feel like I was being railroaded into making a decision, more so informed of making a better one long term while having a nice chat. Switch was handled by case handler in polite a d professional manner , rates where explained clearly pointing out the difference between my current provider and best in market which was BG. Saved £35 per month. Great saving.

Their representative was polite, helpful and very patient whilst I struggled to retrieve my account information. Excellent service and help from money expert to get me switched to a new affordable energy supplier. Nicolas was very helpful in breaking down the costs and savings I would make as well as helping me with the priority service register.

She told me I would be paying £80 a month and I agreed to switch but when details of the tariff were revealed the monthly bill was actually £119 a month. That's only £1 a month less than the current provider. Not worth switching for that.

I’m sorry but sending people out door to door to change energy is appalling, your operatives targeted an area of bungalows and I have just spent nearly an hour checking all this was genuine as my Mom signed up and after receiving a phone call saying they were from British Gas, she then gave out her bank details to set up a direct debit. My mother is very trusting and not only had 2 strangers in her house, then gave out details from receiving a phone call.

They split my payment totally wrong between gas & Elec. I didn't have the necessary information for a cold call and a supposedly saving turned in quite an increase

Excellent advice and lady Tessa very thorough and polite on the phone hoping the change to British Gas for both gas and electricity will save me approximately £50 per month. So pleased i answered the phone as the initial quote on line best saving was £200 per year.

What made this so good was no hard sell I asked the advisor to call me in 30 mins while had a chat and he did also told me I was paying far to much for my electric which I had been with Eon for over 40 years and after consultation I was pay over £40pm to muchGive them a call very helpful

“Cold callers pushing whichever company they are getting commission for - not a comparison site”

Cold callers visiting repeatedly - and even calling themselves moneysavingexpert to capitalise on an association with the famous Martin Lewis service. These cold callers are not offering a comparison service, they are selling whatever company is giving the most commission at the time and this changes every few months. They knock on vulnerable people in my street and try to upsell to expensive contracts unnecessarily. A lot of older people need the minimum speeds and don't need to spend £30 a month on internet.
