Is moneyboxapp.com Legit?

Joining Moneybox is epically turning into a huge huge mistake.This morning My pension account was missing £133. The explanation I got from Moneybox is that “that’s investment for you, you lose some, and you gain some” WHAT!!!? This is my future!!!How come I’ve never gained anything more than a couple of quid and now I’ve lost a huge chunk of money?I cancelled my monthly add on direct debit because it takes forever to show into my account.Today I’ve cancelled my weekly direct debit because I don’t believe my money is safe with Moneybox.I feel helpless because I can’t withdraw from my Moneybox account until after 5 years. What was I thinking joining this lot?

I've just bought my first property using my Money box LISA. I've been using Money box for about 4 years now funding my LISA. The app is easy to use and makes it clear when your bonuses are arriving.Once ready to buy, our advisor Simeon was excellent. Explained everything clearly to us and made sure we understood all the new lingo we didn't previously know. We had to re-apply for our mortgage because of our chain taking too long and Simeon was on it straight away to get us a renewed offer.Our case manager, Vicky, provided constant updates throughout the process and was incredibly helpful. Incredible that all of this was free for LISA customers and made the whole process much easier. Thank you Moneybox.

I recently purchased a home as a FTB and used MoneyBox's LISA and mortgage advisor service. My advisor, Ellis, was fantastic and went the extra mile to help with the application and other things. My case manager, Maisie kept me regularly updated on progress and responded promptly. Everything went through without a problem and I am writing this from my new flat! I can't believe a service this good is free!!!

The app is extremely intuitive, the support is equally friendly and helpful.We also used their mortgage broker services, didn't cost us a penny and they guided us through the whole process seamlessly.

Money box was a recommendation from my mate at work so I could just save a little bit for holidays etc . If I put it into my bank I'm more likely to keep dipping in. If yo do withdraw yo do not have to wait to long for your money pleased with any quick response to any questions I may have. Overall very pleased. Thankyou for helping me to save 😁

I experienced an issue with my technology and a quick message to moneybox had their tech support on the case quickly. Answered my issue quickly, excellent service give them a try.

Imogen was so friendly and helpful. Had lots of hiccups from the solicitors during the buying process however Imogen from Moneybox helped to smooth things out and communicated amazingly throughout the whole process!

I have been saving with money box for several years now, it’s so easy, and if there is a problem it’s so easy to message a team member and they reply really quickly. I love the roundups as they really mount up. I also love the payday boost because it takes the money before you spend it.

I’m a first time buyer without indefinite leave to remain yet (on tier 2 visa). And I was looking for a good mortgage advisor who could help me for mortgage with just 10% down payment. Then, while other brokers were quoting £600-1000 for their service, I saw that moneybox had a free mortgage advice thing on the app. I thought I’d give it a go (no harm right?).Now I have my keys! The process was so smooth. David helped me choose my mortgage provider and term and my case was handled by Imogen who was great! She would constantly check in with my solicitor and the estate agent for me and provide me with updates. I still can’t believe all this service was for free! I was so happy with the service that I even asked if I. could send gift of appreciation to the team 🥹

Great app, great support channel, user friendly. Overall just fantastic, it's really good to see where my savings are including my pension pot too.

I would like to say a huge thank you to the Moneybox team, especially Imogen, who assisted us throughout our house purchase. I had a LISA account with them and taken out a mortgage through them as well. THe whole process was very smooth. Their response time to our questions and overall communication were excellent. I can confidently say that if you decide to use Moneybox LISA for a house purchase, you won’t be disappointed.

Ash was very very helpful today when helping me. I would recommend the live chat function highly, got back to me very quickly and was super quick with a remedy for my problem :)

Avoid this third party company, transfers in to them are instant But once they have your money, getting it back is another matter have to wait a full 24 hours to get access to your money, a £5000 deposit in a simple saver will net you a big £35 interest after 3 months total con artists avoid.

MoneyBox is easy to navigate, its makes the process of saving fun and it is packed with great information and tips. A must have for any first time buyer!!
